The only reason this store is getting one star is because I can't give it zero stars!! Talk about the epitome of horrible customer service. I showed up to return an item, unopened, with the receipt. I purchased it just 10 days ago, so it was well within the store's 30-day return period. The assistant manager, a douchebag named John Weiler III (OMG there are three of this jerk!?) refused to accept the item because it was "seasonal." Was it Halloween decorations? A Christmas tree? No! It was a foot bath that was purchased in the health and beauty department! How is that seasonal? The guy offered to give me $4 for the $20 item since that was the current price. Talk about B.S.!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Instead of satisfying a shopper who arrived with a receipt and wanted to return an item that fit completely within the store's posted return policy, Wal-Mart has lost a customer FOREVER! Not only will I never set foot in a Wal-Mart again, but I will tell everyone I can think of how ridiculous the store's return policy is and encourage them to shop elsewhere as well. As for Mr. Weiler, Wal-Mart should look into the likely possibility that this guy is trying to bilk customers by giving them $4 for $20 returned items and pocketing the difference! This has got to be the most unorganized Walmart on the face of this planet. The fact that I have to wait 20 just to get some assistance and then another 15 waiting for a supervisor is ridiculous. The cashier that I had operator 3613 was great but I felt very upset that she had too wait 15 minutes after turning on her light until she decided to do the job herself even if it meant getting herself in trouble for voiding a transaction. People who answer the phone calls at this Walmart are no fully coherent. I asked to get transferred to electronics several times and the just put me on hold. Definitely my favorite store. You can knock Walmart all you want but the prices beat virtually everywhere else. Yes, the star are not rocket scientist but since I can help myself and this store is clean and relatively organized I usually have no problems. Also, I have never had any problems with customer service if something needed to be returned and some staff do go out of there way to help you. So I recommend it. read more

OMG is all i can say ... Its more than BAD customer service. Its Theres NO customer service I understand about locking stuff up so people dont get a chance to steal items but i must say there NEEDS to be more leads or managers with keys around the store walking to make sure everyone is being helped. WORSE MISTAKE EVER, I ordered a item online for store pick up & it was the worst mistake ever! Waited in line for a hour and a half I left to come in later hoping for not so many people. There was only one person and every person I asked for help just said they coming they coming and kept walking so another 2 hours I got here at 7 now it's about to be 9!!! This place is a train wreck!! All the employees need to be fired for their rudeness and lack of common sense! I was at the electronic department and I saw one of the employees take a xbox game and put it in his back pocket. When I went to confront the manager it took 15mins to talk to someone, and when I did they told me their employees don't do those kinds of thing. I have been to this Walmart several times and, up until yesterday, I had not had any experiences one way or the other that compelled me to write a review. Yesterday, however, I was looking through the pet supplies and decided to look at the bettas (siamese fighting fish) that they had in stock. I was quite upset at the way they seem to be keeping their bettas. Most of the fish were in water of reasonable-looking cleanliness but some of them were in very cloudy, very filthy water that looked like it hadn't been changed in a while. I'm also pretty sure that one of the bettas in filthy water was dead (when I went back to check the cup had been removed). Like I said, I had never had a negative experience at this store before but the quality of their betta care was upsetting and unnerving. I will definitely buy my pet fish elsewhere. read more

I love the store because they have really good deals, but the staff is the worst . Every Time I go there's always employees with attitude. If you ask one of them for help they either say "this isn't my area, let me call someone that can help you" and they have me there waiting a long time. Or they say "I'm on break" . The pick up place for the online orders is the worst. They always have you there at least 30 mins. Just waiting for someone to come help you. And I hate the most when the staff see you standing there waiting for someone or asking for help and they just look at you and walk right pass you . There no help at all. I don't mind the long lines to pay or stuff like that. I just can't take their customer service !! They need to get a new staff or get better managers that can keep their employees on their toes and manage that huge store the right way ! read more

I purchased something online that was to be delivered to this Walmart location. At the time of purchase, the information given to me said my item would be ready for pick up 2 weeks ago. I waited a week and went to the store to pick up my item. The person ahead of me was told that, not only was her item not ready, but the online service ALWAYS gives a bogus date for when the item will be ready for pick up. When it was my turn, the employee told me that my item wasn't in yet. It might be sitting in the delivery truck outside. I left feeling very dissatisfied. I attempted to call back a couple of days later to check on the status of my order and I was bounced around on the phone for 10 minutes. Don't ever purchase online at Walmart. It is a shame that you can't give negative Stars. I just walked to this Walmart and went in to get deodorant. Between the last time I was here and tonight they have locked all of the deodorant products in security cabinets. To make it worse these security cabinets are so secure that not even the employees who work in the department and have the keys can get into them. Now is the locked up deodorant some Walmart world domination plan? if we can keep everybody smelly it will be easier to take over the world. No Service After Sale. Bought a set of tires here at a great price with full warranty, including free flat repair. After seeing a nail in one of the tires, drove to Walmart for a free repair at 11 AM. Was told to come back the next day as there was not enough mechanics to fix it today. I was willing to wait as long as it took, but they sent me back out on the road with this dangerous situation. Took the car to Pep Boys who fixed it in 1/2 hour. I honestly don't know why I even come to this disaster of a store. I literally will from now on pay the little extra at target for the same items just to avoid the routine experience that I receive here. Every person with any shred of dignity should not shop at this Wal-Mart. Firstly, if you have to go in the evening after around 7pm, you will have a difficult time getting from one place to another because the staff brings out big palettes of items and shopping carts with go backs and leave them RIGHT. IN. THE. WAY. Secondly, at least 7 times in a row - after I've shopped for about 45 minutes in this circus, I'll eventually have to leave my cart parked somewhere to avoid adding to the congestion of the store. If you leave your cart for more than 30 SECONDS, you can kiss your items goodbye as a store associate will have whisked your cart away and begun putting the items back. Tonight's shopping trip left me absolutely astounded as my wait time for 3 items was at least 25 minutes. I was restricted to one lane as I had an item that was locked up and sent to a cashier where I would have to check out with to receive. I get EFFING home - expecting that the problem that I was attempting to resolve would indeed be taken care of with the item I waited for and paid around $40 for and guess what? THE ITEM WAS USED and because it was a customisable item, I can't use it at all. I literally have to go back to this horrid place because of this incident. I can not go back here after this. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STORE, especially the auto department. Had a simple oil change performed, which took over an hour and a half. A few days later, the engine cover assembly fell out of the bottom of my car while driving over a bridge. Completely ruined and cost over $400 to repair. Of course, Wal-Mart takes no responsibility for any of it. Having driven the same car for 5 years with oil changes EVERY 3000 miles, I have enough car knowledge to know this shouldn't happen.... Between the poor customer service and the inability of the employees to communicate with one another, and the even WORSE management, I would strongly worn anybody to never go to this store. Please don't put your car or yourself in danger. Dealing with the managers is a waste of time... Dealing with their claims department is a waste... and dealing with their corporate office is an even bigger waste of time. I highly suggest that you avoid going to this Wallmart. Last time I went was after leaving the hospital to fill prescriptions. Pharmacy staff was great but without a lengthy narrative, suffice to say, I had to buy other general items and was overcharged, had to wait over 10 minutes for manager who directed me to go to end of line again, waited another approx 15 minutes for him to direct me to get out of live and go to C/S line. Another long wait. The front desk assist manager was extremely rude and no wonder. Jaime the Store Manager (same one having me jumping all the hoops) came back when I complained that I was feeling ill. The other C/S associate could not figure out how to credit me. This was their mistake and they were almost treating me as if it was mine and they were going to teach me a lesson. I left the store angry and sad. How can someone like this be placed in a place of leadershIp. Rude, inconsiderate and incompetent people here. Let me start off by saying I have never done a yelp review before, but the service I got was so horrible I just had to share my experience. I tried to return something and found out they had over charged me in the first place and they wouldn't give me a full refund. I asked for a Manger and a guy named West came to help me and this guy was a complete joke. You could tell he didn't like his job and he was not in the business of helping me or anyone else for that matter. He was very sarcastic and rude. After waiting over an hour for him to help me I asked for another manger since I was getting no where with him and a new manger never came. The customer service at this location is is laughable! I will never ever ever return to this Walmart and I hope that manger gets in trouble. If you don't like working in customer service you should just consider quitting because the amount of bad service is why this location had 1 star to begin with. If it was up to me I'd give no stars! I realize that WalMart is not necessarily the epitome of class when it comes to people who work there and people who shop there. At least not on the West Coast (if you go to the South it's a different story; WalMart is like THE MECCA in the south where even the most rich old ladies go there to get their produce and their hi-waist panties). I realize that I shouldn't expect great things. I do, honestly. But this WalMart is literally like...THE GHETTO. I came here on a whim because I was in the area buying pet food and I needed to grab a few things. Worst mistake I ever made. I had just moved here at the time from Michigan and my credit card had a "fraud" flag on it because I had used it so many times in California. While checking out of line in which I was accosted by a customer wearing a superman cape yelling "THE MAN OF STEEL IS BACK!," my transaction failed because of the fraud flag on my card. Under normal circumstances, a cashier would be more helpful, but the one I got was surly, sour, and downright ignorant. She not only broadcasted to all the customers around me that my card had been declined, but she then made me wait in another line while I called my credit card company. She took an employee who was shopping in line ahead of me, despite the fact that I literally had three items whereas this employee had a full cart. On top of that, to make things worse, the store was dirty as heck and I felt like I needed a complete spray-down with sanitizer once I got home. Never again will I visit this location! This Walmart isn't the best kept. Definitely a bit ghetto. But it's fine to come to every once in a while. I went on a Saturday evening and it surprisingly wasn't packed full o people.
