I tried the Salmon. The fisj was overgrilled that it tasted bitter. There is a way to cook the fish without making it dark and I am sure Waba could retrain their cooks to do a better job if that is what they do for a living . There is nothing healthy with an over grilled fish. AND there was a piece of hair in it. I didnt take picture of it because people could say I just place my own hair to try to make Waba look bad , so there was no point in doing it. But I just want you to know the place sucks. read more

The girl that was serving rice her hair was all messy and hanging out of her hat! They offered me another bowl and I said no thank you I would like a refund. While the cashier explained these restrictions after my purchase, I believe these important terms should have been clearly disclosed on the promotional sign before customers decide to buy the gift card. Transparent advertising helps customers make informed purchasing decisions and avoids unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there. After purchasing my meal, I took it to work and began eating. The brown rice was extremely hard-so hard that it felt like I was chewing rocks. It was clearly undercooked and not suitable to be served. This level of food quality is unacceptable. If the restaurant cannot consistently prepare brown rice properly, it should not be offered to customers until the quality can be ensured. As someone who has supported Yoshinoya for years, I expected much better. I hope you will review both the way your promotions are presented and your food preparation standards so other loyal customers do not have the same experience.
