Ciara does a WONDERFUL HydraFacial!! I always leave with my skin feeling so fresh and amazing, along with some great tips and recommendations from her. She is so knowledgeable and is always able to recommend a product that can help with any skin issues or concerns I tell her about. Removed one star because the male who answers the phone and is at the checkin/checkout desk is not pleasant to deal with. Whenever I've had to call to ask about an appointment or make any edits to an appointment, he has been sooo difficult to deal with. It seems that he does not know how to work the system and he just does not have good customer service skills. For both of my facial appointments, he asked me ahead of time if I wanted dermaplane, I said yes, but then he did not actually add it to my appointment. I have experiences with not one but two very professional ladies at W salon hyde park. Ciara, who did my very first microblading, is a master of her craft. She is intentional and professional with everything that she does. Ciara was super thorough in the consulting phase, I had no worries going into my appointment. She even made it a point to encourage me to come back as many times as it took for her to feel like they looked perfect. And perfect they do look, 16 months later. I get constant compliments on my brows. I plan on going back soon for my touchup with her. The second experience I had was recommended by Ciara, was with Brittany for a hair and makeup service for a wedding I was in. Brittany delivered, my makeup was flawless and lasted all night and throughout all pictures. My hair held just as well. I showed her several photos. I ended up scalped! I was told by another stylist who was called in to review the cut, that I would need to let my hair grow for 8 weeks for the cut to look better!!!
