Walmart used to be my favorite overall store for nearly everything except vegetables. I always found their vegetables to be in pretty bad shape and 50% of the time moldy. In today's time a lot of products are behind closed off shelves so you have to find someone who works there to have these things open for you. Once that happens they just hand it to you so you can stick it into your cart. What a waste of time. If theft is an ongoing problem you need to hire security who will actually stop people from walking out of Walmart with goods in the open. People who don't steal shouldn't have to wait to grab what they need because you won't hire security. Good for what it is. Customer service staff had been consistently nice and helpful. I've noticed recently that sometimes prices posted are not what rings up at the register - at least from my experiences- so I try to remember to take pictures of the posted price tags. Also, I thought as a general practice at any grocery store, foods in larger bulk sizes are typically cheaper (in comparison to a smaller size of the same product) but I guess that's not necessarily the norm. If there were a zero star rating this store would get it. Specifically their delivery drivers and shoppers. The last 4 delivery orders I've made have been missing items. When I try to get a refund, I have to wait on chat for at least 25 minutes. As I write this, it's now been 30 minutes I'm hanging on chat for a live agent to refund my money for the item they didn't deliver. At this point I see no reason to have a Walmart+ subscription because I can't trust their delivery people to actually remove all my items from their car to put on my porch. WORST EVER!! read more

Now this is how a Supercenter should be! We usually shop at other Walmarts around Vegas, but I'm so glad we visited this one. We came in for auto tools, and Zay and Adelfa in the Auto Center were amazing -- super helpful, friendly, and patient while helping us find exactly what we needed. Then we heard an announcement over the PA celebrating staff anniversaries -- how awesome is that? It's been years since I've heard a company do that, and it instantly gave this store such a positive vibe. The store is spotless, well organized, and packed with unexpected extras -- a nail salon, hair salon, vision center, Wetzel's Pretzels, and Charley's Cheesesteaks. The upbeat music had shoppers singing along, and you can really tell the staff enjoy working here. Before leaving, we grabbed a Wetzel's Pretzel and Jon was super friendly -- a perfect end to a great visit. Even though this isn't the closest Walmart to us, we'll definitely be back for the clean store, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. read more

I had a very frustrating experience at Walmart while picking up groceries. After paying at the self-checkout, I selected the option to get cash back and received a $20 bill. I needed smaller bills, so I went to the Money Center to break it. To my surprise, I was told that I had to make another purchase in order for them to break the bill--even though I had literally just bought groceries in the store. This makes no sense at all. I had already spent money as a customer, yet the staff at the Money Center refused to provide such a basic service. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, just change for the $20 that Walmart's own self-checkout machine gave me. The policy (or the way it was enforced) was unhelpful, inconvenient, and honestly very unfriendly to customers. What should have been a simple, 30-second request turned into a frustrating situation. If Walmart is going to give cash back at self-checkout, they should also be willing to provide change for it without forcing customers to spend more money. I walked away annoyed and disappointed. Walmart needs to rethink how it treats its customers at the Money Center, because experiences like this make me question whether it's worth shopping here anymore. read more

This is for the Tire Shop. If you ever need something done quick and accurate, go see Leo! We just had our four tires replaced with new ones. One of the reps went to check on tires and she came back and said there's only 3 so we asked Leo if he can go double check and Leo found the fourth one!!! Great guy! His mama should be proud of him! I've never stepped foot in a Walmart until I moved to vegas. This location has about everything from Halloween decor to a deli, makeup to an auto department. I've even had keys made here. I always love their Halloween decor. They bring out the haystacks every year. They also have all the popular Halloween characters like zero and Sam.i Actually visited the store today to pick up a printer cartridge and I found Sam in the computer section. There's limited handicap parking, so those that want or need it may not be able to since there's so few handicap parking spaces. You now have to be the unpaid cashier and check out and pay for your own items. So while they trust you to check out your own items, which also has a camera on each register, there's a man at the door asking to see your receipt. More and more items that I was once able to purchase here are no longer here for sale, which means I'd have to go to a different retailer or order online. Personally, I see Walmart as a waste time. Why make multiple stops to various stores when you can get all of the items you want at another local retail chain. I don't recommend any Walmart location. Save yourself time and purchase all of your items at one place rather than having to runaround to multiple stores to get what you want. read more

Walmart is always a reliable store. They carry a majority of the items that you need, and want in the store, and if you can't find it in-house, they will usually have it online. I like that Walmart stays open late seven days a week. That makes it convenient for me since I'm a night owl. I'm disabled, cannot drive, and am forced to order my items. This leads to my account being charged for items I did not receive. This is a HORRIBLY ran store. NO ONE is ever in the fabric section and no one can help. The scanner is held by someone on break or always in the bathroom. No associate on the floor has the means to call anyone. On the phone....you can't get anyone to answer, the operator or none of the departments. There is ZERO customer service. This has to change. How can you not answer a phone? I even pressed options for other departments, no answer, then you get a recorded message, we're experiencing long wait times and cuts off ,,,,really? They will park the cart on 1 side the isle then put a box directly across which leaves barely enough room to get a cart through. Then when they see you coming they dont move an expect the customer to stand there an wait. Few of them want to talk crap to people , becareful you never know who your running your mouth. I'm not so upset about the store as I am with the delivery program. I'm a + and in home subscriber. They try to substitute half your order because " they're out" of what you put in your cart. They have screwed up so many orders. Yesterday they canceled my delivery after I waited all day. They said twice they attempted to deliver but something went wrong. What? The auto service just started taking oil change appointments which I was not aware of. I was told that my car would take approximately two hours. OK no problem. Two hours and 15 minutes I walked up and my car was in the bay next to be in line. OK figured another 40 minutes went back and my car was in the other bay outside in the sun. When I asked, I was told that people with appointments were put ahead of me even though I had already been there three hours. It's wrong you don't do that. Get more employees to do the jobs. And that the people buying groceries for customers in the blue bins constantly block the isles. I was having problems with my United Healthcare Medicare UCard. I'm as shocked as you are that I'm giving Walmart 4 stars! We used their curbside pickup for a ton of groceries bc of the current stay at home order and they did pretty well. My order was about 99% accurate. They gave me 5 cabbages instead of iceberg but ehh, I guess they look alike, haha. I would use the service again. No charge for curbside, about $10 for delivery. Curbside slots fill up so reserve in the morning for the following afternoon. read more

Year after year this store remains a circus. They gave it a facelift so yes the actual appearance of the store does look much much better. I will give it credit for being a little less disorganized than it was before, but since everything was moved all around some things are tough to find or even confusing to find unless you use the Walmart app and find out the aisle number. The service here remains absolutely at the bottom of the charts ....the employees here definitely have nothing that would make them Gold Star worthy. The great majority of the checkout stands are self-checkout meaning you do the work which is supposed to save money but yet their prices remain high. Some clueless old lady monitoring checkout stands watched me scan every item and then came over and said I forgot to scan 4 waters that I left in my cart...um NO.. those are the first things I scanned and you watched me scan them so I begrudgingly showed her my receipt plain as day and told her to get lost. THEN she said what about the cream soda that you left in your cart and I told her once again perhaps you should know what you're talking about before you come over and start running your mouth. I have been to many Walmart stores, and this is by far the nicest cleanest and most organized one I've been to. i've never had any problem finding what I wanted whether it be in the food area or other parts of the store. I've experienced customer service with returning items and have had no problems. I really enjoy my experience when I do go to the store and often see my favorite people that have been working there for at least 10 years. Keep up the good work I will be back. read more
