Gorgeous space, nice options, solid coffee. Impossible to find a seat. The baristas crank it out!

Stopped in here to get a matcha to go. Loved the vibe inside and a good location at Rockefeller center.

No way around it. WatchHouse is an elevated coffee shop. The ambiance and decor are impeccable. It's clean, refined, organized to an almost stale and clinical extent. Influencers will be grateful for all the visual candy WatchHouse provides. On a cold day, stepped in for a hot (black) tea. It was quite good- and quite expensive. I also had a croissant which was buttery, flakey and very good. The service was swift, helpful and friendly. Very easy to see why people will really like this coffee shop. Elevating basics like coffee to luxury status isn't for everyone. WatchHouse was a good experience. I'm glad to came through. Won't be my first choice in the future. They didn't do anything wrong. It's just not my cup of tea.

Big fan of their coffee and vibes. One day a week I sit here and enjoy their bold coffee a block away from Rockefeller Center. A mix of corporate folk and tourists fill the lounge seating and unwind. Top notch service. Likely the neighborhood/tourist trap scene that boosts the price of a latte to nearly $8, but here we are. As I spend more time in the area I would like to try other regional coffee shops for a comparison. Haven't tried their baked goods personally, but my team loves the cookies.

I finally got the opportunity to check this cafe out as it's been on my list for a while. My friend suggested we meet here, and I'm very glad we did. It's tucked away right in the middle of midtown and was quite busy when we arrived. It's very cute with a bar area to sit at as well as some tables. They have a pretty straightforward menu of coffees and teas to choose from, along with pastries. We both got chai lattes, and the presentation was beautiful and they were extremely delicious. My friend also got a croissant and she said it was pretty good. I'd definitely come back here again the next time I'm in the area.

Gorgeous ambiance with beautiful lighting and ample space both indoor and outdoor pretty busy for 5:22pm

Very quick service! Pastries were so good, and heated up upon request! Didn't try a coffee, but they looked so good!

This experience made us feel very bougie. I have never received this much detail about the coffee that I was about to consume. Great coffee paired with an excellent chocolate chip cookie! The cafe itself is very sleek/ minimalist.

This coffeeshop operates in a very private equity way (Apt as it is owned by jeff bezos brothers PE whatever) in how it has a very shiny exterior but the substance is somewhat .... Lacking ..... I had it saved for a bit i forgot how i originally heard of it but their croissants visually appeared like theyd b great (I am SO Annoying about my croissant sixth sense) Like look at that croissant it should be so good right. Great layering, crispy glossy. Since my mom was staying nearby we decided to try it. I am grateful we went when i was having a fun weekend w my mom and not some day before work bc it would have Ruined my day LOL i jest but goddamn these pastries were just not great - they were super dry, no butter flavor, just.... Lacking.... Lacking and lagging..... the coffee was also just strange..... Maybe not meant to be had in milk based drinks idk..... I have learned my lesson I will no longer be frequenting bakeries owned by the Bezos family thank you. And now i am gaslighting myself that actually i no longer have the croissant acumen which saddens me. The fillings in the pastries was good tho like i thought the chocolate in the pain au choc and the earl grey filling in the blueberry danish thing was good

This was a very spacious coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. It is very clean and everything is well displayed. All of the pastries looked amazing and the way that they had them placed just looked beautiful. I ordered an iced cappuccino but, I think it was an iced latte which is fine. It was a bit crowded and did have to wait a bit for my drink. I would come back here and try out a hot drink.

What a fancy coffee shop with lots of seating. This place has great service, a great Cardamom bun, and great coffee!

One of the higher quality, more aesthetically thoughtful watering holes in East Midtown. The initial hype has died down a bit, so getting a seat is easier than it used to be. Maybe I'm not a gourmand, but the cardamom bun tasted just as good as the one at La Cabra to me. Minor gripe: the materials they've used for seating outside and the bar all retain a ton of heat and are hot to the touch on a sunny day.

This coffee shop from London is a favorite for coffee connoisseurs. They have a variety of beans and pastries and everything is amazing. The space is great for working or a chat with friends, but is always bustling due to its popularity. Staff here is super attentive and nice. Great coffee shop!

Weird and precious, with random periods after indicate words. Private equity vibe. Not a place to live authentically.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

There are lots of other tart places that do something sinilar and didn't really think these were that memorable. But read this keeping in mind I didn't try to cake items so that product may be better if all you're looking for is a light fluffy dessert that's not too sweet. Try something else here! Just did take out option here so not much to ambiance or service from my experience to speak on.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.
