When it came time to get a leveling kit for my truck, there weren't many options in town. 831 Trucks were the highest rated. So I went in for an estimate. Starting with the service... the level of honesty and customer service here is absolutely unrivaled. I like to off-road, but this truck is also my daily driver, so I was torn on getting a 3.5" lift, or just a leveling kit to get some much needed front end clearance. They could have taken the chance to try and upsell me on the much more expensive lift, but that's not what they did. They asked questions about my driving habits, do I tow, how often do I off-road, and suggested that the leveling kit would be much more effective for my use, and much less expensive. Wow! The estimate wasn't gouging. No giant part markups here, just what they cost, and I checked. The work was done in half a day, and it was done very well. The next morning I noticed the front end suspension on the driver side was making some wild noises. So I took it back, they looked at it for no charge, and let me know that my struts had reached the end of their life after 118k miles. Fair enough! They suggested a part, provided a competitive quote (again, no part markups), and had it installed in less than half a day after I got back from my weekend getaway. Because the new shocks were also leveling, and I had just been there, they very generously adjusted the cost. It made a customer for life. The new ride is incredible, and after having crawled around under the truck, the workmanship is fantastic. I had noticed what looked like coolant on my driveway, and when I picked the truck up from the shock install, they let me know it looked like my water pump was leaking. No upsell, no push to have the work done. They said they noticed the leak, suggested the work, and let me know they were there if needed. I got it home and traced the leak to the gaskets on my pump. At 120k miles, I'd say it reached the end of its operable life. Guess where I'll be going to get that taken care of? Thanks for being awesome, 831 Trucks.

Crazy labor cost! $190 for 10 minutes! I stopped by for an oil change this morning and was told…read morethat the belt needed to be replaced soon. I asked about the price and may not have heard it correctly, but I thought the total cost for the material and labor was less than $100. I agreed to replace it, and they ordered the belt, which was delivered quickly. After they finished the work, I realized that the labor cost for the belt replacement was $190. It only took about 10 minutes! I have used this shop for oil changes regularly, but I will not be returning anymore.

Someone always answers the phone relatively quickly , and I found each person that I have communicated with to be professional and courteous. The only issue that I see is that they don't carry a full stock of tires onsite. They didn't have the size I needed, so they had to order from a different location. It took about a week for my tires to arrive. I promptly set up an appointment for the following day and headed on down to the store. Once the gentleman checked me in and took my keys , my car was ready in about 2 hours. I am not sure if America's Tire is the cheapest option available, but my experience was pleasant for the most part. On a side note , I took advantage of their 0 interest for 6 months financing option.

Standing in the same line as walk-ins was a bit annoying at first, but I can see that the appointment helped with the overall timing. I purchased two Continental tires for $670. Thankfully, I only needed two. I even called my husband to double-check if the price was reasonable, and he said it was, so I went ahead with it. It felt like a lot, but with a baby, having safe and reliable tires is absolutely worth it. Overall, the staff was polite and the pricing seemed fair for the brand. My only suggestion would be to create a separate check-in line for appointments to make the process clearer and more efficient. I would still return.

While I do wish the sales manager on duty was a little more personable, Jessilda's demeanor and professionalism certainly made up for any shortcomings from other staff. She then yells, "Roberta can you help them?" I guess Roberta does everyone's job here. I hope her coworkers don't take advantage of Roberta. Roberta helped us with a smile. I suggest the service/parts depart cross train so that when one is out to lunch the other covers the counter. AND when you're handing out parts that employee be responsible for the entire transaction. It just looked like Roberta was being directed to do everything in that place. Also during my wait I went into the showroom expecting to be approached by a salesperson. I believe I counted four. The two in separate booths saw me and looked down. The last gentleman sitting at counter by door greeted me. He was very professional as was Roberta. The approach I received upon entering the showroom along with my experience at the parts counter exemplified poor work ethics. I'm having to look for another mechanic to REALLY make the repairs so the car will sound as it should did before going to this shop. If I were you don't trust these people at all. They are not reliable for auto work.
