What Nayt D. said! 1 star is way to generous to this $hit hole of store. The rude, nasty employees are really a disgrace. I went to WalMart this morning to get a few things and looked at the kids's clothes for my grandsons. They had blue jeans on sale for $1.00. I picked up the seven pair that were left and went to the self-checkout but 3 rang up at $3.00 (that is still a deal, but the tags said $1.00). I told the gal there and she was shocked that they were $1.00. She and 2 other employees that were just standing there started having a conversation in Spanish and would not answer my questions. She took off with the jeans and then came back and threw them in my cart. I said screw this and went over to a lane that was finally opened. One of the gals came over and watched the cashier ring up the clothes and told me that you will pay the price that is rung up. I told her that the price on the jeans was $1.00. She said that I would have to pay $3.00. I told the cashier that I didn't want those 3 pair. She stood there the entire time and was very rude. When he finished ringing up my purchase, I told him that I would take those 3 pair. Another shopper that hear this interaction said that I should file a complaint and I told her I intend to. Miss prissybutt left in a huff. That shopper told me that in her line, an employee was buying towels and some of them were $1.00 and some were not. The cashier changed the price on the towels that were over $1.00 so the employee did not have to pay full price. I could not get anyone to get me a manager, hell, one of the broads could have been the manager and they are royally ripping off the store. I will do my shopping at Target - a lot less ghetto! read more

Horrible. No employees there I encountered spoke English except the cashier, so none of them could help me locate what I needed. They also closed off an isle and started cleaning it an hour before the store closed, so I couldn't get what I wanted down that isle. read more

Customer service??? NOT!! Very very rude!!! There's a lot to be said about the customer service there! Not one of them are knowledgeable in the return policies, they don't even want to know! Even the manager in the electronics department! Who trained these people??? Tried returning a Christmas gift I bought for my grandchild in the electronics dept and was told they don't carry that item in their store and my allotted return time expired. Really?? Hmmmm..per my receipt I have until January 10, 2014 to return the item either to my local Walmart or via us mail since I ordered it online....and it will be replaced or refunded. Yes, my receipt definitely says that!!! Had to contact corporate and finally got results. They're sending me a brand new tablet and when received, I put the defective one in their box and return free of charges...no shipping charges nada! You would think that the electronics "manager" would have offered me that same deal instead of being rude and stupid! This Woodland store is extremely filthy for the lack of customers they have. Should not be a pig pen! And why don't they spend their time restocking the shelves instead of leaving it in the back? All I have to say is Thank you CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS for taking care of this problem and for taking the names of all the Walmart employees who DID NOT HELP ME TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION and treated me like.........them. Employees don't ever seem to work...except to spend an absurd amount of time reviewing my receipt before letting me leave the store with the items I have just purchased. Teenagers and tweakers running through aisles with no restriction. The staff member in the makeup section did nothing but follow me around and stood at my elbow while I shopped and I finally had to ask her if I could help her with something. Put back my purchases due to irritation. "Theft reduction" apparently means treating respectable customers like petty criminals. It's insulting. read more

I was waiting outside to pick up my mother in the same spot I park every night and a worker came out and told me I had to move. I was trying to explain to her I park here every night and that my mother is an employee but she refused to listen and ran inside saying she was going to call the cops. Unfortunately I have to shop there because of my economic situation. Just be careful not to hurt your self there as I punctured myself on bare threaded screws in the men's room where you hang bags or a jacket, etc. I know -- I am still concerned about the redness that is still around my wound on my arm. When this occurred (the worst place to have it happen), I asked an assistant manager at customer service for first aid, showed her the problem and requested to report it on a medical form. She called another manager who must have been trained at the "I-can't-be-bothered-by-you" and "its your problem why you telling me--and looked as it I was the perpetrator rather than the victim" school of management. She told me I didn't need to fill out the medical form then but could report it later. Right. "No" I said I want to fill it out now, and want a copy, all this time I am still bleeding. Well she huffed away and made someone copy the form and didn't see me again. 'No I am sorry', or 'are you ok'? A day or so later I called and requested to speak to the store manager but he was unavailable so some assistant manager asked to help. I told him the situation and he said he would take care of the matter, and that maintenance had fixed the problem. Unfortunately for me I went back there today, four days later and the problem had not been fixed. I took pictures of both the fixture and my arm. I was going to send them to corporate with a long letter about being lied to and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE but I decided to speak to the store manager, who said he was sorry and that he will personally take care of it. Its one thing to have to put up with long lines, meth heads, and a ghetto environment but I am not putting up a total lack of integrity (imagine walmart and integrity in the same sentence?!!) and concern for my safety. Paying a couple of more bucks for items at Target or Penneys will have to do for me. And I am still hoping the redness around my wound goes away because if it does not get better by Saturday I will seek medical attention and I will sue the s*#t out of them. You can try to find a store with more incompetent employees but you will find that none surpass Wal Mart. Sure they are friendly, the ones that I have seen, and want to act like they are helpful but once your backs are turned you can see how little cares they give. I ordered a bike online and decided fo in-store pick up. Got there and saw that they hadn't assembled, which I'll admit was my fault. So I told them to assemble it for me and the lady said it would be done by Wednesday. Lies because I went on Friday only to find out she never put it down to have my bike assembled. I call in today to find out the status of my bike, by this point I have take two two hour trips and am really cautious because I don't want to make an unnecessary trip, only to be in call for 30 minutes without anyone directing me anywhere. I went around in full circles. Basically, never buy from Wal-Mart, go to Wal-Mart, or even look at one. Not worth a single care. read more
