In order to visit a Walmart, one must not be in a hurry. There will always be a line, and there will always be "those people" that will be in your way if you are. Knowing this, I always allow an hour for my weekly visit of grocery/sundries shopping. In general, everything from staff service to their stock on hand is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is helpful and nice, and about as often they are not and really just a hinder in the shopping experience. There is nothing special about this store, but I do like that the parking lot and location have easy access and exit points from the main street. oh, and there are two red box stations at this store (one at each entrance). read more

I see a lot of people complaining for very ridiculous reasons. We recently moved to the area and were happy a Walmart was very close to our house. We generally come here for our shopping needs and it's been a great location so far. They generally have what we are looking for although I wish walmart increases their variety of fruits and vegetables. read more

So was at the checkout in automotive as the store was closing at 830pm on 3/19 and got screamed at by an employee by the name of jermaine that they were closed from down an aisle and I needed to go up to the front. This all while I was being assisted by a cashier and in the process of paying. Yes I understand your closing... Doesn't excuse you from yelling at customers. 2 worthless employees standing by the self checkout chatting with each other not helping people waiting. After starting at them I do get some help, my is was checked and I only had 2 things. Lady was staying by me as I scanned the last. I pay and walk to the door and her friend hollers ate when I am like 15-20 feet past her telling me to come back so she can check my bag. Ask before I walk past or get off your last ass and walk to me. Don't tell a customer to come back to you lol does anyone expect anything any better from Walmart these days anyways. read more

We really appreciate the employees at our local Walmart. Recently I managed to overcharge myself at the self-check and the customer service desk immediately refunded my money with a smile and kind words. Unfortunately while shopping here I forgot my receipt when buying for a business. I kindly asked the customer service desk 5min after the incident, but no one was able to help me and I was told to come back the next day. Upon returning, I was told by customer service that they do not print receipts. I waited 20 min for a manager and eventually had to move on with my life because one thing is clear: Walmart does not take care of people. They don't care if you get any sort of help at all; they aren't passionate and the whole building will suck you dry of positive energy. Never support this business. read more

This is the WORST Walmart for order pickup. The order was an hour late. Went to pick it up and had to wait ANOTHER hour in the pickup zone. The wait was so long the lady in the next car fell asleep. When the clerk finally got to us, he couldn't even find the order. I had to call Walmart for them to find the order, their screen said it was ready. It wasn't until the next clerk arrived that the order was found. Got it home, several items were wrong and they gave us dented cans. Walmart gave me a $25 promo code and told me the store manager would call me the next day. How much do you want to bet that the call never comes? It's a Walmart. Had to make an emergency pit stop here to pick up some items for a friend who was housebound and needed some supplies. Prices are cheap and generic brands like their baby aspirin can be astoundingly inexpensive. But, this place seemed to be a mess - I have myself been guilty of picking up something in an aisle and putting it down somewhere else (sorry!), but it seemed like every aisle here had "dumped" items. I used to go to Walmart weekly and really didn't mind them. It's a one stop shopping trip for the most part. But over the last couple of years......I tend to space my visits out about three months a part. Basic household items and groceries is my main purchase there. Prices and selections are usually good. I like their savings catcher program- after shopping scan your receipt with the phone app and in 24 hours you get a store credit if they find other stores had your purchases cheaper. The big hassle over the years is coupons. They never used to be an issue, I usually walk in with $30-50 in coupons. Sometimes they don't like the ones you print yourself from manufacturers or online. Recent problem was no being able to use two identical coupons for two purchases, seriously I bought the right product, coupon wasn't expired. Lesson learned for now. For the most part this store is usually clean and stocked well. read more

So for years this has been my local Walmart I use as my grocery store. I regularly use the grocery pickup and had started the grocery delivery. On a regular basis, I receive the wrong items or items are missing. Delivery service is regularly late to the point I ended up canceling the service and reverted back to the pickup service. Unfortunately, that too is regularly late (at times a few hours late) and once it shows "ready for pickup" I drive to the store to pick up my groceries only to end up waiting for over an hour in the parking lot for the attendants to bring out your groceries. The inside of the store is constantly dirty and customer service is extremely slow and of very little help. read more

The worst Walmart supercenter in town. Employees do bare minimum, it takes them forever to reorder sold out items,really poor selection of sizes, it's obvious they cater extra extra large people, that is what's left when items get on sale. Produce are wilted, usually sitting there for several days, bananas are always over riped.Instead of restocking it regularly through the day they just bring all the boxes of bananas out at once and let them sit there in the warm store. I spoke to produce manager she was really rude about it and pretty much told me that it is acceptable by Walmart policy so it's okay to do exactly that. I call it lazy employees policy. I've been to out of Walmart stores and this is pretty much the worst I've ever seen. Unfortunately I live close to this one. I'll try to avoid Walmart supercenter on West 7th at all cost. read more

This place is awful. Not what it was years ago when if first opened. The place is a mess. Out of stocks. Long lines after 4pm every night. 4PM!! wth! It is just such a mess or hassle to even walk in this place. They have an abandoned vehicle out in the parking lot for over a month! Photos included!! I've come to this store many times and every time has been a nightmare or a disaster the front end CSM's at least the three I've dealt with should have never been promoted or trained better at customer service you know the thing that keeps your business running and you employed, they have a new manager named Jesus and this man has his work cut out for him, he understands that employees failing to do their job correctly is not the customers fault and I will continue to shop here in hopes that he someday gets this store in order and his ENTIRE management team up to snuff I recently purchased some Xbox controllers and a headset it took nearly two hours for the entire transaction just to find out the headphones I was purchasing were priced waaay higher than what they were labeled for then another 40 min wait to be told by another ASM that best she could do is 10% off BS but whatever I paid for the headset and got in contact with the manager and he made it right came in to get it rectified and another manager came up and asked me why I needed to speak to Apollo or the manager and I simply told him I was told to ask for Apollo or the store manager I let this ASPM I believe was his title I may have it wrong that I will wait for them He pushes and and I repeat myself again he gets mad and makes sure to let me know I'll let him know if I see him even though he clearly had a walk-in talkie and a head set whatever all good a young lady comes up to complete my refund and during this transaction Apollo shows up he was u loading a truck no big deal all said and done the store manager made it right and Apollo made sure it got done thank you myself and my family will continue to shop here I hope this is helpful On a side note had a pleasant experience with your cashier wade he was fast efficient and he bagged everything correctly no chemicals with good things like that thank you read more

I hate Walmart. I always have. That being said, this is pretty much what I expect from Walmart - no better, no worse. I needed to buy ankle weights to help increase the resistance when doing my physical therapy exercises. My therapist recommended getting something cheap at Walmart. The staff were helpful in at least getting me pointed in the right direction to find what I needed. Why is it that no matter WHAT you need it Walmart it is ALWAYS in the farthest possible direction from the door you came in? This store is HUGE and the aisles seem less crowded and confining. It also was fairly clean. The checkout lines were, as usual, slow and long. Again, what I have come to expect from Walmart. The best thing I can say is that it was not at all crowded when we were there - they were all waiting in the checkout lines. So - I guess having low expectations helps in writing a fair review. This Walmart,in spite of having good prices is full of empty shelves or empty slots in areas especially vitamins and grocery. Very poor ordering, whoever is supposed to be doing that. For some reason the times when more customers are likely to be in the store, there are only at most, three checkers. I went there to shop two days ago and was shocked that they are not enforcing the mask wearing law put in place by our governor. Do they think they are above the law or just to lazy to enforce the mask wearing law? Some of the employees had their mask under their chin or not on at all. I hope they get fined big. Walmart isn't my favorite store, but it is our go to for big grocery trips simply because of selection and affordability. This location is convenient to our house so I have made weekly trips here for the last 5 years. Over the past few months I had been moving more toward online ordering and pick up. With covid over the last 6 weeks I have moved to exclusively online ordering and pick up. For a while there seemed to be very limited time slots and I was frustrated with not being able to place an order. They have rectified that situation now and the ordering is significantly improved. Additionally, the staff are all wearing masks now, which makes it easier for me to feel I can have a safe experience while picking up my groceries. They lately have almost everything I have on my list (except toilet paper, go figure) so I have appreciated walmart especially during this trying time. read more

Time and time again I come here looking for one thing, ask for help, get TOLD where to find it (which most of the time they're wrong) get sent in circles around the store, waste over an hour of MY TIME and they don't even have what I need. Maybe if the workers weren't pricks and the website was actually updated I'd have better things to say about this place.
