First, Sat at the high top counter and waited at the dirty counter forever to get noticed. Second, asked for apple juice. I prefer my apple juice without floaters in them. Apple juice was expired since 4/6. Today is 4/10. Next, the tatted Pearl Harbor trailer waitress who was coughing profusely decided she was ready to take my order. To be on the safe side, I ordered waffles and sausage. Luckily she put on a glove to grab my sausage out of the fridge. I should have just ran!! Waitress said she had to go get my apple juice. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one. The service at this particular Waffle House was overall good and the only thing I thought stood out as a bit odd was pulling in to what I assumed was the driveway, it was more a little side street. If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It seems that they are on almost every major highway exit ramp and strategically placed throughout most cities and towns in the southeast. If you see one, give them a try. read more

This is a fairly new location for Waffle House, and I been here a half dozen times. It stays pretty busy here. Most of the times I call ahead and grab my daughter a couple of waffles for breakfast. But today I sat down and had breakfast with my pops. Food was great. I had the all-star breakfast with smother, covered, and peppered hashbrowns in place of the grits. All the food was prepared well and I had no complaints. The food was out super quick, less than five minutes from us ordering. Service was great, although they seem to hustle you out of there. Meaning as soon as we looked finished they cleaned off our table, but insisted there was no rush. Yes, I can see we are welcome, we will be moving our fat rears ASAP! All in all, the staff here are nice, service is good, as well as the food. Until they prove me other wise this place is a four star. read more

This Waffle House was so incredibly pleasant from the moment we walked in the door on! Everyone was SO friendly in there, and greeted us with truly cheerful smiles and conversation. Every person, every step of the experience was wonderful. Angie was our server, and was patient with us, attentive, and so very kind. I don't write many reviews, but this Saturday morning breakfast was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The staff in there truly seemed like they were all family. No fake put on corporate "family" or "team" environment, but FOR REAL family. They all seemed like they were genuinely having such a fun time together and enjoying life and their work, and they provided the best service! Amazing! Such a nice experience. Ate here numerous times from Jan to Apr. l left town for a while. Came back in Aug. walked in door and manager Jose saw me and asked if I wanted my usual and named off my order perfectly without any input from me. Very friendly place and the food comes out the same every time. No surprises. Usually busy because it is a great place. I wasn't as horrified by the service as the last reviewer; it's a Waffle House, I didn't expect a whole lot. That said, this Waffle House just seemed a little...off. Maybe it's the location, maybe it's because they were so busy that people were standing and waiting for a table, but something was just not working quite right while we were there. Orders were incorrect, food was prepared lackadaisically and haphazardly, and service tended towards the surly. The pecan waffle was pretty good, that, and the fact our food came quickly, are the only reasons I give the place 2 stars. read more

I am not exaggerating when I say we waited 20+ minutes for coffee. No orange juice to serve, "none made" is what we were told. My order was wrong even after I pointed at a picture to show what I wanted to order. My food was cold and this baffles me because if you know Waffle House, you pretty much are sitting in the kitchen. Still, it sat there for a while for it to be cold. The problem here is, I honestly never expect much from WH. It really has to be bad for me to say anything. Just ate here, as I do every week...and wow. Terrible!!!!! Dirty plate, the worst service I've ever seen in any food dining establishment. Little Hispanic girl was my server and wow was she disrespectful and rude. Had to send my food back when she messed up my order.
