I like this place in general, most people are friendly but there is one cashier today, TE # 28, 5:27 pm, 3/31/2017, her name is Melissa. She took her time chatting with the customer and moving so slow. It should be okay but when it came to me, she just handed the receipt and was rude when she proceeded with the next customer without rotating the bags to give me my bag. So while I'm fumbling to get my bags, she was already scanning the other customer's items. Melissa ruined my liking to this particular branch of Walmart. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. I was harrassed and embarrassed by the front door greeter and the assistant manager Jim. I came into the store with a box of diapers i had previously purchased at a different store so i asked the greeter for a sticker so they would know i already came in with this item so there would be no issue when i left. I had this item with me because i am on the bus and had no vehicle to leave it in. Anyways i proceeded to shop and purchased the items i needed and had my receipt for them. As i was walking out the same greeter stopped me and proceeded to ask me where my receipt was from the other store was for the diapers. Mind you this was the same greeter that i had previously asked for a sticker when i came in. Then she had the assistant manager Jim come over and they proceeded to tell me i could not leave the store until they ran the cameras to make sure i came in with the diapers. As we were waiting for the cameras to be ran back they allowed peopke of none color to walk right out without checking their receipts and tokd them they were fine and did not need to check. The manager got very rude and said he did not need to explain anythinng to me as to why they had stopped me. All of this commotion and embarrassment was finally stopped when LP told them i came in with the diapers and to ket me go. I have endured harrassment embarrassment defamation of character and racial profiling and im absolutely disgusted by their actions. I will be filing a lawsuit read more

The optical department at this Walmart was super helpful to me today. My prescription sunglasses frames broke and the were able to get my prescription lenses into another pair and it was really fast. read more

Had new tires installed and paid for new valve stems and they did not replace two of them!The only reason they replaced one of them is because it was dry rotted and leaking! Beware of being charged for parts they don't install! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Quoted one hour ETA & it took them 2.5+ hours to change a tire. Once my car was (finally) put up, I see the associates just standing around and goofing off instead of actually changing a tire. I STRONGLY recommend that you go anywhere else to get new tires. Lesson learned. Those particular associates need to be in a different business (i.e. fired) as well because their customer service was horrid. read more

I like to make sure a store has something before I make the effort to go down there. I check the the website for what I need and make sure I check the boxes for in store at this location. I do this all the time and they have it, but every time I go to this location it's never there so I just wasted my time. The shelves are never stocked and everything is just laying around. Terrible service. Always only like 4 registers open out of 30 registers and the lines are so long even in the 20 or less line. It takes just as long to get through the 20 or less as it does the normal lines. read more

With a line as long as it was for the Self Check Out, how inefficient that process always is, and how long it took, opening at least one register run by a real cashier would have been extremely beneficial. I disagree, and find that this Walmart is one of the best I've been to. The selection is fine, as it's a bit smaller than the other super Walmarts, and the people who work there are so great!! They are super helpful, going out of their way to assist an show you where everything is. And the pharmacy staff is wonderful, greeting me by name. This is my favorite Walmart, and I shop there all the time. I never noticed any dirty restrooms, as a matter of fact, they're always in there cleaning!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The people here are rude and disrespectful. I ask an associate a question and she didn't speak English to answer me. When I asked the lady in the dressing room department to help me with the sunglasses she told me that she is the one, when I clearly told her it was a different associate. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I'm a 19 year old male and assume I must have fit their profile of a thief. The moment I walked through the doors I had 3 undercover employees following me throughout the entire store as if I was trying to steal things. I have never felt as uncomfortable In my life. I had a handful of items and I felt so uncomfortable I was afraid to put anything in my pocket so it would be easier to carry them. They made me feel like a criminal. I politely asked them why they are following me and I received attitude in the responses to my questions. I asked the manager as I was leaving to not immediately profile people in the future and she verified to me that they were undercover employees. This is not the first time this has happened to me. When I walked out of the doors I felt a huge weight lifted from my shoulders and that should never be the case. Will not come here again. read more

On 9/7/16, I had slipped and fell at Walmart on 540 Marks St. Henderson NV. On what the substance appeared to be, bubbles. When i had fallen it nearly knocked me out and took every bit of breath from me. A very nice lady seen that i had fell. She kindly yelled for help and a minute or two later some employees came. None of the employees seemed any bit concerned about my health or physical condition. About 7 min after i fell they finally ask me if i needed medical emergency. After gaining composure and trying to get up to sit in the chair someone brought me, I filled out the incident report. I know i wasn't in a right state of mind to be filling out the incident report, especially being in the state of mind i was in after falling. There were no wet floor signs anywhere to be seen. After struggling to get to my feet i walked to my truck and called Naqvi Law Group. Naqvi had helped me with an auto accident case in the past and so i new he was the right one to call about the situation i had just been involved in. I'm happy no one else slipped on that slippery substance, before or after me. Someone could have gotten badly hurt besides me that day. Because of this accident i had lost my job, struggling to pay rent and put dinner on the table every night for my 2 daughters and wife. I'm now going to phyisical therapy 2-3 times a week, see a doctor every month, and getting MRI's. NO FUN. NO WET FLOOR SIGNS "COME ON" DO YOUR JOB, HOW HARD COULD IT BE. read more

10/28/16 - I had the worst experience with the "customer service" department today. I visited the Walmart at 540 Marks Street, Henderson, NV 89014. The associates name was Tobi Bornick, (short Caucasian female with short hair). I shop at this location frequently and the service is always great. However, this particular experience was not the same. It was quite shocking. Tobi was not only rude to every customer before me, but also to the associate working beside her, not to mention to me as well. To take it a step further, Tobi spoke ineptly, and openly about previous customers including the gentlemen who worked beside her, who simply asked for her help with a transaction. I felt bad for the guy as he appeared to be a new employee and quite embarrassed by her response. Her comments were spoken to a Hispanic women who was also behind the counter at the time. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. They both laughed nonchalantly about the insulting comments exchanged as if no one was present or heard them. It was extremely uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I've worked in service myself for many years as an RN, and I must say that Tobi should not be on the forefront with this type of attitude. She is arrogant, condescending, discourteous, and doesn't appear to like, appreciate, nor understand the fundamentals of the position that she holds with the "customer service" department. Tobi's behavior was beyond disrespectful, unacceptable, and uncalled for. I did not appreciate the service that was given. read more

I signed up for Yelp just to write this review because I was so upset. I also accidentally posted in the old page, so here it is again. I ran into Walmart to grab a few last minute groceries. What should have been a quick trip turned into a horrible ordeal. At self check out my receipt printed out blank. I was buying groceries for my job and needed it. I walked to where the employee normally is so the next person could use the register. One employee came in and put of the area saying she "wasn't working" that area. Then when someone did come over I was told that I should have stayed by the register, asked if I really needed the receipt, and told that I couldn't be helped and I would have to go to customer service to complain. The woman was incredibly rude, when even if that was policy, she could have been polite. She is after all in customer service. Then I waited in the customer service line for what felt like an eternity. Customer service was polite but the process of printing out a copy of the receipt was incredibly slow. By the time she got my receipt I asked for my cold food to be exchanged because I didn't feel comfortable taking it home in questionable condition. Overall I spent a good hour and a half one in what should have been a 15 minute trip. Walmart showed its ineptitude to first man the self check out, to hire people who can provide quality customer service and then to provide a timely solution to a simple situation. I had my two year old and teenage girls with me and the shopping experience was an absolute nightmare for everyone! read more
