Checked out Ralph's coffee on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the concept. Very nice boutique like feel, similar to others, but at the same time, unique in only a way Ralph Lauren can pull off. So far I've tried both the Vanilla and Coffee soft serve variants and both were delectable. Customer service is prompt and welcoming. Esthetic is unapologetically Ralph Lauren. Cool vibe throughout the space. I'll definitely have to try some of their other offerings. Highly recommended!

We had great service, a great time that wasn't rushed, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful interior, modern and clean. The almond crossaint had a thin layer of custard inside, it was a good surprise. The drinks were pretty tasty as well.

Overall, a very cute and quite coffee shop. The interior is nicely decorated and they even have a gift shop. A place to stop by if you are looking for some tourism in the city. Service is quick and very professional. I got a match latte and my sister ordered a cappuccino. Both were good but a little over priced. If you are looking for an aesthetic place to grab this is the place to go.

An experience in itself. Beautiful store with beautiful clothes and sales people and good beverages and delicious bites. Not sure what else to say, it's Madison Avenue and the Park what else would you want. The window displays alone are worth the visit and if there's a line it is organized and moves quickly.

First of all...this place reminded me of my late mom, who loved Ralph Lauren apparel. I stopped in here yesterday on a lovely post-blizzard dilly dally decked out (coincidentally) in an RL coat and boots. I had a latte. The café super chic without feeling pretentious. Warm. Cozy. Who knew a classic contemporary luxury brand could deliver this balance? Oh, and great service.

A little brunch spot perfect for relaxing, having a bite and a little chat, and warming up/cooling off depending on in your season of choice. The service was attentive and pleasant and the seating is... cozy. This is the place to go if you're looking for equal parts food and vibes (the atmosphere is part of the price). Take out is also an option. There is a little gift area. As much as I had intended on getting something, nothing really spoke to me - maybe next time!

Aesthetic place and drinks were good. Nothing too special in my opinion. I heard a lot of people get agave in their drinks, which I know understand is highly recommended.

you would think a luxury brand would maintain a service standard for their cafe, but this was not the reality for Ralph's Coffee. We waited 30+ minutes for 4 drinks, despite the cafe not being very busy. We literally watched other tables who were sat/ordered after us receive their food/drinks before us. Even before sitting down, the hosts were unclear on how we could put our names down, one telling us to write our name down, another telling us to wait off on the side, then later saying I just had to tell him my name? We felt like they were ageist as my friends and I are all in our early 20s, but if not that, they're just not very professional. Drinks are not bad, but overpriced. Given the terrible service, it's not worth it.

Coffee, yummy. Matcha lemonade, just ok. Service, quick. Definitely a tourist trap. It was so overly crowded. I was shoulder to shoulder the entire time.

Best peanut butter cookie ever, somebody please find me the recipe!

Is a bit confusing to figure out how to get in line for a table. There are others confused behind us but we all ultimately found where we needed to be. The wait was not terrible on the day that we went, as they do monitor how much time you spend at the table to give others a chance as well. Service was a bit slow and we had to flag people down in order to order and as well as to pay. The table next to us shared our frustration so we just piggybacked off of each other when we needed something from waitstaff. The whole setup is a bit chaotic because the tables are very close together and small. We were hungry when we went and they were out of the sandwich we wanted to try. We both went with our backup selections and they were okay. We still had to stop and eat elsewhere afterwards. We both enjoyed our beverages, I opted for the iced chai latte. I had a peanut butter cookie for dessert and it lives rent free in my head. I will spend my life trying to figure out how they got that creamy soft texture for a cookie. It came out looking like a scoop of ice cream more than a cookie LOL. All in all go for a coffee and snack with a cute vibe, but don't go expecting a decent meal or wide variety

Super cute and iconic. Long line for to-go bar but it moves fast. Super crowded inside though. Lots of souvenirs to get. A little confusing on to-go vs dine in. If you want to sit down inside, ask the door guy so you can go to that line. Hot chocolate was super cute with the bear art and wasn't too sweet, which was perfect.

I was actually SHOCKED by how great my Americano was. I had been super excited to visit a Ralph's (especially since a new one just opened in OC that I'm dying to try once I go home), but I was also skeptical because... well.. a clothing company turned coffee shop isn't the most promising and I always felt like the "pull" was the aesthetic. But I must say the Americano was one of the best I've ever ordered (I'm usually one to drink my coffee at home so I can control how strong it is). I unfortunately didn't get to see the inside because I took one for the team and secured us a table outside, but even the outside was beautiful with the tables decorated and everything. Looking forward to seeing how Ralph's is doing on the opposite coast (and hopefully here in Boston too!)

Our group of 5 showed up at 8:50am on a Friday and the place was full. We got in fairly quick, but when we were leaving, the line was around the corner! If you want to sit at a table, make sure to mention to the worker manning the door. 10/10 for ambiance - very classy and elegant inside with beautiful decorations. 10/10 on the drinks - between the five of us, we ordered hot chocolate, lattes, and green tea. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, the latte art was cute, and they tasted good. 6/10 on the food - the croissants were cold, which we knew going in, but still knocks down the taste. The overnight oats were quite tasty. 10/10 on the service - great waiters and friendly staff.

I was at this quaint tea shop east of Koreatown earlier in the evening before going to a meal at the excellent new Thai place, Wanglang. The staff was very friendly, and they specialize in matcha, along with having hojicha, genmaicha, black tea, and sencha. Along with more traditional drinks, they also have fruit options as well as black sugar jelly (I presume kuromitsu) and a Japanese citrus that's not seen much here, hyuganatsu. Along with the citrus, this place is rather unique as they had three different matcha options in terms of variety. As I tend to prefer teas pure and without add-ons, I ordered the Matcha Americano, which is simply matcha and water. I went with the 12-oz version for $6 + tax and ordered the Hajime, though I would likely get the Fuku No Midori next time based on descriptions online. The matcha was solid and had a mild sweetness and a light earthiness. However, it lacked some of the mouth coating found in very high-quality drinks from Sorate or Setsugekka, while being similar in price. Still, that is comparing to some of the best, and this was still very tasty and a lot better than 90% of the places in the city, being more comparable to Kettl. I wouldn't mind going back and ordering the other matcha varietal to see whether that is a better comparison. Outside of this, I enjoyed my drink, and the staff was friendly. I hope they do well.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
