The buffet was good. The fried shrimp and chicken is awesome!!! I had a wonderful time there with my family... Very clean restaurant and the food dishes are fresh. The egg rolls are crunchy. You can't go wrong with this place. $6.99 for lunch is a steal. The veggie dishes are very tasty and the chef behind it makes it good!!! :) If you live around the area.. come try it out. There were 6 of us for lunch and based on the reviews we thought it would be wonderful. Wrong!! Tables were sticky and had to ask for it to be wiped off. Most of the buffet food wasnt hot, some was cold. Lots of the chicken dishes seemed slimy and not much flavor. We had to remove our dirty plates ourselves as no one seemed to care about service. After trying the lunch buffet one time and having an ok experience I decided to go back a second time with a coworker. This time some of the food was not as hot as it probably should have because I felt sick not that long after and ended up getting food poisoning. It ended up with a trip to emergency to get rehydrated and nausea pills. Worst feeling ever!!! My strongest comment is that the tables and the floor were very dirty. And my lunch was served on a cracked and actually leaky plate. It's hard to say anything good about our lunch after that. No gravy for the egg foo young. Red bone chicken. Hot pepper in almost everything. Where were the traditional fresh savory favors we all want of our Chinese food? This place is the go to place in Beaumont area. Quality of food is good. I however thought the lady that waited on us was extremely rude. I actually left my father in law to get the food so I didn't tell her how rude she was. Their orange chicken is good. The person waited on us had an issue with us getting white meat only. It's a family owned place; a family that knows how to cook delicious Chinese food. Their prices are great for the amount of food you get. The atmosphere is great due to their great costumer service. They are well known for their super cheap all you can buffet during lunch time mon-fri! Their orange chicken is the BEST and so are their cream cheese wontons. Staff is always so friendly. Decent Chinese food until later on towards the afternoon, but if you get to the buffet when they first open the food is really good. also their takeout plates have a nice amount of food. Overall really good food. The food is fresh. Vegetables were really crispy and good to eat, if you are close you should come and check out this place. Great food but if u like soy sauce or hot sauce with your food you shouldnt eat here. The lady is always stingy with the hot sauce and gets mad if u ask for more then she gives. First off when I walked into the place the lady did not greet us she had no customer service skills whatsoever then once we got our food it came out cold then I told them the food was cold and instead of making new food they put it in a freaking microwave and warmed it up then gave it back to us so I do not recommend this place at all it's overpriced for the crappy quality if there is any. We were passing through on our way to Idyllwild and were hungry enough to stop here for what we now know was our first of many visits. It has the appearance of a fast-food place but the smells of good food hit you as soon as you walk in the door. The staffers were super friendly while we pondered over the menu (you order at the counter). My husband ordered Kung pao chicken and I ordered orange chicken. We also wanted their won ton soup and fried rice because we were famished. They cook everything fresh with NO MSG...I repeat, they do not use any MSG and the food was so flavorful. I was raised in the SF Bay Area and know good Chinese food. What a find in this little community. We ate the leftovers for dinner the following night and they were delicious. read more
