Have not been here in awhile but I can honestly say that I vary rarely have any issues. Waitresses are always friendly and pleasant and the food is served pretty quickly. Can't beat the prices for the meals. I will do an "Elevated" breakfast on occasion but don't like overpaying or a basic breakfast of eggs so this is the perfect spot, especially on a budget.

This is the best Waffle House I've ever been to! I'm from Arizona where wait staff are mean and horrible! What a breath of fresh air! Everyone was so nice, organized and treated us with the best customer service!

Greeted upon entering, cheerful efficient server. Cleanest Waffle Ho se I've ever been in. NO GREASE Coating on anything. Clean floor. Bathroom clean and stocked. Hearty meal served quickly. Cook on break but Manager? was knocking it out.

Any time you roll into a breakfast joint at 4 AM, even a Waffle House, ya never know what your gonna get. What I got here was the usually great Waffle House Cheese n Eggs, with an equally good helping of service. I know from experience it can be tough to be cordial this early, but the small staff here was that and then some. After a 10 hour drive from Michigan, it was greatly appreciated.

    Chaos in kitchen!

(3/5) Village Tavern…read moreon Reynolda Road left me with two very different impressions: an excellent kitchen and a disappointing front-of-house experience. Let's start with the food. I ordered the meatloaf, and quite honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Meatloaf is one of those dishes that is often average at best in most restaurants, but this version was exceptionally well executed. It was moist, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The green beans were equally impressive--fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. I was not expecting the meal to be nearly as good as it was, and credit is absolutely due to the kitchen staff. The food alone was worthy of a return visit. Unfortunately, the dining experience itself told a different story. From the moment we sat at the bar, the atmosphere felt tense and chaotic. Employees appeared visibly frustrated, and there was frequent yelling behind the bar throughout the evening. Rather than creating an inviting environment, the service area felt disorganized and stressful. Our appetizer sat under a heat lamp for approximately 20 minutes before being served. Service from our bartender/server, Lashawn, was equally disappointing. When we requested a refill, she rolled her eyes and appeared irritated by the request. Plates were dropped onto the bar rather than placed down, and our check was tossed down in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. I also observed a soda gun being stored in the ice bin behind the bar, which raised concerns regarding sanitation practices. The frustrating part is that the kitchen is clearly doing outstanding work. The meatloaf was one of the better restaurant versions I've had in quite some time, and the vegetables were excellent. However, great food can only carry an experience so far when the service and atmosphere leave guests feeling unwelcome. Food: 5/5 Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5 Overall: 3/5

I stopped because I needed a quick bite to eat after helping a friend do some yard work. When I got there, there was no one in line, save for one woman in front of me who could not make a decision to save her life, which is no fault of K&W's. But I was trying to get some food, and the associates behind the counter were not being very helpful or attentive. It was near the end of the night, so they were out or low on a few things, and I totally get that, and do not hold them at fault for this- as I came in around 45 to 30 minutes before close. But, I was still able to get what I desired, country-style steak with rice, okra, and mac & cheese. When I got to the register, I was in for a shock as this meal was over $20. Now, I am sorry, but one of the pillars of K&W is cheaper eats. Had I wanted to spend $20 on a meal, I would have chosen a better place to do so. That price point is going to kill them, as no one wants to pay that sorta price for that level of food. I knew what kinda food I was going to find when I went there, but I did not expect to have to pay that ridiculous fee for that dinner. I am well aware that $20 is no longer considered much, but charging over $20 for one person to dine at K&W is absolutely absurd. That being said- he service was great and the employees were nice, and honestly the food was okay- but $20 is to high, and I will not be spending my money there, in the future.

Starting at $10.99, a diner could get a starter, a soft drink (with unlimited refills), and an entree (burger and chicken sandwich options) with a side. There are premium entrees that can raise the price to $17. In April 2025,Chili added the Big QP to the menu at the $10.99 level. This burger contains 85% more beef than McDonald's Quarter Pounder - 7.5 oz vs 4oz , and obviously this is a direct shot at McDonald's Quarter Pounder, which is about $5.80, on its own. The burger is topped with 2 slices of American Cheese, pickles, chopped onion, mustard and ketchup. And comes with a side of fries. The 3 For Me menu has been very successful for Chili's, leading to 3 consecutive quarters of double digit sales increases, an amazing reversal of fortune for this chain that began in Dallas in 1975. I have tried several items from the 3 For Me menu - the Chili, Potato Soup, the Big Smasher burger, the Double Oldtimer, Crispy Chicken sandwich, and the Big QP! I found them all to be very good items and the pricing definitely provides a value meal. The new Big QP is a great burger, In fact I like most items on that menu.

Maybe they didn't add enough jam and/or balsamic this time? **Chorizo Potato Soup** Very nice! The sausage wasn't too overpowering and I like the creamy broth. A previous review stated that the pork skins were house made, but I'm not sure that is the case - the appearance is very much that of a commercially secured product. Still, with plenty of the Texas Pete Ranch, these made a decent starter. The sub includes 3 large meatballs, mozzarella , Parmesan and marinara on a sub roll. These were excellent meatballs and the cheese combo was very nice.

Sunday we went to your restaurant to see for myself. We arrived at approximately 2: 30 on a Sunday afternoon. Place was about 1/3 full so no line. The greeter was sweeping up her area and did not say a word or greet us in any way. I even commented to my wife, is this a seat yourself or do they seat you. No response. We are both handicap with my wife using a cane and I on a walker. Greeter had yet to say a word or welcome us. About a minute later, still not saying a word, she put her broom down and picked up 2 menus and we just followed her to an empty booth. She set the menus down and walked away. Our server followed just a few seconds after we sat down and did greet us and ask about drinks. Our waitress did a bang up job and deserves everything you are paying her. I ordered sweet tea and I think the color wasn't much darker than the water. Weak would be an overstatement. We placed our order and started eating the onion rings which were very good. When our order came out again everything was A+. My wife and I had trouble with the salt shakers and would prefer regular salt shakers rather than the twist and get gravel type provided but that's just us old folks. We enjoyed our meals and I went to the power room only to find the handicap grab rail falling off the wall. Now I am around 300 lb and had to figure a different way to get off the throne. The rest of the meal went well until time to leave. As we were departing I noticed trash and food laying on the floor and the greeter sitting on a chair looking at her phone. No good bye, Kiss my A--, hurry back, nothing. At this point, it will be a while before I try again. Greeting and departing- F; service A+, food B.
