Went in around 10 am on a weekday. Four tables empty but not cleared. Several customers at counter. 5 or 6 employees behind counter. No greeting given. No acknowledgement when I sat down. There was hair in my food. I was asked to move once I sat down after I ordered and tipped them. so I moved to a different table. waiter brings food. was shorter an egg, + hair in my food. I see the waiter come over to the customer sitting across from me so I ask him politely after hes done speaking with the Man for another egg. a few minutes later he brings me an over easy egg. They need a new name. This was a waffle Home. My family and I rolled up in the morning a bit roughed up after a semi traumatic experience. This breakfast was exactly what we needed. The food was great and the service was fantastic considering that the place was fairly packed in the morning. Waffles were immaculate and the biscuits and gravy were also fantastic. The employees greeted us with a cheery good morning, all smiles and friendliness. Our waitress was adorable and very helpful. The bathroom was clean and useable, which was a very pleasant surprise from a Waffle House. It was an overall whimsical experience. Waste of time. Even the waiters in the restaurant know that perhaps. That's one chain I am not getting into again unless absolutely necessary. There is simply nothing in the menu that excited me. I finally made it to the Waffle House!! 4-29-18 with my Best friend and her gracious Grandma and I must say my first Experience was Awesome!! I was truly excited!! I hung out with my best friend and got some bomb food!!. My waitress LA'Quinta was extremely pleasant, made suggestions since it was my first time etc. overall she's what great customer service truly is defined by. I got the All-star platter waffle which is huge BTW. eggs, grits, sausage and I had a coupon for FREE Bacon woo- hoo(homer Simpson voice). I crushed my waffle!! it was flat but SoOo freaaakin bomb and super soft melt in your mouth butter or not. I should've gotten 3 to take home!!. When here today for a late lunch 2pm. Service was good. Waitress nice and helpful. Ordered bacon and egg sandwich which took forever and they weren't busy at all with side of hash browns and a side of biscuit gravy. The sandwich was very plain bacon was ok egg not so much, dry. Hash browns were very thin with not much crisp. Served with pickles? REALLY. now to the biscuit gravy. It was the worst I've ever had. Thick like jello not creamy. Tasteless. No nice chunks of meat. Mushy thin biscuits. Will never ever go there again. This is the south one think that should be great no matter where you eat is the biscuits and gravy. GROSS. read more

I haven't been to Waffle House in at least 15 years, maybe longer. And I'm sure that memories are clouding my vision when it comes to this review. In truth, the experience here was pretty average overall, but there were some standout points - - The food, in my experience, at Waffle House is pretty greasy. Not so at this location. I had a steak and egg platter, which is probably one of the worst offenders, but it was almost grease-free and pretty tasty to boot. - The server was obviously new, but very sweet-natured. In fact, the entire staff was a joy. Now, to the bad: - My order was incorrect. I asked for a bunch of toppings on the hash browns, but I guess they missed a couple. Not enough to complain about, but still a little irritating. - I didn't get refilled on my coffee, which I really could have used. They were busy, though. Again, nothing to complain about. Total was 14.98 without tip. I've had worse breakfasts for more, so I'm pretty happy. So that's it for another 15 years, until I can get to a place where they have them again. read more

The waitress was wonderful, she made the experience awesome! It was my first time but everything as if I've been going here for years. The waffles weren't the cliche Belgian waffles. Instead, they were fluffy and quite flat. Pretty good though, straight from the waffle maker, they even have the makers in plain sight. The food came out all together in less than 10 minutes. Everything about the order was perfect. Though, the only downside is the spacing. There isn't much space, there's only 7 booths and a couple seats at the diner. Picture this: 2 am on Thursday night/Friday morning. Waffle House ain't gone be pretty. So I wasn't expecting to leave a 1 star review because pretty much everything is a 1 star experience at Waffle House at this hour. I could have handled a raucous crowd or slow service...but I walked in and the staff asked if I was looking for "dine-in or to-go." I said dine-in and the staff said, "well you can't dine in." She then proceeded to give a long-winded explanation on why I can't dine in, and I admit, I rudely interrupted and said, "well I guess I'll take it to-go then." I was told it would be an 8-10 minute wait. I looked around at the empty restaurant and figured, "oh well." Then, when I went to find a place to wait for my food for 8-10 minutes, I realized I wouldn't have wanted to dine in if I could. No exaggeration, every single seat, booth, or counter seat had a dirty plate in front of it. We have rouge, opened creamers scattered around the restaurant, forks on the floor, empty cups sitting around. It was humorous. I've been in a busier Waffle House with three workers on staff that didn't look like this. Tonight I was in an empty Waffle House with two workers. Seemed like laziness instead of a lack of staff. I mean, maybe I'm a jerk for this review but...so be it. However, and this may invalidate my review and assigned-stars, but the food was immaculate. Just what I needed. read more

The location is clean as well. It can get busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so there may be a wait because of the limited amount of seating. Overall though, I'll be returning! read more

This is a fairly new location, and I was dismayed to see many empty dirty tables and floor during a slow period around 3 PM. The employees were chatting with people sitting at a counter who turned out to be baby daddy [ and baby] of one of the waitresses. I would have preferred to sit at the counter, but the conversation was often disgusting, so I took a booth. I had to ask the waitress to clean the table - no dishes, but greasy and ketchup remnants. She seemed pained - wiped it off and left it soaking wet. I left, but on my way out, a woman at the cash register asked me if everything was OK. I just shook my head and laughed. read more
