It was a Sunday afternoon and my friend was craving Mexican food. We came across a simple restaurant--not too fancy, not too shabby. I stopped by here for breakfast tacos, and saw a lot of conflicting reviews. I went ahead and placed my order and got a bunch of tacos for myself, my kids, my mother, and all of us were very pleased with our tacos. They all started eating their's before I could take pictures, but everyone loved the tortillas and the flavor. I got mine on corn tortillas and they definitely have some of the best flavored corn tortillas I've had in a long time. Everyone else got flour tortillas and they all liked them just fine. We saw on other reviews that people did not like the tortillas, but everyone in my household loved them. We went through the drive-through so I can't really speak to service outside of that, but our order was correct, she told us about all of the different salsas, and our tacos were piping hot. I have no idea what the ambience is like inside, we just wanted to grab our tacos and rush back home to eat. They were really good, excellent prices, and we will definitely be back. Suddenly hit with hunger pains while sitting poolside, so we opened up Uber eats to find a deal with fast delivery available. Twenty minutes later, we had the birriadilla, wapo botana, and two orders of mini tacos (BOGOF deal in Uber eats)! Everything had good flavor and went down fast. We added a side of shredded cheese and sour cream to the mini tacos because that's how the hubby eats them. The nachos were still edible and not completely soggy, even with waiting for delivery. The birriadilla was decent. Not much flavor in the consume, but it did the job of filling the belly and introducing the kids to some new foods for them to try again in the future. Have seen some reviews that were critical of the beef fajitas, but had no issue. All of it was tasty. Tortillas are fresh made. Will come back to give other menu items. Husband ordered bean and cheese nachos added shredded chicken. The nachos came with white cheese (which I love) and avocado. Chicken was white meat. We got the medium salsa. It had a good smoky flavor, but not much heat. I'll definitely get the hot salsa next time . We also got an order of Mimi tacos with asada. They came with cilantro, white onions, and two lime wedges. The corn tortillas were yellow corn and not greasy. The asada was seasoned well. I'll definitely be trying more food from here. Last night, I ordered mini asada tacos and found them to be decent. Unfortunately, I couldn't capture a picture of them. They were served with the classic combination of cilantro, onion, and a single corn tortilla. Additionally, green and red salsa were provided on the side. If I had to compare the taste to another restaurant, I would say it's quite similar to Taco Palenque. The restaurant is newly opened, so I'm hoping the quality of the food will improve over time.
