Was going for the vibes and the vibes definitely delivered. First, $20 for a coffee is insane. $10 for cold foam is insane. The salted honey cold foam latte was good, but in what world is cold foam itself $10??! I guess in Ralph Lauren's world it is. I feel like they definitely could've listed this price, but then again I guess luxury is not concerned with the prices. Having the door opened when you walked in made it feel elevated, but the rest of the employees didn't really match that vibe. Tried to ask about customizing my latte (ie to skip the cold foam but keep salted honey) and he acted like people never make requests like that. I got a hot latte a couple days later and regretted it, it was a one and done for me. Don't come here for the coffee, but if you're in the area or from out of state, it's a fun stop that feels like you're in gossip girl.
Got there pretty early in the morning and there was already a queue! Lucky that we were able to get seated right away. The interior is classic, elegant New York, and their merchandise is so cute! Such a lovely spot to enjoy coffee! Definitely better vibes and experience compared to the other locations.

Very nice boutique like feel, similar to others, but at the same time, unique in only a way Ralph Lauren can pull off. So far I've tried both the Vanilla and Coffee soft serve variants and both were delectable. Customer service is prompt and welcoming. Esthetic is unapologetically Ralph Lauren. Cool vibe throughout the space. I'll definitely have to try some of their other offerings. Highly recommended!

Overall, a very cute and quite coffee shop. The interior is nicely decorated and they even have a gift shop. A place to stop by if you are looking for some tourism in the city. Service is quick and very professional. I got a match latte and my sister ordered a cappuccino. Both were good but a little over priced. If you are looking for an aesthetic place to grab this is the place to go.

We waited 30+ minutes for 4 drinks, despite the cafe not being very busy. We literally watched other tables who were sat/ordered after us receive their food/drinks before us. Even before sitting down, the hosts were unclear on how we could put our names down, one telling us to write our name down, another telling us to wait off on the side, then later saying I just had to tell him my name? We felt like they were ageist as my friends and I are all in our early 20s, but if not that, they're just not very professional. Drinks are not bad, but overpriced. Given the terrible service, it's not worth it.

I had a peanut butter cookie for dessert and it lives rent free in my head. I will spend my life trying to figure out how they got that creamy soft texture for a cookie. It came out looking like a scoop of ice cream more than a cookie LOL. All in all go for a coffee and snack with a cute vibe, but don't go expecting a decent meal or wide variety

Super cute and iconic. Long line for to-go bar but it moves fast. Super crowded inside though. Lots of souvenirs to get. A little confusing on to-go vs dine in. If you want to sit down inside, ask the door guy so you can go to that line. Hot chocolate was super cute with the bear art and wasn't too sweet, which was perfect.
You cannot leave here with trying their cruller. Crispy on the outside, glazed, and custardy on the inside, this little treat is absolutely delicious. Lines can get long during peak tourist season, but if you get the chance to try it without needing to wait too long, you should. Ralph's Coffee is located just a mere avenue over Central Park, so I suggest you grab your cruller and your drink for a stroll. Outdoor tables are available during the spring and summer months, but again, these are peak tourist season and are often fully occupied. If you're visiting New York City, Ralph's Coffee will be a nice addition to your itinerary. read more
I have been wanting to go to Ralph's for the longest time, and what better time while visiting NYC! We stopped by on a Friday at 2pm and there were plenty of tables available. The decor is immaculate and it doesn't even feel like a coffee shop more like a boutique. We sat down and ordered an iced matcha latte and a lemon almond cake. We devoured the cake within minutes and the latte was fresh and sweet. I'm glad I stopped by even though they just opened a location in Palo Alto. Before I left, I bought a cap because I've wanted one for the longest time. I can't wait to wear it and rep Ralph's in the Bay. read more
It's definitely a thing. While the coffee is delicious, this spot feels geared toward tourists looking to take a little piece of New York home with them. The design perfectly complements the elevated Ralph Lauren aesthetic, and the takeout operation is efficient and well organized. The staff is friendly and does a great job managing the steady flow of visitors. Prices are on the high side, but the merchandise is thoughtfully designed and of high quality. It's worth stopping in for the experience, even if you're just grabbing a coffee. read more

We had great service, a great time that wasn't rushed, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful interior, modern and clean. The almond crossaint had a thin layer of custard inside, it was a good surprise. The drinks were pretty tasty as well. read more

Our group of 5 showed up at 8:50am on a Friday and the place was full. We got in fairly quick, but when we were leaving, the line was around the corner! If you want to sit at a table, make sure to mention to the worker manning the door. 10/10 for ambiance - very classy and elegant inside with beautiful decorations. 10/10 on the drinks - between the five of us, we ordered hot chocolate, lattes, and green tea. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, the latte art was cute, and they tasted good. 6/10 on the food - the croissants were cold, which we knew going in, but still knocks down the taste. The overnight oats were quite tasty. 10/10 on the service - great waiters and friendly staff. read more
I was actually SHOCKED by how great my Americano was. I had been super excited to visit a Ralph's (especially since a new one just opened in OC that I'm dying to try once I go home), but I was also skeptical because... well.. a clothing company turned coffee shop isn't the most promising and I always felt like the "pull" was the aesthetic. But I must say the Americano was one of the best I've ever ordered (I'm usually one to drink my coffee at home so I can control how strong it is). I unfortunately didn't get to see the inside because I took one for the team and secured us a table outside, but even the outside was beautiful with the tables decorated and everything. Looking forward to seeing how Ralph's is doing on the opposite coast (and hopefully here in Boston too!) read more
The cuteness of the truck and the prime location of near the cathedral/ Rockefeller is what sells this place! A few colleagues and I ran out for coffee during an in-office day and decided to try this cute spot. From our group, only those that selected the sugary and not coffee-focused drinks really loved theirs. I ordered the cappuccino and also tried the cortado and both were just OK. I'd still be willing to go back for the cuteness as well as the convenience but would likely try some fun latte or a simple cold brew! Worth a stop and don't forget to grab your punch card! read more
3 stars because the service was rude, but the coffee and ambiance was good! We stopped by around 1pm on a Thursday and the wait was out the door. The man letting people in did not acknowledge us nor did the waiter. We waited about 10 minutes to order. I ordered their oat milk cold brew and iced chai. The coffee was delicious and smooth, and so was their chai! It was on the sweeter side. Beautiful shop, too bad they weren't friendly. read more

I love Ralph Lauren as a brand. This coffee shop is in their store on the upper east side. I highly recommend eating there for the full experience. I ordered the mocha and it was so delicious. I also ordered orange juice and lemonade. I heard their cake is also very delicious. The waiters are very attentive and the seating area is so cute and chic. read more
Had a great experience at Ralph's on Madison. I went in for a lunchtime coffee. Outdoor seating was full so I sat inside. Unfortunately they were out of chicken salad sandwiches. Also, the server was a little hard at hearing, It felt like I had to yell my order at him while so many others inside were having private conversations and it was a quieter environment. He kept asking me to repeat myself. My iced latte tasted great. The croissant as always is great. read more

This location is their flagship and I visited during the holiday season early on a weekday and still encountered a small line of about five people. The wait was roughly 10 minutes before being let in to order, though dine in waits may be longer. Inside, the space is bright and inviting, with a solid selection of merchandise ranging from coffee mugs and beans to the signature Ralph Bear. While the coffee itself wasn't outstanding, it was still a solid cup. If you're looking for an aesthetic spot to grab coffee during the holidays, it's best to come early and give Ralph's Coffee a visit. read more
very pretty UES location, right down the block from their store and around the corner. there's usually a line but it went quickly, and the staff was all really nice. the inside seating area is beautiful, and connects to the retail store. if you want to sit and east the table service is a separate line, we were told it was a 15-20 minute wait around 1pm on a saturday. the pan au chocolat, the hot chocolate, and the mint tea were all good. A vibe. From afar, inside, and the moment you step out. From a native NYer, this is saying a lot. They have chocolate made in Brooklyn with clean ingredients so you know it's real. I got the Matcha sweetened with oat milk and trust that it was a great call. The taste delivered, and my friend got an iced latte. He thoroughly enjoyed his beverage as well. I'm definitely coming back and trying the iced latte to see how it compares next time. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, which is always appreciated. read more

Visited on a Thursday afternoon and my party of 6 was seated within 15 minutes. I ordered a matcha latte and the table shared a blueberry muffin and parmesan scone. The matcha latte was super smooth and creamy! The service was excellent and everyone was really sweet and friendly. The decor was beautiful! Will definitely be back. read more
This place can get pretty busy. It's also small so it can get cramped easily. The food, drinks and merch are also pricey. The aesthetics are great though. I asked the worker for a sweet drink since I don't like bitter drinks. She recommend the vanilla latte with cinnamon which was delicious. I also got the overnight oats which included blueberries and pumpkin seeds. It's hard to get a table but eventually they do open up. You just have to be quick to grab it. read more

We managed to snag a table (without a reservation, lucky us!) and were instantly greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, despite being a little underdressed for the occasion. We originally popped in just to check out the buzz, but hunger won out. The chicken salad wrap--cleverly wrapped in a spinach tortilla to match Ralph Lauren's signature green--was surprisingly delicious, light, and fresh. Paired with an Arnold Palmer and an iced matcha latte, it was the perfect midday pick-me-up. Everything arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and tasted just as good as it looked. Whether you're a fashion devotee, a coffee enthusiast, or just someone in search of a chic café experience, Ralph's Coffee is worth the stop. Visited Ralph's Coffee inside the beautiful Ralph Lauren townhouse on East 72nd Street. There was a decent line when I arrived, but it moved quickly. You can grab a drink to go or sit in the café area for full table service. The space is stylish and lively, with that signature Ralph Lauren charm. A great spot to bring someone visiting the city, and it's just a short walk from Central Park and the shops along Madison Avenue. Definitely worth a stop! read more

What an unpleasant experience at store. The order taker does not have any customer service mind during the order taking process. A group of travelers bought cups and other items, taking 10 minutes while people lined up in a long line. Finally, when I finally had the chance to order, the guy never said sorry or thanked me about the wait. This is a downgrade of the service and my expectations, and I will not come back until they fix it. read more
Stopped in for the first time after a chilly walk through Central Park. Very cutesy inside! We got hot chocolates and although the presentation was beautiful, I didn't enjoy my drink. Left a weird aftertaste for me but my daughter did enjoy hers a lot - so I feel like it could be an acquired taste. I'm not picky at all and my daughter is SUPER picky lol and I couldn't even drink more than maybe half. Very aesthetic inside though with tons of merch options! We're walking by and we're looking for a coffee shop. Of course I yelped and I found this spot close by when we were walking near Central Park. I didn't realize it was in a clothing store only to find out it was the actual clothing store of Ralph Lauren. He has a Ralph Lauren inspired coffee shop and café. Really pretty and beautifully aesthetically designed. There's merch all over the coffee shop area. The Tumblr is $50 mind you. There is a sitting area which is for their café and they looked pretty packed. It was pretty confusing as to where you order because several of us stood next to the Pickup window and they looked at us confused only to find out you have to order at the pedestal to the left, where no one was. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to finally get there to take our order . There were a few of us that were just standing there waiting for help. That part of the experience that lacked, because like I mentioned earlier, was no one there to take our order. To top it off he looked like he didn't want to be there. Very monotone, bored looking and lacked customer service skills. Now for the coffee, it was amazing! The coffee bumped up an extra star. I got the hazelnut latte with soy milk. It was very creamy and velvety. I would definitely recommend that drink. read more

Let me start off by saying I am OBSESSED with Ralph's Coffee! I had heard a lot about Ralph's from social media but I had mainly only heard of the coffee truck and thought that was all it was. To my surprise, it wasn't until I was so exhausted from making the walking trek from Midtown to The Metropolitan where I needed a pick me up and discovered this coffee shop a block away. After hearing so much hype I figured I might as well check this off my itinerary and was actually super excited that it was a full blown coffee shop. Being as tired as I was and seeing how long the line was I was skeptical about waiting for a while but it is SO worth it. The shop was adorable and festive with Christmas decorations throughout the shop. They also had some seasonal drinks which I have to admit I am a sucker for, so of course I ordered the gingerbread latte. As a coffee snob and someone who worked as a barista for 4 years, I think Ralph's had the smoothest tasting coffee. It was not bitter and the drink itself was not overly sweet. It was the perfect drink to warm me up as well since it was freezing out. They did have a decent amount of seats inside and out, however, the inside seating was only if you dined in. Overall, I love the coffee here and not just because it's Ralph Lauren... it is actually delicious. I would also suggest visiting this location over the truck to get the full experience and also shop some of their exclusive items. P.S. Please open a location in Los Angeles! read more
