The owner Nasser came to my house to install 6 angle stops, a new water shut off valve and a pressure regulator. He was very responsive to my messages and came 10 minutes early to our appointment time at 8AM. He was very friendly and went straight to work. A few hours later he was done and explained what he did and how to use the new fixtures. Overall I was pleased but I'm sure many other plumbers would have done the same. I paid him what I thought was a very fair price given the work and he left. Now, here is why I am giving him 5 stars; later that Saturday night at 9 PM I noticed there were a few drops under one of the 6 angle stops he installed. It was an extremely slow leak that he couldn't have noticed while he was here. I called him (he left his number and said to call if I had any issues) and he picked up right away and suggested to put a towel underneath and he will come at 8AM the next day (Sunday). He came 10 minutes early again and got to work. Instead of trying to salvage the parts he installed yesterday, he took them off, cut some of the copper pipe and installed a new angle stop. He said he couldn't trust the pipe (if it was slightly bent) or the angle stop was bad so he addressed both. I can't say enough about people/companies that truly stand behind their work. It's easy to say they stand by their work when everything's working but for someone to pick up my call on a Saturday night at 9PM and show up 8AM on a Sunday is unheard of! The plumber came out to our home. We complained of a pinhole leak. He did not check anything else charged us an absorbent amount of money left, and it's still an additional leak which he did not correct. I feel that he did not do his job properly. he was rude and nasty to my wife and I find it very offensive. We have reported him to the contractors board as well as to his bonding company to recover our payment before we have to get another plumber to come out. When I called him to inform him that there was still an additional leak which he did not correct. Once the work was agreed, he worked on it and explained the steps taken to resolve the problem. Also made some suggestions on his findings while working on it for long term solution. Also, he helped to replace some toilet parts to make it running better and longer without extra charge. This task was removed the toilet, removed some tree roots found under the base of toilet, running the snake in the drain for clear up the blockage, and put the toilet back and seal it. Turn the water on and off fiddled with the faucet and told me I did not need a new faucet, just a new spout. He had me soak the faucet head in vinegar while he went up to Home Depot to see if they had one. No luck with the vinegar or the replacement spout. He brought in some CLR to continue soaking the faucet head, helped me locate the replacement spout on amazon for 18.99. The replacement faucet would been $225. He charged me 100.00 for his time!!!!
