They called me to move my appointment earlier, and I agreed to come in 30 minutes ahead of schedule. An hour before the new appointment time, I even called to ask if they were running on time because every previous appointment had already been 2 hours behind. The front desk told me, "Yes, we are on time." I arrived 15 minutes early, signed all the paperwork, and still ended up waiting until almost my original appointment time. Once I was finally brought back, the doctor cracked a joke, gave me Novocaine, said he'd be back, and disappeared. Forty minutes later, I was still sitting there numb with no doctor or staff in sight. At this point, it had been well over an hour without the doctor even starting the exam. The front desk staff should not be working in customer service. They were unhelpful, showed no remorse, and acted like this is something they constantly hear complaints about. Sadly, I doubt anything will change, but do yourself a favor and find another dentist

They were the only dentist office that didn't demand I have a "new patient" appointment first. Instead, they realized I needed *emergency* dentistry. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I was seen by Doctor Sahar Mehr. She quickly assessed the issue and understood that all I really needed was a "reglue". She was very careful and confirmed if there was any sensitivity - surprise! there was, a LOT! She quickly numbed the area, and after a few minutes waiting for the novocaine to take effect, she applied the adhesive and reglued my crown. It was obvious she was a knowledgable and practiced dentist. If / when I do need a dentist in this area, they will be my first choice! Thanks again for the great work!
