Walmart customer service is a joke. I almost swallowed a piece of glass that was in my Great Value brand water bottle purchased from this Walmart. I emailed, sent photos, and called and spoke to a very unhelpful representative that did not understand anything I said. At the end of this whole frustrating situation, they offered me a $5 gift card for my trouble. I told them not to bother as I will not be shopping with Walmart any longer whatsoever. This particular Wal Mart is one of the worse ones I have ever been to. It's continually out of Everything.....No matter what the reasons are, the shelves are usually very sparse. Last week, the Dairy, Frozen Foods, Pharmacy area and of course the Paper goods isle they were all bare as could be. Our community is growing leaps and bounds and if you can't keep up, we'll just have to go outside our community to do our shopping. Went shopping today for a Christmas tree. I found the tree I wanted, it was really the prettiest and fullest one they had. I couldn't find it on the shelves in the boxes of trees. I went to return a new car seat/stroller set that was purchased for me, i even had the receipt. he told me that he couldn't do it because it wasn't purchased at the store. i even asked him if he could do it without the receipt and for store credit and he said "no, it doesn't work like that." i've never had this problem before. read more

Will not be shopping here anymore! I typically shopped here every weekend. Shopping here is a hassle, the aisles are very narrow, their always out of stock on a lot of items, if you don't want to wait in line for the 3 registers that are open with short belts where you can't put much of anything on, you can scan and bag everything yourself using the 50 self checkouts. If I had a few items it would be fine but that's not the case. I've decided I'm not giving Walmart my money anymore and working for free for them!! Rather shop at Safeway or Frys. read more

Multiple cash registers were open! I was in and out in a jiffy. B) I saw not ONE person's butt crack or smell any bad body odor! C) The people that worked there actually seemed happy and were extremely helpful and friendly - from the greeter to produce to the cashier. Out of all the Wal Marts i've ever been to, this one has to be the best priced and best looking one. The workers are very friendly, the place is always clean and tidy, and it's always bright in there, unlike the Hunt Highway Wal-Mart with really crappy solar power lighting. I especially loved how sweet the boys in the automotives department were. Very fast, friendly and helpful on telling me what i needed to know about auto parts. This is literally the worst Walmart that I've ever been in! Shelves are bare at 4 in the afternoon on a Thursday, the deli person was slower than molasses, and there were tons of people in the store and only two regular checkout lines open so there were about 8 people deep in each of those lines. When the manager person decided to open another line, instead of taking people that were next in line or closer to being next in line, he grabs people from the very back of the line. And then the checkout lady could not have been any slower. It was literally like working with the sloth from zootopia! I was in line for 35 minutes! Walmart you have got to step it up! I only use this locations photo center when I absolutely have to- and that's usually because the Walmart closest to me doesn't off the same 'same day pickup' options. I have had issues in the past not being notified when my enlargements were finished, which was irritating being that they were time sensitive prints. Calling and speaking to a photo associate is never successful. The associates are usually pokey with very little willpower to be friendly and helpful. Older gentlemen has been the best thus far. This time around my 11x14 board print was about 3 hrs late. Had to pick up the following day because if that. When I finally picked it up I wasn't given time to check it out before paying. Get to my car and realize the ink looks like it was about to run out. Lines throughout the entire print. The edge of the print wasn't even fully printed. Several scratches on the board also. Will be taking it back to try getting it reprinted and plan to look for another source for my future board prints. On a side note- in my order I also had an 8x10 Sr photo printed- from a local professional photographer. I had my copyright release in hand ready to show them, expecting them to ask me. It was very clear this was a professional photo. Only problem was- the 2 young gentlemen never blinked an eye. That's very concerning. read more

My employer purchases Butterball Turkey gift checks ($25) every year for it's employees. I've always used mine (8 years now) at Wal-Mart (Queen Creek Arizona); however, this year the checker called for manager approval and the manger declined the check. Rather than raise a fuss because the check out line was long and although Wal-Mart has 20+ check out registers only a handful were open! This is a popular program with corporate America companies. This locations manager should be ashamed for not being aware or knowledgeable of such programs. It was embarrassing and I expect an apology. read more

Forget my previous review. Due to poor restocking this Walmart store is currently out of cat food and eggs! I brought this to the attention of store management several times and they said a shipment from the warehouse was due on Tuesday, but those several Tuesdays never arrived. Store managers then said the warehouse was out of those items but a phone call to corporate said it wasn't the warehouse's fault. And the last head of lettuce I bought at this store had three dead flies wrapped under the plastic with the lettuce. In any event, next weekend I'm shopping for groceries at Fry's. read more

Highly recommend you do not work at this location!! Worst experience of my life!! Injured myself on the job, and they wouldn't take responsibility. They put me on "suspension" and told me not to return to work without a dr note saying I'm good to go and have no restrictions. Turned that in on Saturday the 16 of January 2021. Tyler, one of the managers over me had the note. I told him Liz needed to see it." She's the front end manager of the store" it never got to her. Two days later I was off the schedule. And when I called in to ask they said Liz would call me back. Waited hours. Finally called them back. They said Liz left and told me to call back in an hour. As I did an hour later they said they were going to transfer my call. I was on hold for 25 plus minutes. So I called the next day. Liz finally answered and I asked why I am not on the schedule yet. She said she never received the note. Mind you I paid to go to the dr and come back with the note, taking time out of my day to do that and they somehow lost it. Liz said they would call me back the next week. 4 days later I end up quitting. The overall experience was like 4/10. The other employees were great. It was just the managers. They just don't know what they are doing and they are extremely strict. They tried to fire one of my co workers because he was absent from work for 6 days. Mind you those were days he wasn't scheduled. They ended up not firing him. This Walmart is very unprofessional in the way they act to the other employees. Even other Walmart's employees dread working at this one. They seem to have bad things to say as well. read more

This is one of the nicest, well run Walmart stores I've been in. Extremely, neat, clean, large aisles and very helpful staff. Their prices are great and they carry quality products. As this Walmart is a Super Store they also have a great grocery, deli and bakery. This is now my first place to shop as they have whatever I'm looking for and the price is lower than most stores for comparable items. The store is also open 24/7 which is great! read more

I am not a Walmart junkie, but I have to say the service I received in the electric department today was AMAZING!!! Anthony I believe his name was, (a very tall young man) was more than helpful with what I was looking for. He help me, and even made suggestions to a better product. All in All, this young gentleman should be praised, and a raise is in order! I ended up spending about what I thought I would, but with a far more superior product! Way to go Anthony!!!! You did an awesome job and I think everyone should know!!! When I go to Walmart, i have good and bad experiences. Today, mine was wonderful, because of a young man that really cared about my purchase. Although the wait time was a bit long, he was working the department alone from what I saw and could tell. I understand, when you purchase anything from the electronic department you pay there. He was helpful and I just want to thank him for making my daughter's 13th Birthday come true!!!! I took my 2014 Altima in for an oil change and they informed me that they won't do a regular oil change but were required by policy to only do a full synthetic change. If I need to do regular (abt 3.5K miles) changes, I truly don't want to pay extra for synthetic! The dealership doesn't even put in synthetic! I'm a regular Walmart shopper. One thing I sincerely like about them is their return policy. If something doesn't work, bring it back! Not this time! I bought some printer ink, got it home, installed it in my printer and it wouldn't even recognize the printer cartridge. I verified I had the correct ink for my printer, turned my printer off and then back on and tried to install it again. No dice.... Yesterday,I took it back to the same Walmart with the receipt and they wouldn't take it back because it was already opened. WHAT!!!??? Walmart return policy doesn't say anything about, "All sales are final on printer ink!!!" It seems like the customer service department at this Walmart does their own thing.
