The food and customer service were extremely disappointing. I purchased a chili cheese dog and an order of onion rings for nearly $18. When the employee brought the food to my table, the hotdog was drenched in cheese to the point that you could not even see the bun, and the chili was barely visible. It was completely overdone and unappetizing. I went back to the counter and explained that there was far too much cheese and that I could not eat it like that. I asked for another hotdog bun so I could try to salvage the meal. The employee gave me another bun, and I attempted to transfer the hotdog, but the amount of cheese made it impossible to fix and the food was still not good. I returned to the counter again and told them the hotdog was not good and that I could not eat it. I asked if I could instead order a hamburger and that I would gladly pay the difference in price. I handed back the hotdog and the extra bun. The cashier began ringing it up and told me it would be $5.35 because he could not simply charge the difference; he could only apply a small discount to the hamburger. At that point, I declined. I was not willing to invest more money into a lunch that had already been such a poor experience. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, the food quality was poor and carelessly prepared, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was cold and unwelcoming. They live forgetting the sauces when having the order delivered. It's quite annoying. I make sure to always put way back sauce with my fries order and the last few times it's never in there. When I arrive, I asked what was the weight of the 2 patty burger, the employee had no clue. I asked if it was a smash burger or patty, the employee had no clue. The fries are unseasoned. To start off I was very hungry today and wanted to have a good meal, but the service was a 4/10 at best.They weren't paying attention until we spoke up and said we were ready. I visited the store at 7:30pm and ordered 2 kids cheeseburgers. When entering the store I noticed the grill was pulled out away from the wall, because an employee was cleaning. When the cashier started cooking my burgers the employee that was cleaning proceeded to spray stainless steel aerosol spray on the wall right in front of the grill I asked her not to spray while my food was cooking and she totally ignored me and after repeating myself a 2 time she said I'm joy spraying the food and continued to spray the wall and clean. I explained to her that this was very unsanitary and against OSHA regulations she belted out profanity and ask me what "F" was I going to do. I told her I was going to report her actions and she would no longer have a job. As another employee came from the back to fix the burgers the employee that was spraying the aerosol spray came out and said maybe you need to cook at home. I was outraged at how rude an employee could be when clearly she was I the wrong. I told the employee that she would no longer have a job there when I was done with her. Then I traded it in for a burger, the burger was not seasoned, and just boring, I literally have never spent so much money on food, & was not satisfied at all, wanted chili cheese fries, NO CHILI. I only ate the fries, which is apparently the only thing that comes with salt. The inside was soooo cold, that I lost feeling in my fingers. I was visualizing Robert Irvine spitting the burger out as he has does when the burger lacks flavor. I felt like doing the same, but added more sauce to make up for it. Sweet baby rays seems to do the job well I am all for trying new restaurants to see how they fair, but totally unimpressed with this place. The staff seemed distant, uncouth. They didn't have lids for the correct drink sizes, so was handed a water cup for the replacement of a large drink. Nothing comped, nothing extra for the inconvenience. I would like to see how the restaurant operates under normal conditions, not during this pandemic. If their service is anything like this again, I would never return. Perhaps it's just the location.
