We appreciate the delivery service from Walmart, however, when we order, the system tells us that the items are in stock. The day of delivery we are notified that there are items out of stock or being substituted, which is a common occurrence. At this point it's too late to reorder. These are common items, peaches, blueberries, dog treats, Tylenol, frozen peas, etc. So, I end up driving to a different store anyway, very frustrating. I thought Walmart was a master at JIT deliveries, my bad, they suck at it! read more

Walmart.com online ordering is "Not Yet Ready for Primetime". I thought I would give them a try and found a product I wanted. Their website said they had 3 in a nearby store and I could pick it up there...so, I ordered and paid for it thinking I could run over to the Customer Service Pickup and get my item. Nope. I got an instant email telling me not to head to the store yet and they would email me when it was ready. It's 9am. At Noon, I got an email saying the order has been delayed but will be ready after 6pm. At 6pm, I get an email starting that the store ran out of my item and that my order will be delayed a few more hours. The next morning my newest email said that the item is being shipped and I can expect delivery in 5 days. I could have just gone to the store when they had 3 and been done with it. I cancelled the order and purchased it through Amazon for two day delivery. read more

Their photo machine is down after ordering photos from the one hour online photo center and after going in 3 hours later they have me wait in line for 20 minutes in the photo area then say sorry no one can help there I need to go to the layaway counter. After going there and waiting another 30 minutes in line they say their photo machine has been down all day and they can't print photos anymore. Maybe they could've had that posted or had a sign somewhere before I wasted 50 minutes in line or maybe had that sent in an email before I wasted time and gas going there. Poor store performance. At 7:30 am on a Tuesday, there were only 2 cashiers. At least 10 people waiting in each line. Forced people to use self check out. Also, employees block the aisles. The man on the floor cleaner will just run you over if you don't get out of his way. read more

This review is not about the physical store, but rather shipping and delivery of items purchased online. We have been ordering from this store for the last couple of years. Yesterday was the fourth time an item was DELIVERED but not to our address? That's right, the delivery service can't seem to find our house address. Shipped items and been delivered to 3 different neighbors in our neighborhood. One was on the wrong block and another was never received at all. Thank goodness our neighbors are honest and brought our packages to our front door. I don't know who Walmart uses for online delivery's but they stink! I will never order another item from Walmart that requires shipping. Maybe it's time the largest retailer in the world finds a more reliable delivery service. read more

Walmart is another place I do not like to spend my money, but again! You have to do what you have to do! I really don't understand how you can have Target supporters, and Walmart supporters! I think they are the same, just different colors on the store!! Heck, you can bring me to one store, blind fold me, take me to the other store, and I'll think we still at the first store!!! I rarely ever post a negative review. I can usually find some good in just about anywhere that I go and try to use Yelp to boost and support businesses. This place is absolutely terrible. I found a screw in my tire and called to confirm that they would be able to plug it so that I can get to work in the morning. I was told there would be no problem so I brought it down on a Sunday evening. I was told they were open until 6 PM. I arrived at 5:36 PM and was turned away. I was told they had too many other orders to do. I tried to rationalize with the gentleman and asked to speak to a manager. I was there in the car and they refused to help me. I am surprised by this. I don't understand how a tire shop could turn away a customer with an obvious safety issue going on. read more

This Walmart sucks! I've been here numerous times and they never have their shelves stocked. Just today there were at least 5 items I had on my long list that were completely out, and it's not the first time. They have these printout papers on the shelves of how the shelves should be displayed, shouldn't that be done during the night shift?? Not during peak shopping hours. Not only that but the checkout is ridiculous as well. They have maybe 5 lanes open with at least 6 or more carts in each. While shopping we heard over the PA system the call for more cashiers, so I'm thinking oh good while I continue to shop the checkout lanes should die down. Um no 10 min later there are still only 5 lanes open and no relief in sight. Seriously Walmart? I prefer Target but the closest one is still in the process of constructing their fresh grocery section. Oh and did i mention while my niece was looking for roller blades she asked a worker where they were located within the store, and the worker referred her to check out Target. One of the cleanest and organized Walmart's I've ever been to. I was able to go in, and what I was looking for was right where it should have been. I was in a hurry so I didn't have an opportunity to interact with any associates. But I was able to go through self check out quickly and was given a warm smile on my way out. Parking is crowded, but that's to be expected with such a large store. read more

I've been to this Walmart thousands of times and have not had much problems. There is one thing that should be noted. 1. Samsung Pay/Apple Pay has failed many times because Walmart is trying to push Walmart Pay. Just keep trying even if you get an error, it will eventually work. If this grocery were not the absolute closest to me I would never ever shop at this particular Walmart. Every single time I go they are out of something I need. Every time. The shelves always seem to need to be stocked. The staff always has this dead behind the eyes look. One time we wanted to spend a good bit of money on a TV. We asked a clerk if they had the one we wanted in the back as we didn't see it on the shelves. He said he would look and never came back. We look around 5 minutes later and he is helping someone else. Needless to say we took our 800.00 and spent it somewhere else. Their loss. I had a item to pickup at the pickup station. I did what the tower said. I put my order in and the door close and noting happen. So I saw that there was a help button. What a waste to push that button. After 15 minutes I finally got a sale person to help me. I did see several others one while I was waiting but once they saw me they just walk past like I wasn't there. It's a good thing I used this service to speed up my purchase. Oh yeah the sale lady who finally came didn't say thank you or sorry for the wait. She get paid no matter of the service. read more

What fortuitous event could have happened to turn this review around? Two words: oil change. They have the best hours of any oil and lube place I've been to (even open on Sundays til 6), while keeping their prices competitive. They aren't cheap, but they aren't bad. I pulled in at 5 minutes til 6 on Sunday because I desperately needed an oil change. I wasn't turned away. In fact, I was out of there 15 minutes later! I appreciate the no-hassle, no-attitude service the auto center provided. So I may not use their bathroom or their changing rooms, and may hate my life waiting 20 minutes in line for the cashier... but I will DEFINITELY be back to the auto center. read more

There are two other walmarts in this area and I suggest you go to them if you have to return anything unless you enjoy having your blood pressure go up and felt like a criminal. According to one of their employees, they are the "best" store in the country and have all the commercials filmed there which I highly doubt. Whenever you try to return something they give you a dirty look and will argue with you on why they won't take your return. I had one person run their finger around the shrink wrap of mascara to make sure I didn't try to open it. The mascara was only $2. I gotta say this is a huge Walmart but like all Walmarts expect to wait in line for about 1,000 years till you get to the register. It's usually calm at night time but the night crew that work there are really weird. read more

It's Walmart, but it's full of slow moving seniors, as we are right in the middle of one of the largest retirement communities in the world. I love the elderly and all they have done for us, but they do move extremely slow. This place is slammed and slow moving. Not my favorite Walmart, if there is such a thing. read more

I was at this Walmart less than an hour ago. I went, even though I had decided not to buy a Bluetooth speaker, this paycheck. I just wanted to see what they have. They have plenty all in a locked display. The ones that were on top of the cabinet were not priced. The try me display didn't work or I couldn't figure out how to work it. There was only one person in the electronics Dept. He was very busy behind the counter texting. Even though I was standing at the counter he never stopped texting. Another employee came out of the back, he's a cashier but was able to tell me who I need to get is JD who is busy in the Photo Dept. JD is the only one with keys to open the cabinet. Finally I saw JD but he was with a customer he rang her up and at the end of that sale the texting guy said something to him and JD tossed him the keys. I turned around and said I didn't think that you were an employee because all you were doing is texting while I was waiting for Service at the counter. The guy yelled at me he said he's not a Walmart employee. He sells phones and he said very loudly I'll sell you a phone. I said back to him I would not buy a phone from you, you don't know how to service customers. He was yelling something and I just walked away I put my cart away and decided that maybe I'll shop at a Walmart that has more stars than this one. read more

Paid 22.80 for five cans of copenhagen but did not give to us. Thought in another bag but was not. Have receipt but they think we are liars. Do not use this store. The absolute worst Walmart I've ever been to. I asked 5 employees to direct me to moving blankets. One of them didn't even stop to talk to me she literally kept walking. I had the item pulled up on my phone on Walmart.com and was just asking them to help me locate it in the store. Not 1 of them could do it. I just have to vent, not about this location but about the organization policy re check cashing. We shop at this Walmart a lot, about 10k per year we estimate. Today I took in a Walmart refund check they sent me in the mail. 18 dollars. I took it to the customer service window. Waited for 7 people in front of me to find out they would charge me 3 dollars to cash the 18 dollar check. I was not going to do that. So we finished our shopping, went thru the checkout line, and the cashier could not take it on a 40 dollar purchase. THEIR OWN CHECK!!! As the Donald would say "SAD"!!! Shopped at our local Walmart and purchased a Southwest Style Salad with chicken. Spoke to Manager Joshua, I explained that I found pieces of hard plastic in my salad and that I'm thankful I didn't choke! Joshua didn't acknowledge or apologize, transferred me over to the deli.. I Went to return the swimsuits that we CANT TRY ON but apparently could return if it dont fit and now have to wait 6 weeks apparently so basically they made out with 40 bucks worth off of me and my sister because we couldn't try on bathing suits and hers was too tight and mine was too big so now we are out of basically 40 dollars and don't have swimsuits that fit to be able to go swimming in our pool. read more

I've never bothered writing a review for Walmart before, because I've always understood that paying less means less customer service. However, this Walmart actually had many employees' available to help, lots of product choice, fast checking out, and a friendly checkout employee. I was nearly shocked! I've been to many Walmarts' in different states, and always assumed it was standard Walmart protocol to have terrible service, but this one was different. Not really used to this Wal-Mart there is not much of selection like the one that I go to. I can say that there is a really nice lady that works in auto area that was so helpful. Oh and a man that works cashier in garden he is really nice too. I may have to come here more often to get used to this one. We shall see. read more
