It's waffle house, expectations are low, food is quickly served and you get what you get. This one location is average rated on hou you receive as waitress, some are better than others. Manger rude to their cooks , also rude to customers. Not very fast with service and food had hair in it.

Staff was so friendly and running the butts off. No one was slacking. The definitely earner keep. There were four of us. We got seats pretty quick they didn't waste time. They cleaned up the mess that was left from the people behind us because we kinda covered and Kang jumped. We enjoyed the breakfast. Everything was good. The bacon was oh my God so delicious. The four of us all got the same thing it was waffles hashbrowns, toast, meat, eggs for the price. It was fantastic. It was like 10 or $11 that was super cheap. I am visiting Nashville to possibly relocate from SIMI Valley ca Love Waffle House. I was so excited to go their. The worst service ever. Anthony kept forgetting everyone's order, ask me how to remove and clean orange juice maker. Got three customers bills wrong. Gave me a dirty disgusting spoon. Forgot my water after he offered water, h They forgot to cook my peanut butter waffles. Neve even mentioned again. Until bill. I said never mind. Poor communication between Anthony and the cook. The cook was cool. Old school it seemed. I was truly disappointed. Anthony tried to be chipper but he whined A lot. And just dirty for a Waffle House. Other customers were upset. Cleanest waffle house yet! I went in on second shift the other day and the cook was so good. Best food I've had from waffle house to date. They had music playing and he was just dancing along- in his groove. Fast and delicious. And the server! The service! It was absolutely phenomenal! She kept our glasses no less then half full and made sure our every need was met with the friendliest smile! She really seemed to love her job! They both did! Top of the morning!!! This was my first time at Waffle House™ in my lifetime. I was in town for a graduation, got off the plane and of coarse what better place then a waffle how. First and foremost I enjoyed it. The menu was extremely simple but to my surprise it was VERY small and basic. That's not to say it's a bad thing. As far as special taste from this to say Dennys I noticed no difference at all. This location was by far the cleanest breakfast dine-in I've ever been too. The staff was very welcoming and recommended their favorite. If I had a choice, I probably wouldn't go here because of the small selection that is strictly personal preference and I prefer lots of options in the morning or night prowling. This location is 24hrs and parking is good. Would I recommend you go here? Absolutely! Don't expect something spectacular though, but do expect a tasty breakfast. read more

Since moving back to the area. This is one of my new fav places to eat breakfast. I HATE when you go to restaurants ( breakfast) and nothing is cooked right!!! You want things your way? screw Burger King, go to a Waffle House!!! I LOVE this Waffle House. The people that work here take pride in their restaurant ( probably the cleanest one I've seen in awhile) and in the food they cook!! I gotta give the cooks mad props for being able to get things right when the waitresses are rattling out the orders and being able to remember what goes where. My eggs over medium have been perfect along with my extra crispy bacon. The toast is just right, the hash browns aren't soaked in grease and the coffee is great. No bottom of the pot at this place!! The waffles aren't thick but they're mighty yummy. The waitresses are personable and give great customer service. The cooks don't take themselves too seriously but still produce awesome food. Even tho my favorite meal is breakfast I'm sure that what ever is cooked there would be just as good. :) read more

Left two times after arriving because the temperature was around 62 degrees and freezing. After waiting at a table for 15 minutes no one bothered to even offer us water or coffee or take our order. The place was half empty so not sure why their customer service is so awful. read more

Waffle House is my number 1 place for breakfast any time of the day. IHOP and Denny's are ok but you can't beat Waffle House for the price and the food you get. It is like an old time diner where you belly up to the bar and order from a waitress like "Flo". Great place. read more

For someone who needs to get breakfast real fast, has no idea where to go this place rocks. During my stay in Clarksville I had breakfast at this location several times. (I think they're on the left side of the street going towards Providence/FT.Campbell blvd off Riverside drive.) The coffee was pretty good, my mug was clean, table and other utensils were clean too. I had never been to a waffle house before, nor had I had grits before. The wait staff told me that if I didn't like what I ordered or how it was made that they would cook up another one (in this case my eggs over-medium and grits). Both were pretty good. For a fast food place this place is great, albeit there is a weird smell in there, I think it might actually be the cleaning supplies they use because the place is really clean. The one thing I didn't like was that they brought out my waffle with the rest of the breakfast and by the time i got to eat it, the waffle was on the cool side. I'm sure if I would've asked for them to bring it out last they would have. read more

We came here because of the great ratings and because we have seen the other waffle houses in the area. We will never come again. The only pro we had, was that the food was alright. Cons: dirty! Tables, floor, Windows, counters. If I would've seen earlier we would not have eaten here! Our server was friendly enough but extremely pushy to get us out. Once and never again. read more

I went to Waffle House after Church to eat. Their were only about three other customers in Waffle House at the time of arrival. When my guest and I were leaving there were only one. My order totaled $8.15 rougly. I gave the waitress a $1.85 tip to ensure the total was exactly $10.00. When I woke up Monday, I see that my bank account is overdrawn. I review the transactions, and notice that Waffle House has charged me $18.15, instead of the exact $10. I am a single mother of two children, I budget my money and account to the penny. I was charged a $19 overdraft fee for the transaction. I called Waffle House to have the additional charges reversed. I was told that it would take 1-2 business days for the funds to be returned. It has been two business days and the funds have not been returned. What funds exactly are being returned IF they are even returned? The $10.00 additional I was charged, the entire $18.15, or the total $37.15 that I ended up paying for some bacon and eggs that I could have cooked at home? This is very disappointing because I have been a customer of Waffle House for many years. I am completely dissatisfied and will not be visiting a Waffle House anymore. Each customer should matter, and whatever is written on the receipt should be honored. How an individual can mistake $1.85 for $10.00 is baffling to me. Very disgusted about this situation.
