Good Place, I been here twice, before and after COVID-19. Both times were great. First time we came here it was for the mermaid drink. Beautiful made frozen drink with a of alcohol. The place was empty which it was great because I hate crowded places. We had a great time. We sat down inside at the bar and the service was great. The only bad thing is that the bathrooms is outside far away from the restaurant. Second time was during the Oktoberfest COVID-19 Version. Tables outside , 6 feet apart , everything was sanitized and everyone wearing face-mask. They didn't had the mermaid only was available Oktoberfest Menu. The menu was not big but it was good. The music was very good and the ambiance was very festive. The services always has been great, both times. Recommended ! read more

Summer time vibes at the watermark is what I miss about the summer. Especially enjoying some food,drinks and atmosphere. The food is pretty American style cuisine. Definitely on the pricier side, especially due to the area. Down by the seaport you can enjoy all the reasons why you love New York at this place! I'm Really disappointed with this place. I will say the manager and server were nice. However, the food was mediocre for the price being paid. You pay 75 for a table reservation separately and then they tag it on to the final bill and once they "take it off" they force you to tip on the total including the reservation. I felt like I was ripped off, I'm happy to tip but man. Our dinner in total was around 81 and the tip ended up being 31$ (40%) and it was included in the bill. There are better places to go in nyc. This is a tourist trap. There really isn't anything to do but Take some photos. Also, if you are a couple looking for a romantic outing you probably won't get it. Cute place at the Seaport Views for days Friendly and helpful staff Limited menu but tasty Great outdoor space with greenhouses for the winter due to Covid. Reasonably priced for the city which is appreciated. Happy hour specials during the week and weekend. No high chair for infants which is needed! Fish and chips was good could use more fish less fries. Yummy passion fruit margaritas Guacamole was flavorful would order again Good music and relaxing ambiance. We were here during the Valentines installation and it was ridiculous. if you didn't reserve one of the cubes for $80 when the place is absolutely empty, you stand out in the cold and wait to order a drink outside and then you have to take the drink and go into another long enclosure and just sit there. The people were very nice but if it's freezing out, it's horrible way to greet neighborhood folk. read more

I've been here a few times for their Oktoberfest menu! This is a really great place for the waterfront views and vibes. Food and drinks are good, we always end up ordering the turkey leg and wurst sampler. I also really love their mac and cheese! The seating can be tight, so I do wish their tables were a little bigger, especially if you order a lot of food and drinks. Pro tips: Definitely make reservations and try to go early on weekdays/weekends to get good seating and avoid the crowds. I have only gone during early afternoons so service was good. Going earlier during weekdays also means happy hour! read more

Visited for Winter Wonderland 2022 and turned out to be better than I expected! The menu prices are high compared to restaurants nearby, but that is because it is a special pop-up event that happens once a year... also their service is pretty decent. I came here specifically to try the mulled wine and even though the bill came out to be a little over $20 for this cup of wine, we were seated in a gorgeous sparkly light up house that was heated. Came here for the WINTER WONDERLAND last year and loved it! You rent out these little like glass rooms on the pier and it it's like your own little private area (there's a heater inside) super cute for a date or a group of friends! The food was delicious too (pricier side tho) Tuna on the crispy rice was delicious. The crab cakes were so filling and delicious. Mac and cheese was so cheesy and creamy. The alcoholic hot chocolate wasn't it tho Downside: the bathroom is not connected to the restaurant. You have to walk about 1-1.5 mins over to the next building to use the public restroom. Definitely don't go to the restroom by yourself at night, go with someone. (It's a public restroom in a secluded area) read more

This review is for the WINTER WONDERLAND. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The heated igloo dinner reservation is not worth the $$$$$. The view we got from the igloo was of a ferry boat parked next to the igloo. The food was not worth the $50+ per person. The hot chocolate is Swiss miss cheap cocoa. The "carousel" is an old school quarter machine found in front of grocery stores back in the 80's. The "game room" consists of a foosball table ready to fall apart. Santa clause looked like he was on a diet. And we got charged 18% gratuity at the end because it's not included in the ridiculous price tag for dinner. Oh and the free Santa hats are the size of a toddlers head. Did not even fit my 10 year olds head. Give me a break. DO NOT GO. read more

I was here this past weekend for Oktoberfest. What a crazy scene it was. Was not expecting it like how it was. Thought there would be more tables for those of us who did not buy the seating tickets. It was a bit overwhelming with how many people were there and all. Aesthetically this place was a 10/10. Really decked bout with funky decor and great props for photos. The unlimited drink package was misleading. We were limited to beers, wines and only classic margaritas. This place is known for their drink pouches and I had to pay an extra 21 dollars to try one. They also charge 18% gratuity when there was no service. I had to walk to the bar to order food and drinks and then walk to the back kitchen where my food was handed to me. You also have to get your own water from a water cooler. The food was tasty but over priced. For Fries and 3 tacos I paid 48.00 dollars, plus 35 dollars for the unlimited but very limited drink package and 21.00 more dollars for a pouch drink. It read more

This past weekend I attended The Santa Clauses Winter Wonderland at Watermark Pier 15. It was a nice experience although I feel as they could've included more activities for families. The atmosphere was festive and put you in the holiday spirit. The workers were very attentive with ensuring that the place was kept clean. I had the hot chocolate that was included with the ticket. It was vey sweet. There were plastic houses for people to sit in and eat their food. It was an overall nice experience. The watermark experience was okay, I came for the winter wonderland exhibit & while the decor was very nice & festive it contained many photo ops. But The service & food was mid. Was it worth the money spent? Absolutely not lol. But you're paying for the experience & decor. So there are two separate lines 1 for premium tickets that included hand warmers, a Santa hat & hot chocolate. While the reg GA line was provided only free hot choco. I didn't mind that but ofc the other line was given special privileges. While The premium tix holders had heating lamps in front of them while they waited & the GA tix holder stood in the blistering cold w/ no heat mind you the line was longer cuz it had more ppl. But now moving on to the actual festivities taken place as stated before decor was nice but it was so ridiculously packed it was hard to get a chance to take a pic anywhere. It was filled w/ tourists. The line for the "free hot choco" was ridiculously long & continuously kept running out of hot choco. Knowing the capacity you hold & the number of tix sold to the patrons there. There should've been an acute large number of batches made to accommodate the guests. The food served was cold & the "chalet" they let us sit down in was way too small for all the guests too overcrowded. But the drinks were still hot when arrived so I appreciated that. I finally received hot choco after the 2nd run out lol & ordered 2 apple ciders along w/ 2 sandwiches & fries tell me how does that total up to $105?? Yea complete rip-off I didn't even order s'mores lol. Save your money just go see the tree in Rockefeller center read more

Newest hype of the summer "Watermark Beach" I mean I get it .. it's the city & u want to maybe feel like u are not there? This certainly gives off vacation vibes. We had our rsvp & were able to be seated while the rest of our party arrived which was good. On the Drinks, Froze, Mamajuana Beach, Coco bay , Tito me pregunto, White Draft all decent , later followed by Casa migo shots as well as Jameson & Jack honey, needless to say all did the trick! On the food started with Beef Empanadas & Truffle fries, both very good. Surf side croquettes were delicious & so were the Buffalo & BBQ wings. Next the Beef & Chicken sliders were both very good, good taste to the meat nice grilled taste w the burger & good juicy piece of chicken. Carne Asada Tacos were not bad meat was a little tough. Great waterfront views, really good variety of music being played. We were celebrating 2 birthdays & got the Chocolate Molten cake fun since they come out w sparklers & all. Cake was decent , great if u like chocolate, Ice cream was good. The Cake is $14.99, for the size of our table & the size of our bill the damm cake should have at least been complimentary, we were a table of 6! Good service as they are really stay on top of cleaning the tables & getting u more food/drinks. Now I gave it the 4 stars because of the views, music & everything we ate was good! Yeah, it's nice that it's on the water. But kind of disorganized and hectic. Wouldn't recommend just walking in. Just do the reservation. Even if they have empty tables, they won't seat walk ins. It'll be up to you to grab a chair from somewhere And may the odds be ever in your favor.. Music was fantastic. we had rose.. which was really just moscato.. probably barefoot... so wouldn't recommend Prosecco was good. Truffle fries- no. They sprinkle cheese and maybe a bit of truffle seasoning ,so majority of fries is regular fries. Not worth the $15 Both chicken and beef sliders were good. Oysters were fresh so recommend. They think way to highly of themselves at this establishment. We had a reservation for 12:30pm and checked in at 12:10. The place was 15% full with no other traffic in. They made us stand around for 20 minutes to give off the "exclusive feel". Food was bleh. We ordered the shareable pretzel (which could feed 100 people so we barely made a dent). Also the Brats sampler, to which they brought us a hotdog... pretty sure that was incorrect but we didn't complain since the waiter took about 35 minutes in between checking in on us. The ambiance was 3/10. On the pier with a unique view but extremely windy. Everything will low away, and the flag garlands hanging everywhere we're super noisy. I thought the loud pop music was fun but beware if you're not into that. The bill for the pretzel, "brats sampler", 3 beers and 1 Bloody Mary was more than $120. read more

The vybe/ambiance is def a must see/experience before summer ends, randomly happened upon this place as I was scrolling through Instagram. I wasn't aware a ticket was needed prior to entering to indulge in the Rose open bar...I'm never one to care about spending but if somethings definitely not worth it I'll spread the word. The ticket for the open bar for two hours totaled $61 which included the "free" food ticket in which you could choose an option of your choice from the limited menu.. The wine bottle with the cute cup attached totaled to about 43 with gratuity (which was automatically added and I didn't like that), let's just say the Rose open bar was better than the $43 I just wasted but hey at least I have the cute glass as a suvy!. read more

Ok, so, the night we came here, I was looking for a nice, quiet sit-down restaurant where my husband and I could have a late dinner. I missed by a mile. Lol The pictures and reviews I found online gave me the impression that the Watermark was an elegant waterfront fine dining establishment. It is not. This is a midrange beach-themed yuppie party bar with food and, admittedly, a spectacular view of Brooklyn. Now, the food is pretty good, the service is decent, and the yuppies were fun to watch, but there are a couple of key things I wish I'd known. Seating is outside. Great in the summer, a little chilly in October. This place is loud. The DJ is Ok, but definitely playing music for the early 30s yuppie millennial crowd. If cheesy early 2000s dance hits aren't your thing, you might want to get a seat further away from the DJ. All that being said, once the surprise wore off, my husband and I dove into the Oktoberfest menu and had some great beer and had a pretty good time. Side note, the pretzel is the size of Rhode Island and every bite is delicious. Just be aware, as pretentious as the dipping sauces sound, they're not. You get pimento spread, ballpark mustard, and nacho cheese. I wouldn't necessarily go back to the Watermark, but if I had friends who wanted to go, I'd still have a good time. read more

Went here because I thought they participated in restaurant week. Nevertheless, I highly recommend making reservations. This is definitely a popular spot for after work. I went with my bf for an early dinner. We had tacos, chips and guacamole, and the truffle fries. Food is nothing unique, Simply put its bar food which wasn't bad at all. I came here for my birthday last weekend and my overall take is: great restaurant, but don't give them your birthday cake to store for you. If this review was based solely on the restaurants food/drinks/atmosphere, it would easily be 5 stars! Before I get into why I'm not giving 5 stars, I have to give Watermark some applause. The blackberry Blvd cocktail is SO GOOD! Must try. The carafe drink package is a great deal, and my party of 7 had more to an enough drinks to go around with it. The food is fair. I ate a salad (I know, I'm one those), but between that and the apps (gotta get the truffle fries!!), I was more than happy. Now if I could rate my experience it would be a 3. I came here for my birthday and brought a dozen and 1/2 cupcakes with me to sing and celebrate. When it was time to bring out my cupcakes (that were stored in the restaurant fridge), they were completely SMASHED. Some cupcakes were out of the box, and none of them survived the crush. An amazing winter wonderland! Made reservations a week before we were supposed to celebrate my Niece's birthday. Reservation portal was slightly confusing but we were able to manage. Because of COVID 19, we were iffy about sharing our glass/greenhouse so booked a private one instead, slightly steep for $200 but worth the views. A day before I contacted them via text to see if they were still going to be operational as we had a major bomb cyclone snow storm. Got a prompt reply and they said they will be open and if we were not comfortable coming in, we could choose to go the following weekend. We arrived and Korra was amazing ! We were checked in and ushered to our greenhouse, the welcome was so warm and so was our greenhouse. Elvis was our server who explained the menu quiet well. I forget the name of one other lady who gave us water and she was extremely sweet as well. We ordered some Parmesan Fries, trio of spreads, tomato soup, the apple cider, chocolate lava cake and hot chocolate. What an amazing restaurant. My wife and I are celebrating two months married and we're having such an amazing time. The view of the water is so romantic, I'm patting myself on the back for taking my wife here. The staff were friendly and gave us good service, even though the place was crowded, and there was some loud but pleasant live music playing in the background. Of course, a bunch of us got cocktails. I went with their signature Irish Coffee, as I thought the Alexander one, based on a Brandy Alexander, would be a little bit too sweet. Said drink was $17 and had Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey, Andytown coffee, Demerara, freshly whipped cream, and nutmeg. As can be seen in the hundreds, or rather thousands, of other reviews, their Irish coffee is excellent. It's not too sweet or too bitter, with enough whiskey for just a tiny kick of alcohol, along with a hit of spice. Another person loved the $20 Frozen version with the same whiskey, along with Mr. Black coffee liqueur, cold brew coffee, cane sugar, and cream, and I believe someone else got the fancier Alexander version for $21. Outside of their coffees, there was a mix of other cocktails, including the Doctor's Orders for $21, with Wild Turkey 101 bourbon, Laird's apple brandy, cinnamon, allspice, grapefruit, and lime. I remember trying it as I gave the other person a sip of my drink and enjoying it. The majority of us went with the same $44 Sunday Roast as our main dish. This consisted of a roasted sirloin of beef, bread stuffing, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese gratin, roasted vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, beef gravy, and horseradish cream. The beef was cooked to my requested temperature, and only a small portion of fat wasn't rendered down properly. However, this wasn't the case for others, with one person's steak in particular having a lot of fat. I partially blame this on the sheer number of orders, but that was unfortunate. The roasted vegetables consisted of carrots and broccoli, and they had a nice char, along with the potatoes. The stuffing was standard, and I liked the unique gratin in particular, as it added an extra texture and saltiness to the dish. The gravy it came with was nice, with some richness and a good beefy flavor, which paired nicely with the Yorkshire pudding and the vegetables. Lastly, I used a small bit of the horseradish, which helped cut the richness. Overall, it was good, but if I had one of the other people's plates, I might have liked it a bit less. This is a tasty place with particularly good cocktails. They have thousands of good reviews for a very good reason. Good luck in DC and Austin as well.

"The bastard dumped me - I need a drink." Julia was beside herself. Her fiance had just pulled the plug on their engagement in the worst way possible - by posting pictures of himself on facebook locking lips with a much younger blonde bombshell. As any devastated, self-assured, about to turn 30 female investment banker would do, she called her closest co-worker for a stiff drink. But where to go? Burning the midnight oil in the financial district, Julia and I took a walk along the pier in search of an uplifting watering hole. As we strolled past a tourist trap tour boat company peddling jaunts around the island to Chinese tourists hellbent on owning America, we stumbled upon a hidden gem at the end of the pier: The Watermark Bar. As we entered, we were immediately greeted by a jovial, ex-hasidic bartender who could be mistaken as a stunt double for Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. His wry smile and witty remarks automatically put Julia at ease. I ordered a grey goose martini, and Julia ordered a cosmopolitan. The drinks were mixed to perfection by a skillful yet subdued ninja master behind the bar. Like the magic duo of Penn & Teller, the ninja master was Teller to Wolverine man's Penn - the perfect one-two combo. Being a foodie, I also ordered the lobster roll. Having eaten at legendary haunts like Bouley, Le Bernardin and Per Se, I can say that the bar could definitely use an upgrade in the culinary department. But I digress. The floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the city's ass (Brooklyn Bridge and lower manhattan), which rival that of the River Cafe across the bridge, more than compensated for the less than 3 michelin star food. I plan to return for the great drinks mixed by the ninja master, the exuberant New York personality of Wolverine man, and the undeniably sexy views of the city's ass. read more

We've frequented this spot countless times for work events and parties. So, when a visiting friend suggested lunch, Watermark was the first place that came to mind. Watermark is an open-air dining restaurant that offers stunning views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, along with the Brooklyn skyline. The space features long communal tables for groups of 8, standing-only tables called Tiki bars, and spacious Cabanas for larger parties. The menu boasts an array of food choices, but our waiter efficiently guided us to the brunch section, streamlining our decision-making process. From the menu, we selected the following dishes: an egg and croissant sandwich with tomato, fontina, bacon, and avocado, mango flambéed French toast featuring crème brûlée soaked brioche, tequila-flambéed mangoes, fresh blueberries, and maple syrup and the Pier 15 brunch burger-a towering creation with a beef brisket/short rib blend, fried egg, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, Sriracha mayo, all tucked in a brioche bun, accompanied by additional bacon and French fries. The burger was impressively tall! The service was both prompt and efficient. Our dining experience was pleasant, and we reveled in the ambiance and the glorious weather. On that lazy Sunday afternoon, we could have easily lingered a bit longer. Overall, our visit was fantastic, providing us with a memorable experience. As you get in, you can understand why the line is long: the watermark is located on pier 15th, and there is a fantastic view of the three bridges area. The Hawaiian style of decoration also looks excellent and makes you feel all of the benefits of the summer while staying in the city at the same time. Great start. Chips come with three sauces: guacamole, tzatziki, and tomato habanero. Very tasty, definitely recommend. As the main course, we ordered Lobster roll and Carne Asada Tacos. We got married here at watermark and it was the perfect way to tie the knot. With covid everywhere, we needed some place secluded, private enough to video share and FaceTime our guests but with a romantic touch. Watermark was PERFECT!!!! The igloos were exactly what we were looking for and the managers were so amazing at accommodating us at such short notice. The service was perfect and food was delicious. They even gave us an igloo right on the water with the best view! Because of that, we have the best photos. I can't stop raving about this perfect day. The cocktails were so nice that we considered having our after party here and canceling the other place but not surprisingly, they were fully booked up. So I strongly suggest making a reservation. I really love the atmosphere, and the energy that this place gives off. You can really tell that the staff care about your experience, And they do a good job at making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this to anybody that wants to take some time out of your busy day to enjoy some good food with quality service. One of the workers named I think Miles was able to accommodate some of my friends that had some food allergies and restrictions. Typically they aren't used to restaurants being so open minded and flexible. So it was very refreshing and nice to see how they were willing to make adjustments and have the best experience possible. Soooo I rode the ferry downtown just to dine here and glad that I did! the aesthetic were on point! The DJ was on point and the staff was amazing! My waiter (Rolando) please let that be his name lol I kinda forgot because the drinks were on point too! lol. What an amazing experience, my first time here was cinco de mayo, and I knew it was going to be busy, but let me tell you (Keja) was able to accommodate my party, she was so friendly and just overall amazing, saw her helping staff members and taking care of guests constantly, with the biggest smile on her face! she was on point! the staff there was so friendly as well! We were greeted by Korra the hostess with the mostest and she was so sweet and accommodating to us , gave us the best pick of a glasshouse and we LOVED it. Our waiter was the sweetest , he knew it was our 18 year anniversary and brought us a complimentary little cake for us and it was so yummy . He kept checking on us to make sure we were happy with our food. They had a photographer on site Emil and we loved him , hard working and sweet . I got the Bikinni bottom cocktail , tried the Mamajuana Beach too and the Suavemente all different cocktails to enjoy. Service is amazing everyone is friendly , i ate the Lobster shell tacos , truffle fries and Mini Cone tuna tartare delicious everything , i wish i could order the full menu but had to leave space for the best desert at the end . Me and my friend went here for Christmas Eve and it was so pretty! The lights were gorgeous. Despite it being cold outside, the tents were quite warm. The staff was super super nice, especially Raymond who was the best waiter ever. They had strong spiked hot chocolate for those who need a lil something in your cup. Their prices were quite reasonable for Manhattan. We got the fondue which was fire. They also had a photographer take pics of us which included a complimentary postcard. We did pay extra for extra photos which was totally worth it. If you come here, make sure you get the chicken sliders and take pics on the sleigh! read more

The only thing I have to say about this place is good things. The service here is absolutely wonderful. If you want to come to have fun, enjoy some drinks, and spend a good time with friends or celebrate a birthday, this is the place. There is live music, and the service is phenomenal. Even the security staff is friendly. The entire staff is helpful and ensures you're comfortable. This is an excellent venue. I have visited during the day, at night, and to celebrate my birthday. As always, the restaurant was beautifully adorned with festive lights, ornaments, that truly set the holiday mood. The food was delicious (as always) and I'm in love with this season's drinks. What made my experience even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by the surver, Caio. First of all, this is an amazing spot for happy hour and just drinks to have a view. visiting NY for the weekend and just googled this restaurant and I feel like this is the right choice for anyone in the area or a resident of the city. Mason was our server and was very hospitable and gave us the NY vibes that we needed to start a great weekend. He and (now I) will recommend the Tiger Eye cocktail. So it appears I was quiet wrong in my assessment as to the Watermark's care about integrity. Apparently my letters never made it to management, but since I posted this, both Abraham Merchant and John Cohn, the two principals, have been in constant communication and are resolving the problem. Both of these gentlemen appear to have integrity and honor, and I would not hesitate to go back at any time. These are nice people, and as I did said, Swing Mondays is a terrific evening with cool bands in a great location. Now I know it is run by nice people as well. read more

From the walk in, being greeted and seated, the service was phenomenal. Our waitress, Jessica, was very attentive and friendly. she was very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. She assisted with my choices. There was never a moment when we had to look for her or we waited to long to be asked if everything was ok. The only thing I will add on or mention besides the best service is bring a coat for night drinking. It gets a little nippy by the water. Everything was delicious and drinks were great. We went to Watermark Pier 15 for the first time this evening, and had the most amazing time there. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and especially our server Raymond, was so lovely! We know the "Pink Pier" event is a pop up, but we honestly think it's something that should be kept and made permanent. Would highly recommend the experience to anyone visiting or living in NYC! I like that they change the entire restaurant every season! The winter experience is lovely but a little cold.. summer at watermark never disappoints! the food and drinks are good all year around and the waiters always seem happy, which is nice. The only issue I forgot to add is the bathroom situation, it's a walk to the next building but I asked the hostess and they told me there is a permit for that, something about plumbing, so I advise my readers to go before you enter because it can cut into your time at the experience. read more

The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, but the food? Even better. We started with the grilled Baja fish tacos, and WOW. The fish was perfectly grilled, so fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor. The crunchy cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, chipotle crema, and squeeze of fresh lime tied everything together perfectly. Every bite had the right amount of freshness, crunch, and spice, and honestly... these are fish tacos I'll be thinking about for a long time. Next up were the fried shrimp and fries, and this plate completely exceeded my expectations. The shrimp were perfectly crispy without feeling heavy, and the jalapeño aioli absolutely stole the show. It had just enough kick to complement the shrimp without overpowering it, and I found myself dipping every single bite into it. Now let's talk about the fries... I know fries are "just fries," but these deserve their own moment. They were hands down some of the BEST fries I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to absolute perfection. Every single fry was golden, crunchy, and somehow stayed that way until the very last bite. If you know me, you know I don't usually rave about fries... but these were next level. Of course, we had to pair everything with a couple of margaritas, because nothing says summer in New York quite like tacos, seafood, ice-cold margaritas, and waterfront views. Between the incredible food, the relaxed atmosphere, and being able to sit right on the pier with the NYC skyline surrounding you, this was one of those meals that just felt like summer. Whether you're grabbing lunch after exploring the city or looking for a casual spot to unwind with friends, Cobble Fish absolutely deserves a stop.
