I would not recommend going to this location. I walked in, and one of the workers was rude and had an attitude. Then when I received my food, half of the cheesesteak was cold, but the icing on the cake was a long piece of hair in between my steak and hashbrowns. I waited a while before I could even inform the server because she hadn't checked on us. When I finally flagged her down, she just said "oh so you don't want it?" And took it away. This was THE BEST Waffle House I've ever been to. Seriously. First of all, it was CLEAN. Like. I didn't feel a sense of concern when I looked over to my right into the kitchen area. And honestly. Most of the Waffle Houses I've been to, make me think twice about eating there. Ok. Secondly- they were SUPER FAST! It felt like mere seconds passed before we received our food after ordering. It was like MAGIC. LISTEN. That NEVER happens. EVER. And it was GOOD! Can you believe it? The waitress that served me, as she did not have a name tag on, was less than courteous and appeared to take exception that I would ask her to rectify this meal that we paid on the upwards of $20.00 for. UPDATE OK so my last review below I stated about the slowness of the service. But I have to let you guys know that on my recent visit there the service was superb. It was quick. The food was hot. And it tasted so good. I was super satisfied with my visit this time. Maybe they've picked up on quicker service since my last visit. I will definitely be going back again!! Very friendly staff!! Delicious hot food!! Tasty coffee. My only complaint is how long it takes to get service. I went on a Monday morning about 10:00. I couldn't imagine if it were on the weekend. Or a prime business day. It's worth it tho. Just come prepared to chill out and relax. Even the people taking to go orders were waiting quite a while. But I don't wanna make it seem horrible. So I had lunch today with some friends for my friends birthday and we all usually love Waffle House, but today it was horrible. For one when our meal started Mickie was our server and she started off by saying "well y'all are the reason I'm staying here but it's okay I'll get over it" she made it seem like we were asking for the world of her which we weren't. She at one point asked is we were splitting checks and when we responded yes she rolled her eyes and said "are you serious you're making my job so much harder" I'm a manager of a restaurant and I personally would fire an employee for speaking to guests the way she spoke to us. Now onto the food, two of us got incorrect food. One of us ordered his hash browns "smothered" and received "covered" hash browns, he tried to explain it was totally fine he just wanted the correct food and mickie argued with him. My wife and I visit here occasionally on Saturday mornings. This Saturday I was particularly impressed with the service. We had our 8 month old with us who made a mess and the staff came quickly to help clean up without complaining. I was greatly encouraged as a parent. I don't think I've ever even had to wait more than 15 mins for my food after ordering. This time we got to wait a whole hour to not even see a plate of food. I show up at 4:30 by myself and sit at the high bar. Have been told someone will be right with me 3 different times until 5am. My server tells me sorry for the wait, it's on the grill now. Okay that's fine. Two more parties of less than 3 or 4 come in the door and somehow are served their food before mine. Now I'm patient, but it's now 5:40 and I've got work for 6. AFTER my waitress drops their orders to the other tables she's now reading my order to the kitchen to start on it. There is NOTHING cooking. AFTER A WHOLE HOUR OF ME SITTING AT THE BAR. I walk out. It's got to the point where she knows if she comes over an apologizes again and makes up some excuse I might explode. Kind of think the people that work here are trash, except for the manager, who is probably just a garbage person. There was a man yelling at this girl and no one asked him to leave, no one bothered to have the police come out or anything. He gets her to leave with him and then hits her outside, everyone goes with their phones pointing at them recording it and no one but me calling the police, and I had to check to make sure so they didn't get more than one call. Nope, no one, and when they did show up the fry cook, another special sort of person, tries to talk the manager out of even talking to the police officer.
