I LOVE this place for water. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. I usually prepay. I can walk in any time and they remember me by name. How many places can you say that about? The staff will come right to your car, unload, fill and reload the bottles. They have dedicated Water Store parking right in front so you don't have to drive around. The water is so fresh and tasty. I usually take a water bottle to fill and drink nice cold water on my way home. When my house burned down the owner totally helped me out with getting new equipment and water bottles. I was quite literally sick of tap water and I'm not sure what made my body sing the disgusted blues the worst - the chlorine, the fluoride or the inconceivable amount of dumped chemicals, pharmaceuticals ETC. FYI - Be on the watch for the introduction of lithium into our water supply for the proposed reason of reducing suicide rates. Yeah, I don't think so. Upon entering the store I was surprised by the outstanding level of service provided - other business should take note! The people there were very nice and I'm looking forward to my next fill up so I can take some time to learn about the methods they use to provide incredibly good tasting and good feeling water! I am very picky when it comes to water because I have an extremely sensitive throat. If I drink bad quality water, I can tell right away because my throat will end up feeling very dry and I get sick easily afterward. After checking out the reviews and coming here, I never had an issue with dry throat ever again. The quality is very clean and they even offer an even higher quality water for those who have medical issues. The water price is very cheap for a 5 gallon. I always drive 18 miles during traffic hours each time just for this water because I know that it's worth it. The workers are also very friendly. My dad had been coming here for probably 20+ years now and he kept going back because the water tasted and still tastes great and the people really respect my dad and talk to him just like he's been a good, long-time friend. More recently I started coming here to refill our water jugs in place of my dad who is now not as strong as he used to be due to his own health issues. Always knew about this place but never gave it a try until we decided that getting water at the store was just pointless given the price. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly! They have a good selection of water bottles and I ended up getting a 40oz. hydroflask which was priced lower than many places. I choose to pre-pay and all I have to do is pull up and they full service refill and Im out in 1-2 minutes. My wife is a big water drink and now I am also... I never believed you could taste the difference but I do w/ the water here. Wish I would have know about this years ago but now I will only be getting water from Water Srping. read more

Bad customer service. I came in with a prepaid card and told the young man working there that I would be using it to pay. After he filled the water he went on to someone else's water, so we put the water in our car. When I went to pay with the card he said he had never seen that type of card before and went to show it to the manager (should have told me before filling the water.) He comes back up and starts helping other people, and after waiting for 5 minutes the manager comes out and takes a phone call. I got to listen to him tell someone how they could get a refund on their water filter, but couldn't get another one because they were probably using it wrong and he wasn't just going to keep giving them new filters. This lasted 5 minutes before he had time to tell me that I couldn't use the card. Won't be coming here again. read more

LOVE THIS STORE!! I found Water Spring on yelp almost 2 years ago & decided to give them a try, based on all their 5 star reviews. The pipes at my place are old & questionable, plus I was tired of buying brita filters and bottled water and not enjoying the taste of "water." I think 30 cents/ gallon is a good deal, especially with the great customer service they provide. Sometimes they get really really busy, but they are so quick & efficient - you never have to wait more than a few minutes. We typically go through 13 gallons a week, which makes transporting the jugs upstairs a slight inconvenience - but the taste of good, clean water is soooo worth it. I also like their cheap disposable bottles, which make bringing water from home super easy :-) Definitely recommend Water Spring!!! read more

Now let's see, my mother and I have been coming here since I was about 4 years old. Which makes it almost 17 years now and well. I grew up without being thirsty at home. My mom is that customer they never forget. At the time when we had our big red Honda Passport, SUV like. They always remembered her and immediately brought out the carts just for our 10 empty bottles. They were never upset at.. "Ugh.. There's that crazy Asian lady again with 10 empty bottles on a busy day." Or.. "You gotta be kidding me, 10 again. All in one minute to break my back?" If I worked here, I'd probably think that of my mom. But they always make my mom laugh. She usually just nods and smiles when people speak english to her but they speak slowly to her and joke with her. I always love that about people being patient towards any person of any race who cannot speak english right away. Even for me, it's hard to explain to someone who doesn't understand english. I can get frustrated and call them stupid but these guys make it look so easy. They're very humble towards everyone. Just recently I went without my loving mother who was probably disappointed to see her favorite people. They probably remembered me through my mom because now we have a very big old annoying van but the same 10 empty bottles. Somehow the guys who work there and I got on the topic of the SCPD, cadets, explorers, blah blah blah. I found out that one of them is a fellow De Anza, Criminal Justice major like me. Oh wow! Major plus in my book! But also the SCPD buys from them too so that's gotta be good because finally the last great thing I'm gonna write is the water is made from fresh coconut. I love that I can just pull up and someone will come out to pick up my water jugs, fill them up for me, and load it up in my car. I only have to lug the jugs from my car to my home. The water tastes good. I don't tastes any minerals or anything. The jugs are BPA free! I recommend prepaying for the 50 gallon card. read more

I have water machine right across the street but prefer to drive a few miles away to get their water. The owner Soyer is a great guy and so are all the other workers. Santa Clara has several "water stores" but nothing compares to this store! As I get older and smarter, I now drink or try to drink lots of water...this is by far, the best tasting. The store is always clean and well maintained. The staff is a group of guys that are polite and very helpful. On several occasions, I have had the experience of being helped by a young kid that called himself "Will". My wife is always impressed with his helpful good nature. Until we actually found out his name (there are no name tags) she/we referred to him as the "handsome young kid". I would never buy my water anywhere else! The guy literally grabbed by jug out of my hands, rinsed it, filled it, walked it out to my car, put it in the back seat, buckled it up, and said "this is secure enough to drive through the mountains" lol. I went there just to check it out, I have never been to one of those Fill up stations. The guy, Joshua, explains the process to me. I already get bottled water, but with a service like this, they fill it up and they help you move it to the car. Before they fill the water, they clean out the 5 gallon container first. I don't know any other place that does that. They take their time to explain why getting water from them makes the difference in what you drink. I can honestly say, I will be coming back. I will recommend this to others, it is better than getting the small bottled waters. These are reusable. And become BPA free. read more

Very good customer service. A fellow walked up to me to grab my container before I got to the door. Yea it freaked me out for a second but I was appreciative after I realized what was happening. I have been getting water here for over 5 years. This store with there excellent customer service and great tasting water keeps me from ever buying bottled water again. Bottled water might as well be tap water compared to Water Springs. The owner of the store keeps the building very clean, changes his filter system often and they are ready to take your water to and from your car. You never have to lift a finger. I've been a faithful customer for about 13 years straight. The water is so excellent and the service so wonderful that I used to drive to Santa Clara from out of town when we owned a house in a different city for 8 years. The only bad part is you have to wait a tiny bit at times since so many people are getting water here. However, when they are not packed, the workers will go out to your car, bring all your empty containers in, and then load them up for you again when full---all while having a friendly vibe. If you're regular, they get to know you by name and treat you very well. I personally prefer the distilled and go through it so fast that having these folks help fill me up is fantastic. I went to this water store for over 8 years. A few months ago I was waiting in the load zone and the two guys working ignored me while helping other customers. After the third customer was helped before me, I went in to ask why. One of the guys then came out and got my bottles. They filled them and then left them sitting in the cart for over 20 minutes while they continued to help other customers. When I asked what the problem was, the one who said he was the manager told me that the other people brought their bottles in instead of having them loaded. I have always had my bottles loaded from the loading zone, and even asked if that's how it worked when I started going there. I saw no evidence of a sign with information stating a change of policy. The manager then told me "to get the F out of the store and that they didn't need my business. This is true, no one who swears at me needs my business and there are many other water stores who seem happy to sell me water. read more
