It is much nicer than the other O'Reilly stores in Missoula. The store is laid out nicely and the aisles are well marked. The employee working was very friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated. The store itself was noticeably clean and the shelves seemed to be well stocked. Prices were about average for comparable auto parts stores in the area. There is plenty of parking and the location makes access to Broadway very easy. I highly recommend stopping here if you need any parts or accessories for your vehicles.

And then the main 2 inch lift brackets that I got. Were used with another pink sticker on the box that said restock . So one could be led to believe that they were not necessarily used but returned, and the work house really didn't care how the future customer received their product appeared. Also Tech Support very short when you call on the phone, they give you the impression as if you're stupid because you don't know what you're talking about, send out a email in reference to use parts. No response don't think they even cared. Definitely think twice about buying products. From this company .

So I googled the "the best diesel repair shop in the country". I came across an article of a guy…read morelisting a bunch of shops throughout the country. He had two shops listed in Montana. One in Billings ( unnamed) and Gomers Repair/US Diesel Parts in Missoula. I drove one my trucks to Gomers in Missoula from Long Beach to pick up a camper and have this "highly recommended shop" prepare my old truck (1993 dodge) to pull an 18k lb camper. My first gen ended up getting a new turbo, arp studs, valve springs, 13.5 clutch, exhaust manifold, exhaust brake and injection pump. They also did a lot of preventive (kdp , main seals, etc) maintenance to solidify their work. Upon completion of Gomers work..I hooked up to my camper and pulled it to Bozeman without any worries. This shop is very thorough and competent. The mechanics seem highly trained. I was actually so impressed that I decided to hand my 1992 12 valve w350 over to Gomers to work their magic once again. I had major oil leaks and tranny leaks everywhere. The tranny came out and received new seals and a new 13.5 clutch..and rear main seal. The engine received 60lb valve springs and arp studs, new injectors, new exhaust, exhaust brake, exhaust manifold...and some COMPETENT TUNING. Upon completion..Moe offered to pick me up from the airport. I then drove the truck to Bozeman and got 21 mpg at 62mph. Gomers Diesel charged me a very fair price...considering most of my bill was discounted parts. Don't let your truck be a training device for somebody that claims to be a diesel mechanic. Go to professionals that care and professionals that you can trust. Gomers Diesel is by far the best shop in Montana.

The entry level of this Autozone Auto location is difficult and a bit dangerous (when coming off of…read morethe main road) to drive into without having to circle the block ultimately coming in through another business parking lot just to get to the front of the store. Made a stop here to purchase a specific type of fluid. Myself and family member were greeted upon entering the store. As we were searching the shelf to find the fluid we came in for an employee appeared out of nowhere started talking without looking at anyone directly. We looked around thinking maybe he was speaking to someone else because he never approached us and asked us what we were looking (and if he did he didn't get the green light he had obtained our attention) It took us a moment for us to realize that he was talking fast to us (without ever making any eye contact) this made us chuckle because it was a bit strange. But I appreciate the effort lest he was a shy trying to push himself outside is comfort zone. During checkout the cashier made a joke that was meant to be an ice breaker but it came off a little awkward. He tried again to make conversation but once again it was done in a way that came off as if he was nervously babbling and doing way to much! Overall, the effort was appreciated, at least they tried to provide good customer service but for future reference it would be ideal if they learned how to "read the room". If someone makes minimal effort to speak that means give them some space or at the very least just keep to being simple in communicating and polite. No need to overwhelm!
