Of course I went with the Ube upgrade which came with Ube butter, condensed milk and honey mixed with sriracha! Sriracha is part of my love language. It was rich, sweet, savory but not as spicy as I would have liked. My friend went with the pork belly omelette. The pork belly was tender and flavorful and the egg perfectly cooked. All in all it's holding one to its place as one of my favorit spots in all of Vegas!
