Located in the same shopping center as Times, right on the corner, so there is ample parking. Upon arrival there was a small line but the 2 employees were hard at work. I decided on an "Ulu" size shave ice with Tigers Blood, Lychee, Guava - added li hing sauce & snow cap (both for an additional charge). The shave ice texture was amazing & syrups were really fresh & flavorful! Ululani's started in Maui and uses pure cane sugar for their syrups & ultra filtered water for their ice. I also didn't know how many locations are on island now so it's good to know there's always an Ululani's stop nearby. Will definitely be back!

My hubby got the ulu sized mango, pineapple and calamansi $8.59 with mochi $1.50. I liked the flavors in my Lilikoi Cheesecake. The cheese cap was great with the soft mochi pieces. Usually, when I go to Ululani's the shave ice is fine as snow. However, today I had chunks of ice on the bottom of my bowl. It's good that they poke holes in the ice so that the syrup penetrates to the bottom.

I live and work in town and I rarely leave town, but just to visit this place again, I drove all the way out here to get another dessert from them! The staff is so cute and friendly and their fruits are relatively fresh! It's a pretty sizable cup of ice wave and it's definitely a shareable size, but I can easily finish it myself because it's so good! This is one reason why I leave town. After constant messaging, she finally decided she was going to give back my money at the end of May. It's June, and I still haven't gotten our money back. I had the benefit of a doubt that her wallet and phone were actually stolen but recently saw other people comment on their instragram using the same excuse and not giving back their money! I wanted to support a local business, especially seeing their kids being involved in their business, but it makes me sad that they are taking advantage of us.
