Such a great establishment! Came to their grand opening and was completely wowed! All of their cosmetologists were hospitable and knowledgeable about their many services. They had great customer service and etiquette. The store is dainty and clean. The equipment is sterilized, the thread is an organic material that won't further irritate the skin. The offer other waxing services and facials. They have packages for every service which will end up saving you money! This is their second location (the first is in Kennesaw) These women definitely know what they're doing! I fully recommend them to everyone!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and am looking for a new place in my area. I not only judge a threading job by how my eyebrows look, but also how the skin around it comes out. I will say the lady that threaded my eyebrows did a decent job- there are some hairs that should have been removed that were not, but I did not have the time to be picky since I went during my lunch hour. There doesn't seem to be a point in making an appointment at this place? It was nearly empty when I stepped in and they asked what I wanted to get done even after I said I had a 1:10 appointment. You're probably fine to just walk in for threading. The lady that did my threading was nice and fairly quick, but did not do the best job at getting the right angles to ensure she wasn't digging the thread into my nose while she was doing it. As mentioned earlier, she also left some hairs that should have been removed. If you've been threaded a few times before, you know that your skin usually needs to be held taut when threading below the eyebrow- this is not necessary when threading above the eyebrow. During the process, the lady told me to let go of my skin and began threading below my eyebrow and caught my skin causing a cut. For this reason, I would definitely not go back. The skin around your eyes is too delicate for that. At the end she also asked me if I had ever had a Brazilian and that I should come in and get one. I didn't think that was necessary- I personally really dislike when someone tries to upsell especially when I did not come in for a wax at all.

***UPDATED****This was not a good experience. I knew I shouldn't have went to the lady who had the best eyebrows cause that means someone else did them. So I just wanted them to be cleaned up for Thanksgiving by wax method. Usually I get threaded but in between I get a wax. It was the first one that popped up and they had good reviews so I said why not? I lay down the lady tries to talk me out of a wax I guess she couldn't do them. I said no just clean it up using wax. For 10$ it was a horrible job. Ruku is the lady who is unable to do a wax she could probably thread really well . She convinced me to do a price of threading which she excelled at. But, the waxing? No dice not her expertise. It was honestly a waste but ya know you are only suppose to go to the people you know when it comes to eyebrows but I didn't really have a choice today. ****The manager called me today and apologized and offered to rectify the situation which was very nice of her. Unfortunately I turned her down, i will make it a point to stick to who I know. But, I do appreciate the professionalism*****

Stopped in because of a Yelp event, and I would definitely like to thank you all. This event came in the nick of time. I'm going out of town this weekend and I looked like a chupacabra. My brows were a mess and this location definitely cleaned them up. Calling to schedule was easy and the job was done quickly. Overall this location deserves an A-. Scheduling was easy, my brows look amazing, and I was in and out. Pitfalls, threading caused a few small cuts/burns near my brows (you can barely notice them) and I wish the system did appointment reminders.

I was here Sunday shortly after opening. I've been wanting to try tinting. So I went in for a thread and tint because I've heard it's better to do tint with a fresh thread. Threading was great. No issues. They cleaned by brows up nicely. Quite painless. Which is always nice when threading. I opted for the medium tint as it was recommended for my skin type and hair color. I was slightly surprised that the tint burned a little. I use the term burn loosely - but it definitely had a "sensation". It made me a little nervous but I must admit though my skin is rather sensitive as of lately and that's not unusual even with my current skin regimen. Anyway - I let the chemical do the trick. And within 5 -7 minutes she started to remove the tint. She used an eyebrow brush - I guess cleaning it up. She showed me the result and I love it. I waiting a few hours to see if the burning lead up to anything but nothing - the sensation went away during the short drive home. If you check in with Yelp you receive 20% off your service. So that was a nice surprise perk. I've been to the location in Marietta - I think either location is a great choice. Both very clean locations with friendly staff. It appears this will be my go to for eyebrow care.

I hadn't had a wax in a while and honestly the last one made me skeptical so I decided to buy a Groupon for Wax, Thread, Scissors. I picked up a girlfriend for moral support and she also bought a Groupon. We were serviced by Bella & Asha and I couldn't have been more pleased! The facility was clean, like spic and span clean and the decor was bright. We signed in and didn't have to wait at all. Both Asha & Bella were extremely professional. We were advised that the wax was a soy based and designed to be less painful. The waxing was quick, with very little pain. The process did not have to be repeated, as their technique removed all the hair in each section on the 1st pass. Their conversation keeps your mind off of the actual waxing. We were given specific instructions on skin care to prevent irritation and bumps as well as their suggestion of a once every 4 week schedule. I'm definitely going back...with or without a Groupon because the service was excellent.

My goodness! This place is awesome! I was recommended to them by my lash lady (check out Blushbaby down the street!) and was given a coupon for a free threading. I was NOT disappointed! I always thought that threading was more painful than waxing but Asha proved me wrong today. She did a wonderful job and I'll certainly be back. Regularly $8 for a threading (clean up). read more

I called in the same day and they took me within 45 minutes! Loved my eye brows they look perfect! Meera is really good and super fast! I got a discount for being a first timer! I will def be back whenever I am in the Atlanta area! There is full parking lot and the salon looks amazing. Right when you get inside there is a check in on the ipad and there is a reward system that you can unlock when you spend a certain amount! They also sell dermatologica products! Price was not bad! They also have Groupon! Should def check this out for sure! The lady in the end gave me a free eye brow threading session! The best waxing salon ever I had such a nice experience. I've been to the first location numerous times. I am so happy there is one closer to home. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. The salon is so clean and smells very nice. Asha took care of me she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a Brazilian wax it's not my first time but it had been a while since I had one. I was so nervous because I figured since I waited so long it would be painful. Asha helped me get through it and it wasn't much painful at all. She was so sweet and kept up conversation which distracted me from focusing on pain. I came in for a wax but left with my brows and upper lip threading done by Asha. This girl is amazing ! Im sad to be going back to California cuz im not sure if I'll find someone like her back home. The Brazilian was probably the most gentle I've had, and for only $25 it's a steal. She made my brows have a subtle soft arch that was exactly what I was looking for. Typically went to their kennesaw location but Asha moved to the Buckhead location. I was so happy to find her. She is great at what she does and great customer service. My wife came home from work on Friday with her "eyebrows on fleek" and explained to me that she and her coworker were approached by a young lady offering free threading. Of course she went because she loves free things, but also for the experience. Now I think they've gained a loyal customer because she won't stop talking about this place. The salon is very well kept and the women there are so sweet and accommodating. So much so that she took one of our good friends there and had Nikki do her brows too. My wife recommends WTS for your threading needs and it's only $8! Check them out and tell them "Jasmine from State Farm" sent you. read more

This was my first time in this salon. It was very clean and classy inside. As soon as I walked in, I knew I had made the right choice. Ziya took care of me. I've been seeing Noureen for almost a decade and I have followed her all over GA- I am SO glad she is in Buckhead!!! I could not trust anyone else with my brows! Not only does she do an amazing job threading my brows, but I get a full body wax every other visit and I couldn't be more pleased with the services. The salon is clean and they never ever reuse the wax (popsicle) stick like I've seen at other salons -run if you see them doing that! I used to get awful ingrowns and since I've been seeing Noureen I haven't had any. Everyone at the salon is polite and professional. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I get random strangers ask me who shapes my brows and I just have them write the name in their phone notes. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go! read more

I just moved to the city, and needed a place to get my eyebrows threaded. Little did I realize what a gem Wax Thread & Scissors was when I walked in off the street! I have gotten my eyebrows done at many beauty shops, and no one has cared for me the way they did here. Maddie and Asha actually took time to listen to how I wanted my eyebrows done, and they were so friendly. Customer service is A++. I went here on a whim because it was one of the only salons open after 6pm on a Friday night and I am super happy that I did. I went for a brow threading and tint, and Bella did a fantastic job! The arch of my left brow was partially waxed off about a year ago and still hasn't fully recovered. Bella is the only brow tech I've been to that has left the little baby hairs in the arch behind to continue growing out. I'm super pleased with the shaping she did and hopefully, my brow will recover with her help :) This was also my first time trying brow tinting (they had a nice thread/tint deal for $25, so why not) and I had no idea what it entailed, I just knew my eyebrows are about 10 shades lighter than my natural hair. Bella chose to go the natural route, and I couldn't be more pleased. She did a great job explaining what she was doing, and how I can lightly pencil in that pesky right arch to look fuller. The tint job definitely makes my brows look 100x better yet still natural. They clearly have sanitation tools and machines to clean items between customers. Bella was also very friendly and relatable. It was pleasant to chat with her during my appointment. Fully recommend this place for anyone with brow troubles! read more
