I'm not a fan of Wal-Mart in the first place, but this location is by far the worst one I've ever been too. Tons of kids running around with their obscenely obese mothers, who are pushing around two carts at a time. You will usually see able body people using motorized carts there, because they're to lazy to walk. The staff is worse. They look as motivated as lifers on a chain gang. No joke, there is always at least 5-6 other customers a head of me in every single line. I would say if you wait in line there for 10-15 minutes, you got off lucky. The cashiers have miserable attitudes and shout and bicker with one another while checking you out. Then there is a security guard at the door checking to make sure you paid for your items. The location is convenient and easy access off the freeway. Plenty of parking. Very big store. Found everything I was looking for. But there are always big lines for even for less than twenty cash registers. Even they don't open all spots if there is loud crowd? This Walmart is beyond horrible first lest start with how you can't shop in peace because every two seconds someone coming with products from the stock room . Second the way they keep coming out with things so they can stock they never have shit on the shelves so my question is how the hell you have all this shit your bringing out and there's nothing on the shelves . Walmart is not a store that I frequent, but this is by far (like most Yelp reviewers have said already) is one of the very worst! The aisles are narrow and tight and shoppers with their carts block the aisle and won't give way and if you're claustrophobic, it is most wise to avoid this place. Lots of people inside and just hard to get around. Shelves are a mess, not well stocked, other shoppers are annoying. It may be a little pricier, but go to Target instead. read more

Some of the employees here need to be fired. Rude, unfriendly and lazy... and did I mention rude? They don't know how to smile, say hi or thank you. I only had 2 cashiers that were really pleasant. I went to school in Georgia and those walmarts also include delis which I haven't been able to find in California walmarts. This is my favorite place to get an oil change. The staff is friendly, very kind, and helpful. It doesn't take long, and I would recommend their tire and lube services to anyone, if you want a good deal on tires, (I bought all new tires from here) oil change, and they even recommended a very honest cheap mechanic to get your tires realigned. I've compared prices to most Walmarts and this one has been the best I found so far! read more

I've been a Walmart customer for years but This is by far one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to, especially the money center department the staff is very unpleasant and unprofessional. They make up their own rules as they go! Walmart website states the money center opens at 7am but they don't open it until 8am. God forbid if you ask why the associates give you all types of dirty looks. Then after waiting half an hour in line the associate tells me she can not cash my check because my middle name is not on the check and because my middle name is on my license they can't cash it! Once again I've been a customer for years and have cash plenty of checks through Walmart and yet I have never been rejected due to my middle name not being on my check. The associate then tells me they only do this at that particular store. I made her aware that I've cashed a few checks here before and have never had this issue. I sent an email to corporate office and SHOCKER!, I did not hear back from them! I like to coupon but when you have more than 20 dollars in coupons the cashier needs a manager to come approve. The manager that came over was so ghetto, She told cashier rather loudly "if these people bring in coupons and the register doesn't recognize it, do not take it. I don't care if it matches the item or not. Even if they throw a fit do not accept it. Tell them there is something wrong with their coupon and if they still throw a fit call me and I will tell them" I was standing right there. I am sure it was for my benefit. This store is disgusting and should be shut down. There is tons of merchandise on the floor that is so dirty and damaged nobody would buy it. The employees walk around texting and don't help at all. Last night when I went there were products stacked on pallets over 8 feet tall. And when I say stacked they were barely stable. I brought the issue to the assistant manager, Rebecca who said absolutely nothing in her defense. As I explained that the boxes were a hazard due to the height and the fact that they were not wrapped, an employee walked by on the other side of the aisle of boxes and brushed against the pallets causing some boxes to hit me. She still had nothing to say. All it took was a customer to bump into them with a cart and they would definitely fall on customers or their children. Furthermore, there were many aisles that were blocked completely by giant stacks of cardboard boxes, in case of an emergency people would be trapped. I called the local fire marshal and will continue to do so until the issue is resolved . The reason I went to this degenerate store is because I saved tons of money comparing prices online and I opt for in store pick up. Needless to say when I got there they could not locate one of my 4 items and Rebecca , who came to assist after 40 minutes of paging over the loudspeaker had no solutions for us. I think there are a few great employees like Tashi and travon but their management is clearly poor to say the least. What can you expect when Walmart pays their employees crap and treats them like crap...you get a crap store and customer service. Perhaps Walmart needs to step up their game and start doing the right thing like paying a living wage, providing health care, proper training and then they might have a descent store. I ordered tires online and they said they would be delivered to the store on 12/14....it's now 12/20 and no word. I'm heading out of town on 12/25. I am torn with this review because I personally love walmart. Walmart has everything you ever need with a great reasonable price. With tbat being said this particular store is horrible. The customer service is awful and it seems like they are alway out of stock with the things I need, idk maybe its just me and the things I need haha. Thats not the worst part, today my wife asked an employee if she can go in the back and check if they had a certain item and she flat out said no. This review is based solely on Fernando, the dept. manager of home furnishings/decor. I went into Walmart searching for fabric and as soon as I arrive, I see a woman waiting at the cutting station, with no Walmart employees to be found. I really don't make much of it. I go to choose my fabric and 5 minutes later, I go back to the cutting station & the lady is still standing there. I asked if she's been helped and she said that she's been standing there for 20 mins, waiting for someone to help her. By this time, she is furious and getting ready to go off on management. So I told her that I'd try to find an employee to help. First, I go to electronics, the cashier does not even look at me and continues to help other customers. So I look around, and see another employee and wave him down, and he just walks right past me. And then a miracle happened, Fernando sees me and offers to help. Long story short, he ends up cutting the fabric for us. This is not even his department, yet he dropped everything he was doing to assist us. No starts! My husband and I came in to look for an item. According to the website it they had plenty. We gave the SA Jose the barcodes and he called the floor manager Kiesha. We asked to speak to her, she was very rude and so unprofessional. How she got this position is beyond me. Her customer service skills are in the crapper. We asked her questions regarding the items we were there for and she didnt have a straight answer for us. At one point my husband started laughing because her answers were not answers I think she was just making things up. Then she asked "whats so funny " he replied "your answers make no sense, there is no logic to it what so ever, you just keep giving us the run around." Shipping wasn't available on an item I wanted so I had to pay online and choose pick up. When I got there, no baskets were available and basically the greeter told me to wait for one or carry my heavy item out myself. The line at the back was long and there was only one register. None of the 3 ladies knew what they were doing. It was the blind leading the blind and the whole line was upset. Nothing went smoothly as one would expect. There were two signs, one to check in and one to pick up but we were told to just stand in one line only. The ladies couldn't scan our barcodes and only found items for 5 out of the 14 customers there. Ridiculous. Two women in front of me were told their packages weren't in the back by 1 lady so they left and 10 minutes later, their items were brought out by another lady asking where did the customers go. Hell, they left because they were told their packages weren't there. One man was told that even though he got a text, his item must be still on a palette in the back that wouldn't be unloaded until later in the day. Each customer had to tell the ladies what items they were looking for instead of them using their order number or last name. I don't get it. Don't offer a damn service without training your employees properly. Discombobulated, lying, not having a clue and half ass apologizing isn't good customer service at all. I have used express pick up at Target, Old Navy, JC Penney and always got fast friendly service. I guess I got spoiled. If my items had been on the shelf, after witnessing the ordeals everybody else had while waiting for my turn, I would've gotten them myself and waited in the long lines up front and just cancelled my order. Don't do express pick up!!! You'll be pissed off and highly disappointed. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous and obviously lacking in management. I've been here quite a few times (no other option)and every time is the same. Terrible, terrible customer service. If you actually speak to a manager they don't give a f*ck. I don't even know how this place runs because I've worked in retail and this is just bad business. I have waited over 30 minutes twice now, to get my pickup items. (I will use 2 day shipping from now on)Not worth the hassle and waste of time. Also I spent at least 2 hours in total waiting for a manager to approve my gift card payment and to get something in a lock up cabinet in toys and electronics. I have even tried going at different times thinking maybe it's just the time of day... NOPE. It's always chaotic and disorganized. So we go into this walmart to buy a battery for a friend that got stranded near by because of battery problems in their car. So we pick up a battery and turns out we got the wrong one because the positive and negative were backwards and we go back to return and get the new one. The girl at the customer service said that she can't return at the moment but to grab another one and just swap it. So we do so and she tell the girl at the door to let us out with it. Only to make it to the parking lot to have a security that thinks he is a cop. To tell us we were stealing the battery. And Almost arresting my brother. Till the story got cleared up. I will never shop at this location again. It is the worst Walmart i been too. Not only having Security thinking they are cops wanting to arrest you for something you have bought. read more

Went in based on a referral of my mothers experience.Approached the situation full on expecting to pay the same price she did:$80.That is the essential the same price I was quoted including the warranty.Excluding would be $10 dollars less.Work was under way and as soon as they started they told me the tire was repairable and more than likely drive-able. The original price of $80 was knocked all the way down to $10. I'm not one deserving of blessings but I most certainly received one that day.Trust worthy and dependable,that's my synopsis. read more
