A super clean place with a friendly staff . Food was pretty good, so why the four stars? I ordered some tofu bowls , but the tofu was chopped on the same board as the chicken with the same chopper. This might not be a problem for some people, but for me , I didn't like it because it made my food taste like chicken. Great service here. I was greeted with a welcome and a smile the moment I walked in. The service was prompt and I got my food hot off the grill. When I was trying to open my car door, I dropped my Beef rib bowl. I went back in to order another one. Martha helped me immediately and Sergio put some new ribs on the grill. When I went to pay for the new bowl, they said accidents happen and gave me the bowl at no charge. That is truly GREAT Customer Service. Thank you Martha and Sergio. Ate here for the first and last time. I had the steak bowl with veggies and I was very disappointed. The veggies tasted like they were cooked in the same pot and the steak literally taste like teriyaki beef jerkey. And when I asked for my money back the guy there told me I couldn't get my money back because I ate some of it. read more

My favorite WaBa Grill in riverside . Fast, Clean, and , Great Service . Cashier Yésenia always is very attentive and greets customers with positive attitude .
