This place does not mess around and they really do wanna know your medical history, because this is truly medical treatment. In my treatment room was a nice television that had access to Netflix. I enjoy a cup of coffee and waited for my service provider. I enjoyed that the nurse practitioner/owner took the time to really explain the process of laser hair removal with me and then also discuss some of the ongoing issues that could occur because of hormonal issues. I really appreciate it that Lee took the time to discuss other treatments. They had available at the facility as I would love to do a VI peel here to take care of my hyper pigmentation. I have tried multiple times to reach someone above Val through emails, texts, and phone calls to address my concerns, but I have received no response. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this med spa.
