We have used the water softener products from the Water Warehouse for years and recently We had to replace the old one that we had for a least close to 20 yrs. We have decided to stay with the Water Warehouse because of their excellent product, but also because of the way we were treated when we purchased our new water softener and how Aaron explained step by step on how our new unit operates, he took the extra time to answer all of our questions and the most important thing is that we did not feel that we were pressured to buy our new water softener and we were very happy with the Plummer not only did he install our new unit but he found a pluming problem under our kitchen sink when replacing our old osmosis unit and fixed it for us for a very reasonable fee. I have recently moved from San Diego and have had nothing but good things to say about this place until today... What kind of egotisticle jerk tells a women with a child to leave the child at the door unattended treating them like a dog at a store while they fill up there water and then sees the mother juggling five 5 gallon water jugs and doesn't even offer assistance and then once assistance is asked for they decline to help saying they might hurt the baby and it's a liability when putting the water in the car. This is uncalled for and ridiculous last time I shop here. A simple apology will not due for this disgusting behavior. read more

Water Warehouse installed a water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system in our house and we couldn't be happier. The difference in the drinking water is incredible and shall I say NO MORE HARD WATER!!!! Elk Grove water is horrible and showering feels way better than ever. Love the reverse osmosis fluoride free water, however the old fellow who owns the place is a complete creeper. He is unfriendly and unsocial whatsoever. When my girlfriend goes in there, he all of a sudden is talkative and helpful. Im not trying to be prideful, but my girlfriend is really beautiful . This was the best decision I made in 2015 to get a whole house system in place. I went through 3 dishwashers and a water heater the should have lasted longer. I'm using less detergent and less water.
