On November 14, 2021 I went early to get my shopping done without a rush. I waited at the sewing counter for 20 minutes and could not find anyone. So, evidentually I located a sales associate and requested that someone be called to the sewing counter. Another 10 minutes went by and yet no one. So, I cut the fabric I needed and took the fabric and bolts up to the front of the store. The manager on duty Tiamarie or something like that, refused to come and talke to me. Poor Dominick was wonderful however could not do anything. So, I call her over and explained my problem. I was told by a store manager that I would have to wait or come back that the was only responsible for the front of the store and nothing else. Well, I insisted on service and finally she begrudgingly went back to the sewing counter. She took her "sweet" time in just re-measuring the one yard of material and preparing a price label. Not sure how much staff that they have but i went in to get jewelry, but there was no one in the jewelry department. I asked a nearby employee to page someone and she did twice and i waited in the same spot for at least 20 minutes with no one to come service me. She then tells me to try to go to customer service and ask them. This is a ridiculous wait time to not be serviced and the line at the customer service was entirely too long. When i was coming up there was a whole register and an employee that was stationed at the jewelry department. I hope they get back to that because the wait was entirely not caked for. read more

The automotive department wasted a good chunk of our time on our last visit. We went in for a simple tire repair. We waited about an hour before asking for an update. They said it would be about another 45 minutes to an hour but that they would call us when it was ready.TWO hours later, there was still no call so we went back to check again. Turns out the tire had been ready for an hour but the guy "forgot" to call us. read more

With 18 checkout counters, only 4 attended by workers. This is consistent even when its busy with plenty of people to checkout. The rest is a Scan & Go or Self Checkout. If your looking for customer service when checking out, forget it. No one is around. And if you do, not much of a friendly attitude. You sure do leave frustrated waiting in line. read more

I actually don't mind shopping at this particular Walmart. Obviously the lines were ridiculously long because Walmart is greedy and hates everyone, but this is literally the cleanest and most organized Walmart I have ever been in. I honestly think they hired people that just lurk around putting stuff back every single time a customer moves something. Also, the employees were extremely friendly. Like weirdly nice. In every Walmart I've been to, the employees practically curse you out. Like they usually make it obvious that they hate their jobs. But I didn't get that vibe from anyone at this Walmart. It's only 8:30 pm on a Sunday night and there's only one actual register open here right now. There's at least 15 people waiting at both self check out registers, and about 10 in the one register line now. Where are all of the cashiers? Why is it like this? This is a "super center" Walmart. This is ridiculous and probably won't be coming to this Walmart again. Should probably look into hiring more cashiers. read more

One of the nicer walmarts I have been to. Self checkout is open super late, which is great because I usually go around 2-3 am. It's more packed during the days, but checkout lines don't get out of hand. The staff I have encountered aware friendly, with the occasional person who is tired and just ready to go home. read more

I would give this Walmart 0 stars but I can't. Everytime we come he if it's even during the week or the weekend there is no cashiers in site. Or they have only 1 register open. Example tonight which is Friday they had 3 registers open with lanes easily 15 customers deep. We waited 25 min and when we get 2 customers ahead of us he decides to close and wants us to move to another Lane which I mind you is already 15 other customers waiting. There was about 10ppl waiting in my line and most of us just left our carts where they were and walked out. I couldn't believe it, Walmart makes a great deal profit and it is unexcetable for them to only have two working women's bathroom in the store. And those two bathrooms have no locks on them. How is that safe for any women to have to utilize the restroom and have to be mindfully of anyone walking in on them or possible causing them harm......smh. NOT good for business read more

Over all it's a Walmart. But very disappointed in the bike department, I bought my kid a bike for Christmas and during our ride the pedal came off he fell and got scratched up pretty bad. Took it to local bike shop to put back on and pedal came off again. Went back to store and they gave me run around and I waiting for an hour got frustrated and left. Watch everything they do. Check your receipt before you leave the store. Make sure you check every coupon you use. Tonight I gave the cashier almost ten bucks worth of coupons... he used exactly two of them. Unfortunately, I didn't discover it until I got home. This is typical of my experiences lately... even when I ask if they got my coupons, they say yes, and when I get home, they didn't use any of them. I am wondering if there is some sort of scheme here, because it happens so often. Also, make sure everything you buy makes it into the bag. I usually come home one or two items short. I buy cases and cases and cases of canned cat food. Apparently, they catapult the cases from the truck to the store loading dock, because lately a large number of the cans inside the cases are so bent that the seals are broken... nothing more disgusting the rotting cans of cat food. What am I supposed to do with those? keep them for a week so I can return the reeking mess to the store? One case was full of maggots by the time I opened it. I always bring my own bags. this makes Walmart employees see red, and they have never been trained how to bag groceries properly... put the drain cleaner right in there with the eggs, and the bananas in with the cans and bottles. Last week, I brought in a big bag full of canvas shopping bags. What was the first bag he chose to use? The bag holding all the other bags! None of the thirty neatly folded bags inside were good enough, I guess. Then I had to stop him from putting my tomatoes in between two big bottles of laundry detergent, and explain that it was probably better if he grouped all the cleaners and other non food products together in one bag, preferably one without food in it. . I go to this Walmart all the time and I have had very few issues with them. Tonight, it's a different story. I called the 1st time and the male that answered spoke in a garbled gibberish and I was not able to understand one word he said. The call was sent to electronics, thought I have no idea why. The nice gentleman in electronics told me that he would switch me to customer service. No one would pick up and eventually the call went back to electronics. This happened twice. The male in electronics then said he would have a manager speak to me. I waited 40 mins. and the gentleman nor the manager ever came to the phone. I then called the 2nd time, now they are just not answering. I am very frustrated. read more

This Wal-Mart used to be great, but has recently started getting terrible. I tried to call in to get my prescriptions refilled, and a couple questions answered on Friday. The lady answered the phone and asked to put me on hold, which I agreed. But I wound up being on hold for 16 minutes, and then was hung up on. I called back, and this time no one spoke to me, they just picked up the phone and hung up. When I called back the third time, they picked up the phone and put me right back into the queue, at which point the automated system picked up and stated that the pharmacy was closed for lunch. Really? It was obvious that whomever was working was just refusing to answer the phone. Then, when I went to pick up my pills on Monday, I wanted to also get some shopping done. When I went to get eggs, they were almost completely out. I went to customer service to ask, and a manger said she would go back there and look. After 20 minutes of waiting, my mother went back there and found a different manager to actually answer the question, but no one ever came back to the service desk to answer. On that same day, a customer spilled a drink and informed a clerk and asked for a clean up. A manager happened to be there, and she stood by the spill, trying to get someone on the walkie talkie to bring wet floor signs and paper towels. She couldn't get anyone to answer her, so she called the store on her phone, and no one answered the call. She got back on the walkie talkie wanting to know why no one was answering the phone. That's pretty bad. I am no longer shopping at this store because it has become obvious to me that most of the staff doesn't care, and the ones that do, can't get the others to work with them. read more

This is the worst WalMart I've ever been across the entire country. Most of the staff are rude and incompetent. The mgr is nonavailable all the time; apparently he doesn't care either. The cashiers don't know what they're doing and are rude most of the time. Many depts are unstaffed when they need clerks to assist, such as with fabric-cutting, etc. One in the electronics section just wanders around never helping anyone; I've reported it to no avail. The store is often cluttered and dirty. The recent revamping has created nothing but problems; whoever thought that up should be slapped severely. I hate going there so avoid it whenever possible. And don't even get me started on being accosted by cable providers who work for crooks! Disgusting!!! read more

I don't drive, so I take the bus to this store, because of the selection and the nearness of the bus line. Every time I bring an ad from their competition, they refuse to match the price, as they advertised. Their price of milk, is the highest in the area, out of character for this store chain, and I don't know why. The meat department is another that prices higher than other local stores, but they refuse to match other local stores as their ads say they do. I have a store credit card, and shop there a lot, and I expect good customer service! read more
