[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute espresso bar![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is really fast pased, expect to be served your coffee within a couple of minutes after ordering.

Iced Americano
Benjamin N.

Standard coffee shop. I ordered the Iced Americano and it tasted fine. A smaller interior so there's not a lot of room to wait and can get crowded if there's a long line.

Macchiato
Harry Q.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Reminds me that of a typical Roman Cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't speak to the food, but the espressos are strong and reminiscent of the standing room only places throughout Rome.

Croissants
Masmin P.

Truly the best espresso I've had in a long while- so good that I had to immediately order a second one. Croissant was light, fluffy and flaky with a subtle sweetness- delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small cafe but gets busy during the work week.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We grabbed our coffees here to enjoy as we strolled through the park. The coffee has good flavor, and it is on the stronger side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside the cafe is super small, only room to form a line to order and that's it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's definetly a Togo place only[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped here for a quick coffee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small but mighty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The sandwiches and baked good definitely will be hard to resist. The coffee options are lovely. I love walking around the city with a cozy cup of warmth.

Cappuccino
Mais S.

Best cappuccino in NYC! This place has the nicest service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's tables outside for a nice afternoon coffee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Fats service and affordable prices

Alisa J.

Really great coffee shop. The iced cappuccino was really awesome. They have really high quality coffee here. The custard pastry the barista recommended was really really awesome. She was so nice and gave great recommendations. Would highly recommend

We stumbled upon this place and had a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, there were no seats, but that's precisely why it's called an "espresso bar." The espresso was truly delicious, just like what you'd get in Italy. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We chatted with them a lot, and they were all very welcoming. We also ordered an avocado cheesecake, which was also delicious

B+ coffee could be hotter. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We did not sample the sandwiches or desserts, however, while we were in line, several people ordered them and seemed very familiar with it so I would say that probably boats well for the quality. [[HIGHLIGHT]]there is no inside seating, but there is a small table outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience feels old New York, which is to say nothing fancy but perfect for a quick Takeaway.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Midori G.

My favorite quick coffee spot near Central Park! They are always quick and attentive. I always get an oat milk latte and the coffee is always perfectly roasted. It is rather small inside but there are a couple tables and chairs outside to sit at but I always order to go and then go to the park to enjoy it. My only complaint is the price: $7 (not including tip) for an oat milk latte is on the more expensive end.

Good coffee Food pastries Good paninis The coffee was solid - both our caps and macchiatos had a decent kick Pastries were pretty good Soprasetta panini - bread was AMAZING! Filling too :) If you eat there they give you real cutlery and plates - yeah this deserves a shout out cos I'm tired of drinking out of paper cups and paper bags It's a small space so standing room only

biscotti and macchiato
Laura H.

I think they labelled their prices wrong because I got a biscotti ($1.5) and machiatto ($3.5) and it somehow came up for ($7+). Biscotti was ok, could've been more sweet and buttery especially since the machiatto was so strong. This was also the smallest, most bitter cup of coffee I have ever gotten in my life and I am unsure of how to feel about it--apparently it's authentic Italian coffee, but I think I'll just stick with my watered down iced Americano. If espresso is your schtick, check this place out. If not, skip.

I had the grassiest matcha (fuku no midori) prepared with just water, and it was the most refreshing drink I could've asked for during this unbearably hot summer. I came back a few more times in the same week to sample more of their menu. Surprisingly, my least favorite was the strawberry matcha latte. I think the fruit obscures the subtle flavors in the matcha and I recommend getting a plain matcha or a matcha latte instead. The shop itself is very tiny - almost standing room only - with 2 barstools by the window. Each drink is made to order and it seemed like there was only one, maybe two people preparing drinks, so if there's a large group then the drinks will take some time to come out.

Small hidden shop in Koreatown specializing in matcha and tea-based drinks!…read more I came to Mika's on a Friday morning, and while there wasn't a line, it did feel packed with the five people inside. I'd actually passed by this place multiple times but had no idea it was a cafe. This shop itself is more of a grab-and-go, but it might still take a while since all drinks are whisked and made to order. There isn't really space for a line to form inside, so you may need to wait outside to order (there's also a bit of a lack of room to wait for your drink once it's ordered). My strawberry matcha came out to $9.25 total, which is pretty pricey, so I expected a lot. In total, it took me around 10-ish minutes to get my drink with about 4 people in front of me. At first it took a while for our orders to get taken since the two employees were focused on getting drinks out ASAP, one person was preparing the syrups and milk, and the other was making the matcha. The matcha itself had a nice green color. I've had many strawberry matchas prior to this, and based on my experience, this place was alright. The strawberry syrup was nice and not too sweet, but I wish there was a bit more flavoring or more of it, as after two sips I couldn't taste the strawberry at all. Overall, it's a nice shop with cute trinkets around and their own products they sell, like matchas and tea sets. However, for $9, it was a lot for what the drink offered in my opinion.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
