I am seeing a ton of positive things said about this company and that's great, however my…read moreexperience with Legacy Painting have not gone very well and after almost 2 months reflecting on this, I'm ready to share my thoughts. For starters we were looking to have our house painted. We had 3 estimates and based on professionalism and price, Legacy was the clear winner. 2 other positive things I'll say is the guy that wrote up the contract including repairs to the house and the gentleman who pressure washed the house were also good. This is where things get negative. The painters are Spanish and my wife and I are English and all communication was never very clear. There were days they waved goodbye and I replied "all done for the day" and they reply yes. But a few hours later they show up and go back to work. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but we have a dog that's not so stranger friendly and they opened the back gate why our dog was in the backyard. My wife tried letting the woman know "please don't come in" but she didn't understand, causing us to hastily get the dog back in the house. Other issues involving the contract to repair the house were ignored and just painted over what we paid for repairing. My wife tried reaching out to see why this had happened, but we really never got an answer. Parts of the house need another coat of paint, and as far as we know no one ever came to inspect completion and all pictures we take won't show the areas that needed extra work. The last thing I will say and what bothers me the most, we instructed days we would be out of town and didn't want anyone over for any reason. While on vacation are ring camera was going nuts and someone was walking around cleaning up. We had so many issues with Legacy my wife did try reaching out personally, but she never got a clear resolution. Talking to my wife about what we have as a finished product is very disappointing to her. She is the most reasonable person I know and is hoping to just get the paint used so we could just finish ourselves and move on.

We waited for the window of good weather, and the team punctually and diligently completed the work in 4.5 days. The team was meticulous, clean, and careful. We did not need to say much as the quality of work and final touch ups before the walk around was so well done. The pricing was competitive and after seeing the work done, we definitely received fantastic value for the money! The team even helped to replace a broken vent cover which had an old and empty bird nest behind it! We are very pleased with the results and for the trouble-free experience. From the beginning, Sam was the most responsive communicator of all the companies I reached out to, which is one of the reasons we chose him for the job. His bid was reasonable, and we liked his professionalism. When we asked to reschedule from the spring because a bird had built its nest right next to the house, Sam was very gracious and said he'd work us in once the babies had flown the nest. He then booked us for the week of the 4th of July, and two of his guys worked a full day on the holiday to get everything done within a week. This was during a heat wave, so we were especially impressed by their work ethic! They also showed great attention to detail, which is evident in how beautiful it looks. We will be booking with Sam again to do the interiors in September, before we put the house on the market. We're confident that it will look great to buyers!

He and his crew are highly skilled hard workers with attention to detail completely respect and use care around your entire property as well as inside your home while they assess decks patios and everything else. Raven painting company was easily able to acquire premium Sherwin-Williams super paint for my project when all other contractors who placed bids were telling me it was impossible to get any time this year due to factory shortages damage at some out-of-state manufacturing plant etc. When it comes to a large project like this that you expect to do once every 10 to 15 years it's a big decision and you don't necessarily want to go with the lowest better and unlikely you want to go with the high bidder. Chris's estimate was right in the very fair middle area and he lived up to every agreed-upon term and completed things in a timely fashion working with the weather and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. If you have an interior or an exterior painting project you would be doing yourself a great disservice if you did not at least consult Raven painting company and give them an opportunity to do your job

First, he was the only one to showed up when he said he would at our mutually agreed to date and time. Second, his estimate was the only clear and detailed estimate and subsequent contract we received. He listened to what we said we wanted done and everything we wanted done was reflected in his bid estimate. The others were late or they changed dates and times for our meeting to receive a bid. They also didn't include everything we requested in the bid. As for the quality of the job performed by his team . . . OUTSTANDING in every way. I honestly believe our home looks better than the day we finished building it years ago. Friends have commented stating the same thing! Who knew a great paint job could have that kind of impact. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the team member who did the taping prior to the painting because it resulted in nice sharp contrasting straight-edges between colors. Really fantastic. The crew arrived to start the work when Kevin indicated they would be here and finished the entire job in 3 days. They are early to start, and they work late to take advantage of the daylight and better weather days. At the end of the job, they cleared all evidence that they were ever here - - no tarps, plastics, tape, garbage, etc. left behind. Superior job on clean-up after the paint job. He came over same day to survey the job I was requesting which was to tile the backsplash of a powder room bathroom. Jeff provided a quote to install the tile and finish the work of the bathroom including install of vanity, plumbing, sink, mirror, caulking. His quote seemed reasonable. However due to the holidays and budgeting we elected to only have the tile work performed. He was happy to only do the tile work instead of everything he originally quoted us for. According to my partner Zach, Jeff was very professional to speak to and work with throughout the entire process while I was traveling. Jeff even helped out as a bonus and fixed how our carpet met up with the tile bathroom floor that we had installed ourselves but did not take care of the transition between the tile and carpet ourselves properly. When I came home and saw the tile work I immediately knew it was worth the money. Everything was level on the wall. The tile was expertly cut around the plumbing, and the grout lines everywhere were very clean. He cleaned up after himself so well that you wouldn't of known a day before tile was installed.
