The staff is all friendly and willing to help if you need something like an extra plate or some utensils. The food was definitely the highlight. Maybe because it was made to order but you could taste the cheese as it's just about to melt between the layers of rice cooling down and the meat still resting. It was a good balance of the colder items in the bowl with the ones just prepared. The seasoning was just right as well. Nothing was too salty or overpowering to the point that I needed to get lots of refills at the drink fountain. The decor suggests that the food style is Ensenada inspired.
