Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

YEESH, the reviews here are harsh…read more Out of the four 7-11's that I've gone to in one night, this is easily the one that had the most personality and had workers that were able to answer our questions. Again, aside from the dinosaur sunglasses, the Spinosaurus cut out, and the meal deals, they didn't have any of the other Jurassic World collab items, but I do have to admit that of all the other 7-11's that I visited, this had the most individual personality. You can definitely tell it's more older store as they kept some of the older wall decorations, but that they have way more to offer the regular customer. Many more toys and blind boxes (I saw Zoomers buying Sonny Angels and Labubu's here) and I think this one had their own different meal combo deals and a more interesting variety of drinks, slushies, and snacks. I don't mind dropping by this one again just for the heck of it in the future.

The writing was accurate, so no complaints here. I find out that the bakery is short staffed. They leave at 1pm, and they are trying to hire someone for the afternoon shift. I needed to grab some milk on the way home. Okay, where can I get milk in Fremont after 10pm? I'm cruising down Fremont Blvd, and I see "7-Eleven." 7-Eleven is a branded store. Each store has the same basic items. They usually carry milk, unless it's sold out. So I pull into the lot, and my first impression isn't too good. The parking lot was littered with trash, and there was a homeless person sitting in front of the store. The shopping center has alot of empty storefronts. I didn't really feel unsafe here. There was classical music blasting from overhead speakers. I go inside the store, say hello to the clerk, and head for the dairy coolers. This is actually a fairly big store. The fountain/ coffee area seem under-utilized. There seems to be empty spots in the shelving and merchandising. I don't know, maybe it just needs stocking. The clerk was polite. A gallon of milk was around $5.59. Expiration date is 7-22, so it's fresh. Always check expiration dates in a convenience store (C-Store). Some people don't rotate stock, or never heard of "FIFO" (first in, first out). Ideally, the clerk should check the date before he sells it, but he did not. I took a chance and used the 7-11 ATM. Citibank cardholders don't get charged a fee at 7-11 ATMs. That's really cool, because I hate using outdoor ATMs. So in general, I had a fairly good experience at this 7-11. The parking lot is a common lot with the rest of the shopping center. So I don't know whose to blame for the trash. If I'm in the area, I would come back to this store.

My wife and I have gone here a few times over the years (she doesn't seem to work here anymore, but we used to know one of the assistant managers). +The store is open 24 hours, and there's a drive-thru (for anyone unfamiliar with Walgreens, the stores are known for their pharmacies). +Some sections are very impressive. The greeting card section takes up 2 aisles and is rather nice. The cosmetics section basically takes up the entire left wall (in particular, there's a wide selection of makeup and brushes). +There are a lot of batteries and brands of film and hearing aids to choose from (I should tell my dad, but he might not hear me). There's also a good selection of candy and travel bags. +The magazine section is good. I smiled one day when I saw 2 guys looking at some men's magazines (my wife was waiting for me, and so I moved right along). +The prices here are pretty good, and there are always some items on sale. +The Pharmacy is fairly large and popular (although there's often a line, there really wasn't one when we stopped by around 3 p.m. on a Saturday). It was also given a makeover recently (it looks much more modern than before). The pharmacists are helpful. The eye drops that my wife bought 2 days earlier at another Walgreens weren't appropriate (she needed some for gas permeable contact lenses), but the pharmacist she talked to told her what brand to buy (I quickly found the drops in the eye care section). +The store is pretty spacious, and the aisles aren't too narrow (I hate when I practically have to hug a shelf in order to get past someone). +Returning or exchanging an item is a fairly painless process (only managers handle returns/exchanges, and so you should go to the Photo Center counter- it's on the far right in the back). -The layout of the store is good overall, but not in the front. You'll find water bottle cases stacked by the metal detectors, and a bunch of carts just a few feet from the doors (the doors, in general, could be wider). If you're at the front and the store is busy at all, or if you're slow (getting a cart, for example), other customers might get in your way and vice versa. -Some of the employees are hard to be around. These employees are friendly overall, but they look like they're in dire need of a nap or makeover, and preferably both. -The cashiers aren't very quick (some 5-Hour Energy drinks might be in order), and there are usually only 1 or 2 registers open. If the store is busy, expect to be in line for 5 or more minutes. -The manager we dealt with when exchanging the eye drops was slow in coming (in his defense, he quickly apologized, and there were a few customers he had to help first). He was friendly, but the whole process took awhile (it wasn't "fairly painless" for us because we didn't know where to go at first- we had to move from one register to another one). -The security guard who is sometimes out front is strange and creepy (he's overly vigilant in carrying out his duties, as if he's expecting to spot a terrorist in the parking lot). -There's likely to be a few cars ahead of you if you use the drive-thru (you could be waiting 15 or more minutes). -The parking lot is terrible (it's pretty large, but somewhat hard to navigate- parking also tends to be tight because of all the shops and restaurants around). I would rather chew on glass than deal with it. -Bad location (this is related to the above issue). The store is at a corner, and vehicles are entering and exiting the shopping center all the time. I'm not exaggerating when I say that you're taking your life in your own hands when the area is busy (I'm a very careful and fast walker, but I've still almost been hit while walking from the parking lot to the store). This Walgreens is nice inside, and a lot of items are sold here. Walgreen Pharmacy Manager Violates Rights to Patients Medical Records (HIPPA)! Do not use this pharmacy, especially if you are African American. The Pharmacy Manager uses a very weak company policy to discriminate and deny pain medications for African Americans who submit authorized doctors' prescriptions to obtain pain medications. On Monday, I submitted a Kaiser doctor's paper prescription to purchase pain medication to relieve my chronic pain. For 3 days, the Pharmacy Manager scrutinized my prescription and lied directly to my face denying she did not contact my doctor and my doctor did not send her a FAX justifying prescribing my pain medications. For 3 days, the Pharmacy Manager lied, and withheld my pain medications despite my Kaiser doctor and Kaiser pharmacist discussing with her, and submitting FAX documentation regarding my diagnosis and treatment plans. When I complained that the Pharmacy Manager was violating my (HIPPA) Rights to privacy of medical records; it took approximately 25 minutes for the Pharmacy Manager to provide me with an obscured vague company policy that allowed the Pharmacy Manager to use her biased, ignorant, and racist false beliefs about African Americans to attempt to deny me access to purchase authorized pain medications. When I directly confronted the Pharmacy Manager about the unfair and unequal treatment that allows non-African Americans to purchase the same pain medications without investigation and scrutiny, the Pharmacy Manager suggested I go back to Kaiser to get my medications. Therefore, both my Kaiser doctor, Kaiser pharmacist, and I have written and submitted a letter of complaint regarding the discriminatory and racist unprofessional attitude and behavior of the Pharmacy Manager. Thus, I highly recommend that you boycott and do not utilize this Walgreen Pharmacy, especially, if you are African American. The Pharmacy Manager will violate your Right to Privacy regarding your medical records and will attempt to treat unfairly and unequally African Americans who suffer from severe chronic pain. Sometime purchasing cheaper medications is not a good idea because you get discriminatory, ignorant, poor, racist customer service!! read more

ZERO STAR WALGREEN's Mowry Fremont, CA - Before Covad they used to have a dedicated EXPRESS PICK UP LANE but sicne covad that window became a Covad vax window. With Express Pay you can pay for your med before hand & skip the line when you go to pick it up. I went there today to pick up Insulin (refrigerated) & you can not have it delivered (Otherwise I would!) so I go to the pharmacy consultation window & told the pharmacist Melvin that I have an express pick up. Normally they just tell me to skip the line by going to the next available cashier i.e. Skip the line. Not Melvin: "Do you have a bar code on your cel?" I: No I have the code in numbers - Melvin "We can't do it using the numbers we need the bar code" - I: No you can You guys have done it many times in the past. Melvin "I can't do it & plus there is only 1 person for both the counter & drive thru" - I did not say these but was thinking it: WHAT?! Is that my problem moran?! Is it my problem that you dumbass yes dumbass are so stupid that you can not do what a cashier can & you call your self a pharmacist?! You should not be in customer service let alone healthcare service peace of crap! So I got in line - got up there after waiting in line for 1/2 hour, and the cashier was able to in fact do it. This hell hole needs to 1) FIRE the stupid so called pharmacist Melvin 2) Switch back the demonic covad jab window to EXPRESS pick up 3) HIRE more cashiers so that there is not just 1 cashier for the inside & drive thru BOTH with huge lines ALL THE TIME! read more

I HATE THEM My doc sent a refill medication here unfortunately and last night was the worst experience I've had there so far. One single man working the entire pharmacy alone. Approximately 5 cars deep in the drive through and roughly 12 people waiting in line in the store. Took about 45 to pick up my rx and when I finally got to the window the man was extremely rude. Never made eye contact, said the bare minimum and then threw my card back to me and walked away to help the next guest. I did tell him that it was really unfair that they have him running around trying to help everyone all on his own. Although I was so pissed my ears were hot, I approached him at first with sympathy. Until he was $hiTty to me. I reported the incident to board of Pharmacy, a crummy attitude isn't enough of a reason to complain, my concern is how are we certain scripts are going to be legitimate correct doses with this kind of tempo? I'm almost afraid to give my son the antibiotics- as he probably had to mix them upon pick up. I feel for the people who work here. The management is terrible and as a result the techs get the reputation of incompetence and rudeness. read more

This place has a nice selection. This place always has this strange security officer man standing outside staring at people who park in the 30 minute zones. It really creeps me out and I don't understand his intentions. I don't know what his job is by just staring at me as I exit my vehicle to walk inside then watch me enter my vehicle as I leave. I mean, come on, really? One of the clerks there was obviously sick. Sniffling, sneezing, coughing, and groggy. He obviously was not feeling well, nor did he make an effort to be discrete. He used his hands to wipe his nose, used his hands to sneeze into, then takes my items with his hands and hands me my receipt. VERY GROSS! Is it really that hard to get someone healthy at the register? Send someone home when they're sick like that, it's disgusting. The pharmacy staff is very nice. Dawit is a drop off/pickup rep who is extremely rude. Come in contact with him a few times and he is never pleasant. This experience really sealed the deal! He told me he wouldn't accept a prescription that my doctor had written for me. I suggested he call her. After he spoke to her seemed as if he was angry that he was wrong and then took it out on me even worse. He then chose not to help me from the line I was waiting in for 10 minutes because he said it was the wrong line....Only to find out right as I switched lines another rep pulled from the line to start helping even though it was"the wrong line" Basically...he didn't want to help me! I will make sure to avoid his line if I ever have to deal with him again! There are some decent people there...Dawit just isn't cut out for customer service. read more

I happened to be in the area and stopped in at this Walgreens store to pick up some much needed Supplements. I was most favorably impressed with their CUSTOMER SERVICE--- mainly "Ovie" who was at the register... who.. in spite of being busy, gave me a warm welcome when i walked... and directed me to the proper aisle. I wandered around a bit for a short while and ran into another employee who most graciously walked me over to --not only to the correct aisle and specific area-- but she also HANDED me my items. This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the entire Bay Area ... If you ever had to wait at DMV, you may have an idea of the wait here. Even the staff refer to it as "The Zoo" ... Walgreen's Pharmacy manger Nick (Nikhil Patel) at this location should be fired. He is arrogant, aggressive, and SUPER rude, has no communications skills what so ever. We have had multiple occasions of his horrific attitude towards us and seen the same attitude he's had towards other customers . I like Walgreens! The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Last time I went to pick up a prescription they noticed that I was taking some medication that could react with my prescription that my doctor hadn't noticed. I came in recently looking for some walking cane tips. But the ones they had were made of some type of hard plastic rather than heavy duty rubber. I'm pretty sure the people running the place are not the original owners. This used to be the first place you shopped at years ago. You will not get much bang for your buck here. Not today.

STARS (stand out qualities) -Has gas station…read more -Has food court -Good selection of products -Most staff serving samples are friendly and patient despite customers waiting and hovering haha STAIRS (areas of growth) -I've encountered two staff at checkout who were not friendly - one didn't respond when I asked if it was okay to leave items in the cart and just stared at me and another staff gave me a sharp tone when I was trying to ask about an overcharged item (I understand they were in the middle of helping another customer but when I said "excuse me" the first time they didn't look at me or say anything so I asked them a second time and got a sharp tone response ) TIPS -If you are overcharged, you can go to the area where you make returns to let them know (instead of asking the cashier like I did); it's not the same line as returns but nearby -Parking in garage is nice if you want to keep car or other food in car cool -There is also uncovered parking lot spots (usually enough if you are okay walking during during peak times)

2 things: 1- the entire local public neighborhood has now…read moresaturated this costco, and now this place sucks just as much as any other bay area costco. the public that comes here has officially made this place a crapshoot to shop at. people are on their phones more than wiling to shop. everyone leaves their cart everywhere, entitled shoppers are opening bags of product, eating products before purchasing, "sampling" fruit, and product theft is hilariously rampant. why is this here? because there isnt enough costco employeess to make sure that people shop without destroying their products. it took forever for me to find produce because bags were opened up and contaminated due to "hands". always fun. 2 - to the produce workers at this costco. dont give me crap for picking out bags of fruit because whatever idi*t that trashed it before i got to it was destroying the bags. your attitude and passive aggressive look is not appreciated. the attitude doesn't help and it's directed at the wrong individual.

I needed new running shoes and therefore, I came to DSW for it. Most of these shoes are affordable, which some of them are under $80. They do display ones that are on clearance now, but I only saw a few are. Hopefully, more will have a clearance. When I went to the counter to purchase shoes, I think they asked me if they can prevent my shoes from being decolorized for $8.99. I declined it, but if you want them to do that before you buy shoes, you can. I don't think it's going to affect how I feel about wearing my new shoes. I think it's a new service since I've been purchasing shoes from this store at least a few times and that they never asked me about that option.

This spot is kind of tucked away in the lot closest to 880 freeway at Pacific Commons in Fremont. They've done ok for themselves as businesses over the years typically fail in this quadrant of the shopping center, for whatever reason the stores are always changing, once H-Mart arrives at years end that'll all change though. This spot is at least facing the road on Christy Street now not tucked away around the corner where it used to be. You can order stuff here online and then drop in and just pick it up, super easy. They've got plenty of options, especially for women here.

Plus, you can't beat the prices. You are always bound to find great deals and the savings is phenomenal. Sure, you have to look at the best used by date, but isnt that true anywhere else? There are many items that keep way past the date. I have been coming here for years. There are times that the parking lot can get super busy, but there is plenty of parking available. Its right next to Dollar Tree. I just don't like the new layout....to me, its harder to find what I am looking for. I don't know if its because I was so used to the old layout, but I still continue coming and it is still a maze. There are some sections of the store that have less products than previously laid out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its a great first stop shop to get your groceries.

Adj: impressive and interesting store…read more Fremont GO on Stevenson, we've driven passed this store several times without stopping and finally decided we have to check this place out before we headed home while we were in this area for a short trip. We love going to different GO's to see what snacks and unique items they have. There's definitely different items that get shipped to stores in various areas. On this occasion I saw a lot of spring items, to include Easter decor, spring flowers, plants, tools. This store has a lot of great food items besides the usual necessities. Their ice cream shelves were quite stocked and had a lot more brands and choices than I've seen at other stores. They had a pretty big health & beauty plus supplements & vitamins area too, several rows worth of all that. The NOSH section was big too, with a lot of variety for "healthy" snacks and sweets, like chips and treats. Overall, I was impressed by this sheer size of this store which used to be a supermarket and is more split about 2/3 this GO and 1/3 of the whole store area is now a Dollar Tree next door. We'll definitely plan to be back next time we're in the area.

People coming in and out of very tight spaces and not looking where they're going. A normal space here feels so crammed. It's like they were giving you the absolute minimal space between cars to cram in as many spaces necessary. Now going in, is fine. We went to the bakery area, the cakes were there but not ones we wanted. So we left. Again. Not saying Whole Foods isn't a great place. It's just getting parked is the battle which I try not to have to deal with as much as possible. I would rather travel to other Whole Foods to not have to deal with this specific parking lot. Or go when it's not peak times which is probably like weekdays not during lunch.

For a Monday morning it was very busy! We especially enjoyed this particular visit because of our friendly and engaging cashier, who joked about the trendy canvas bags that everyone is lusting after... Not me! Our favorite is the foldable tote bag!

During my most recent visit, it was a bummer that they had no refrigerated juices available so I had to settle for the juice that was in the nonrefrigerated aisle.
