Walmart is not a store that I frequent, but this is by far (like most Yelp reviewers have said already) is one of the very worst! The aisles are narrow and tight and shoppers with their carts block the aisle and won't give way and if you're claustrophobic, it is most wise to avoid this place. Lots of people inside and just hard to get around. Shelves are a mess, not well stocked, other shoppers are annoying. It may be a little pricier, but go to Target instead. read more

Some of the employees here need to be fired. Rude, unfriendly and lazy... and did I mention rude? They don't know how to smile, say hi or thank you. I only had 2 cashiers that were really pleasant. So I went into this Wal Mart yesterday on July 9th, 2017. ANYWAYS everything was fine until I was looking for certain items and mind you this Wal Mart is big like a Costco's anyways I go asking the employees that work there where certain items were. I found one worker that didn't know any english what so ever I've never been here before so I was highly upset all he did was repeat what I said and that was "Water" I didn't find the water until 20 minutes looking throughout the entire store. This walmart is kind of small and cramped but the employees are nice and helpful! I went to school in Georgia and those walmarts also include delis which I haven't been able to find in California walmarts. The grocery section is also pretty limited to frozen foods and dairy products, everything else seems to be plentiful. read more

I love this Walmart with all my life I would live here if I could I would definitely live here! If you want to go here bring a lot of money I bought so much stuff like I bought a chair, a children's weave(it was pink), and so much more I love this place!!! I sent an email to corporate office and SHOCKER!, I did not hear back from them! I like to coupon but when you have more than 20 dollars in coupons the cashier needs a manager to come approve. The manager that came over was so ghetto, She told cashier rather loudly "if these people bring in coupons and the register doesn't recognize it, do not take it. I don't care if it matches the item or not. Even if they throw a fit do not accept it. Tell them there is something wrong with their coupon and if they still throw a fit call me and I will tell them" I was standing right there. I am sure it was for my benefit. This store is disgusting and should be shut down. There is tons of merchandise on the floor that is so dirty and damaged nobody would buy it. The employees walk around texting and don't help at all. Last night when I went there were products stacked on pallets over 8 feet tall. And when I say stacked they were barely stable. I brought the issue to the assistant manager, Rebecca who said absolutely nothing in her defense. As I explained that the boxes were a hazard due to the height and the fact that they were not wrapped, an employee walked by on the other side of the aisle of boxes and brushed against the pallets causing some boxes to hit me. She still had nothing to say. All it took was a customer to bump into them with a cart and they would definitely fall on customers or their children. Furthermore, there were many aisles that were blocked completely by giant stacks of cardboard boxes, in case of an emergency people would be trapped. I called the local fire marshal and will continue to do so until the issue is resolved . The reason I went to this degenerate store is because I saved tons of money comparing prices online and I opt for in store pick up. Needless to say when I got there they could not locate one of my 4 items and Rebecca , who came to assist after 40 minutes of paging over the loudspeaker had no solutions for us. I think there are a few great employees like Tashi and travon but their management is clearly poor to say the least. I am torn with this review because I personally love walmart. Walmart has everything you ever need with a great reasonable price. With tbat being said this particular store is horrible. The customer service is awful and it seems like they are alway out of stock with the things I need, idk maybe its just me and the things I need haha. Thats not the worst part, today my wife asked an employee if she can go in the back and check if they had a certain item and she flat out said no. This review is based solely on Fernando, the dept. manager of home furnishings/decor. I went into Walmart searching for fabric and as soon as I arrive, I see a woman waiting at the cutting station, with no Walmart employees to be found. I really don't make much of it. I go to choose my fabric and 5 minutes later, I go back to the cutting station & the lady is still standing there. I asked if she's been helped and she said that she's been standing there for 20 mins, waiting for someone to help her. By this time, she is furious and getting ready to go off on management. So I told her that I'd try to find an employee to help. First, I go to electronics, the cashier does not even look at me and continues to help other customers. So I look around, and see another employee and wave him down, and he just walks right past me. And then a miracle happened, Fernando sees me and offers to help. Long story short, he ends up cutting the fabric for us. This is not even his department, yet he dropped everything he was doing to assist us. I did not mind them not being able to duplicate my keys because of company policy and the necessity of a certified locksmith since they say "do not duplicate." No starts! My husband and I came in to look for an item. According to the website it they had plenty. We gave the SA Jose the barcodes and he called the floor manager Kiesha. We asked to speak to her, she was very rude and so unprofessional. How she got this position is beyond me. Her customer service skills are in the crapper. We asked her questions regarding the items we were there for and she didnt have a straight answer for us. At one point my husband started laughing because her answers were not answers I think she was just making things up. Then she asked "whats so funny " he replied "your answers make no sense, there is no logic to it what so ever, you just keep giving us the run around." So we go into this walmart to buy a battery for a friend that got stranded near by because of battery problems in their car. So we pick up a battery and turns out we got the wrong one because the positive and negative were backwards and we go back to return and get the new one. The girl at the customer service said that she can't return at the moment but to grab another one and just swap it. So we do so and she tell the girl at the door to let us out with it. Only to make it to the parking lot to have a security that thinks he is a cop. To tell us we were stealing the battery. And Almost arresting my brother. Till the story got cleared up. Went in based on a referral of my mothers experience.Approached the situation full on expecting to pay the same price she did:$80.That is the essential the same price I was quoted including the warranty.Excluding would be $10 dollars less.Work was under way and as soon as they started they told me the tire was repairable and more than likely drive-able. I like this Walmart because it is huge and they have a lot more items than some of the other stores. What I dislike is that every time I have came here it's always a hot mess! There's a whole lot of staff walking around, pulling carts with lots of inventory in every isle which doesn't really allow you to shop and walk around comfortable without having to move aside so frequently. I was at the bike section and asked a sales associate to get the locked case for some item in the bicycle section. He passed by and day he will be looking for the key to open the cabinet. After few minutes of waiting I saw him loitering around some other department and just ignored me. Yes, the star are not rocket scientist but since I can help myself and this store is clean and relatively organized I usually have no problems. The only reason this store is getting one star is because I can't give it zero stars!! Talk about the epitome of horrible customer service. I showed up to return an item, unopened, with the receipt. I purchased it just 10 days ago, so it was well within the store's 30-day return period. The assistant manager, a douchebag named John Weiler III (OMG there are three of this jerk!?) refused to accept the item because it was "seasonal." Was it Halloween decorations? A Christmas tree? No! It was a foot bath that was purchased in the health and beauty department! How is that seasonal? The guy offered to give me $4 for the $20 item since that was the current price. Talk about B.S.!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Instead of satisfying a shopper who arrived with a receipt and wanted to return an item that fit completely within the store's posted return policy, Wal-Mart has lost a customer FOREVER! Not only will I never set foot in a Wal-Mart again, but I will tell everyone I can think of how ridiculous the store's return policy is and encourage them to shop elsewhere as well. As for Mr. Weiler, Wal-Mart should look into the likely possibility that this guy is trying to bilk customers by giving them $4 for $20 returned items and pocketing the difference!
