Worst KBBQ I've ever had. The meat was tough and cheap; the sesame weirdly had pepper in it alongside the salt; the marinated beef was totally bland and also, there's 1) no free refills -- you pay for each drink, 2) Rice is not free with the meal, like every other restaurant, 3) The staff don't seem to have any idea about what's going on and one of them will just stare at you blankly as you order, and 4) The bulgogi is on the most expensive plan, to force you to pay more. Most places have bulgogi and brisket in the same plan. Seriously, I go to KBBQ all the time but I won't return to this rip-off place. Terrible, a huge waste of money. Go to Bud Namu or Woori instead - they're much much better! read more

They have a small selection of available meats but the quality is great especially for the price. I dont go to korean bbq for the salad but it doesnt hurt that their salad is absolutely delicious. One of my fav spots for sure. read more

Best KBBQ in the Valley and especially for the price! The brisket is so amazing I feel it melts in your mouth once it's cooked. Great portion servings and the salad is truly the best. The staff was nice. Service was fine. The meat was okay. Kimchi was good. But don't go there thinking that it will be your authentic Korean BBQ place because it's not. Instead of lettuce to make a wrap, they served lettuce salad in a bowl. The only hot sauce available was Sriracha. The soybean paste soup was awful. It's a decent place to eat a lot of meat if you're simply looking for an AYCE meat place. All in all, we definitely won't be going back. read more

Honestly this place is not worth it. Had some horrible service last night. This tall guy was actually dirty like visibly dirty and he wouldnt stop touching his armpits. He gave us horrible attitude the whole time. The meat options are definitely not great and they only have 1 sauce and like very few etra toppings. Oh and the guy tipped himself without asking?? If you want to get diarrhea come here! The meat is such bad quality that it has a stinky odor when it comes out. The brisket is bland and has no flavor whatsoever, the spicy pork has the most flavor at this place, even though it looks disgusting because they serve it in a plate drenched in their spicy sauce, all that sauce is unnecessary. You also get no sides, you basically just get meat, oh and old salad. You get unlimited old salad because the owner is probably to greedy to throw it away, so he prefers to risk people getting sick. The lettuce in the salad was yellow, not just slightly yellow it was yellow yellow plus a few green good pieces in there. And they drench the salad in a sweet dressing so you'll ignore the fact that the salad is old. I really wouldn't be surprised if they recycle the salads too. The staff is very young and they will stand awkwardly at your table until they work up the courage to ask if you'd like more meat. Though they are very nice, it just felt weird having someone standing around. I think they need to train their staff better and help them acquire more customer service and professionalism skills. They also charge 1.25 for extra rice and in my opinion that's really dumb because not even high end Korean bbq places charge for extra rice. To me, them charging for rice shows how bad their business is doing and they have to make money off people somehow so they charge for extra rice. The rice isn't even good either, and it surprises me how someone could mess up white rice. While eating I started feeling bubble guts and sure enough the next day I could not get off the toilet. I really like this place. Its hidden in the back of Denny's on Reseda and Saticoy. The food is good, the price is right and the owner is awesome. I eat here often with my family that now they know us lol. Its only 10.99 for all you can eat. I like just the beef brisket but they also have pork. What I realllllllly like about this place is the dipping sauce! its OMG good. According to their business hours, they're open until 2am. That's a lie. Walked in on Saturday with some friends at 1:15am and we saw that there were still 2 tables of customers being served and as soon as I got to a table, the tall skinny waiter guy comes up to us and with an awkward hand-to-neck waving motion says, "we're closed." I was like WHAT?! You're sign outside says "open" and the business hours say 2am? And he all he said again was, "we're closed". The only reason we stopped by was because we were in the area but I doubt I'd come back after this. He was pretty rude to me and my friends. I prefer Kogiya over this place anyway. It's a small place, so the service is amazing, you usually get whatever you want instantly. There is only 2 types of meat, but the sauce is amazing. If you soak your cooked meat into the sauce, it'll be delicious. The salad you get is actually well mixed, and the dressing isn't bad. Not beautifully laid out like at most Korean restaurants, more like Yoshinoya Beef Bowl crossed with a budget version of Honey Pig on 8th in LA. But for $11 per person (plus a dollar for rice and a couple of bucks for stew), who can complain? Tasty and filling. Highly recommended!!! Went with my boyfriend yesterday, I've been there before my coworkers introduce me to this cuisine and I fall for it. I was crabbing and wanted to introduce my boyfriend as well we got the special "Everything you can eat" Pork and beef and some "ribs" I gotta say my boyfriend have been in Thailand, China and other countries and is really hard to please him with food at first I was a lil scared that he didn't like it since he have try it before. But even with the small items on the menu he love it. We were going to buy one of the shirts for $15 but they didn't have his size. Okay, this place doesn't compare to a lot of places in Koreatown or the South Bay. This is one of the few places that is in the Valley and closes late. When I'm too lazy to drive to KTown late at night I come here. The only ban-chan they offer is a yummy salad and kimchee. No rice paper or thinly sliced radish which makes me sad every time. Very simple choices here with not a lot of fluff. Maybe they will one day offer at least some rice paper more sides? I cross my fingers. It's $2 extra for the ayce with bulgogi (as the only thing different from the regular ayce choices). I really only come to eat that and the brisket as I am not really a pork fan. The quality of the meats are great and the place is always filled with happy people and great attitudes. Reseda always reminds me of Tom Petty's Free Falling. In any case, after much failure in trying to find the Kogi truck, my friend suggested this place. I've had a lot of different types of Korean BBQ back home and in LA so as a Korean I feel at most, the place is subpar. First off, it wasn't so great having cigarette smoke wafting in through the front door. And second they're a little slow in replenishing water or other side dishes even on a slow day. The general seating area was typical of a Korean BBQ and it accommodated our group of 7 very well. The salad that accompanied the meat was probably the best thing they served. Not too salty or overpowered by the dressing and good enough to compliment the sangyupsal (pork belly) and brisket. My friend did point out that they usually brought out better quality meat but I wasn't complaining since searching for the Kogi truck made me crave some bbq. It wasn't the best I've had but for $11 and all you can eat, it is worth its price considering they give you a ton of meat. It's a great place to kick back, order some soju or beer and to grill if you're not too picky about the quality of the meat. Watch out for the $1 charge for a bowl of rice though. This place is amazing I love to eat here. My fiancé and I eat here at least once or twice a month. If my cholesterol levels allowed me to I would eat here once a week lol. The owner/manager is a nice guy he runs the place most of the time and if he is not there the place is still putting out great food and service. We occasionally have to wait but generally not too bad. I love the marinated beef (bulgogi) and the sauce they put on each table is a home run :))). The biggest problem I have with place is that I tend to eat way too much but that's my problem and not there's. All in all a solid place for Korean BBQ and the best part is they are open late and are reasonably priced. Keep up the great work highly recommend!!! read more

Worst customer service.. disgusting place we saw a big cockroach when eating and one of the employees cleaning grabbed it with the rag he was using to clean the tables.. will never eat there again. You really get what you pay for. Employees never ask if you need anything else you have to literally chase them and then they will be all mad and rude when you for anything even water. read more
