I have been to many burger stands in my life. Each burger stands have their own identity in their name or in their food. When I step into the restaurant, it has a unique flair of color , black and white of old Hollywood, and New Hollywood to make more fun and entertaining. The restaurant has a display of entrees you can see if you like to order one of these entrees. I decided to order a cheeseburger combo to dine in the restaurant it was a perfect timing because it was lunch hour rush people were coming to the restaurant. They brought my cheeseburger combo to the table, and they brought the ketchup for the fries. I took a bite of the cheeseburger it was very juicy, and season well, everything was compact with flavors in the cheeseburger. The fries were very crispy that I enjoyed. Also, I enjoy my mugs root beer, one of my favorite root beer. Overall, I enjoy the cheeseburger at Bob's Burgers. Next time, I'll need to try a different item from their menu.

I explained that she never told us there were veggies in the mix and it was only 2 bites. I worked in fast food before and this was not a "can I get my money back" with one bite left of the food scenario. She the decided to pass blame and say "it's not my fault you bit it" and just kept deflecting. The product provided was not what was described and the only ways to find out is bite it or unwrap the burrito. She only gave me $4 of the $6 difference because she was haggling, Not sure if cashiers are authorized to make pricing adjustments but her attitude is no bueno for customer service. I know for sure Chris's burgers or Jim's burgers would have handled this way more professionally and not leave the customer feeling like they got ripped off twice in 1 visit. Hoping management sees this and corrects these practices as it's unbecoming and unprofessional. Ps: management. I normally go to the location in La Puente, but I was in the San Fernando Valley to have lunch with friends so we went to waaba grilI because I was carving my waaba bowl. Am all for recovering addicts getting a second chance working in the community, but this employee with crazy hair was smoking meth in her car on her break. So as I sat there watching her, I didn't know if I should report the issue. What made matters worst, she took off her dentures and put the adhesive so that it would stay in place. Being curious as I am, I wanted to see her work ethics and how she conducted herself. Thou she was friendly i don't know if i should report her?
