On Friday, Amanda saw from pictures of how bad my dog Buffalo's eye was. She made a Wednesday appt, then one earlier on Monday. She was very concerned. Monday, she was very helpful in getting Buffalo set up for seeing Dr Alena Caswell. Elias came out and very nice in taking the needed information. Dr Caswell then saw Buffalo and was very concerned explaining what was needed for Buffalo. They were all concerned & helpful in helping Buffalo save his eye. They are all concerned for pets and very pleasant making a difficult situation less stressful. She remembers what we were talking about last time the food the medication's she's super friendly cheerful :-) you can feel her heart is worn on her sleeve yet she's incredibly knowledgeable and very capable. When one of your pets isn't doing well it's a stressful situation, there's a feeling of powerlessness and just wanting your friend to be better. The degree of professionalism we see with this vet clinic is top notch and they always get to the bottom of it quickly. Um no. My sister and I brought her cat here to be neutered primarily because it was cheaper than the normal place she goes to and her cat needed to be fixed right away due to having multiple cats at home. The staff here isn't friendly. Also, when my brother in law picked up the cat, they sent him home in a filthy, cardboard carrier. They didn't even put him in the carrier he came in. The vibe here isn't great. We also noticed that the cat had a huge lump which he didn't have prior. I was a vet assistant for 17 years and I've never seen a cat returned in poor condition from a basic procedure. Thankfully we won't be going back ever. We'd rather drive further to Modesto and pay more than deal with poor service. read more

Thank goodness for this place! Reasonable prices for our kitten to get spayed and they didn't let her escape like Monte Vista did with this kitten's sister. The staff were all friendly and dealt with our skittish kitten well. They even called the next day to check in on her! That time and effort is so nice to see.
