Highly recommend, I injured my back on Tuesday simply by placing my 40 pound 3 yr old son into a shopping cart lol. I tried to heal at home myself.. but still wasn't feeling right. I've been going to Wayne Press for over a year for lower hip and back pain. I was having monthly adjustments which were helping immensely. I also have osteoarthritis in my knee and about six months ago started having pain in my ankle and foot. I thought it was a varicose vein and had it removed but it didn't resolve my foot and ankle pain. I finally started getting adjustments on my foot and ankle a couple of weeks ago and after six sessions have gotten over 90% relief. I will continue to get periodic adjustments as it keeps my gait and spine in great shape. A few weeks ago, I developed pinpoint low back pain that occurred on the right side. The pain continued on and I knew I had to seek treatment. I decided on coming to Dr. Press's office and I have no regrets! My first visit went very well. He spoke to me about my pain and  took a few X-rays to investigate the problem. He went through each X-ray with me and took the time to really explain what we were looking at. He even went out of his way to provide me a digital copy of my X-rays and suggested I show them to a physician. I truly appreciated his patience and his hands-on approach. In addition, I was emailed a set of stretches, exercises, and tips to improve my mobility that I have been applying everyday. After only a few visits, my back has greatly improved! I spoke to someone at work about my moms tmj issue and she immediately recommended me Dr Press. She has gone a total of four times in the last two weeks and she has never felt relief like she has with Dr Press help. She has seen a 75% improvement in her pain. In the initial visit, my mom was in shock just how much Dr Press knew about where the pain was coming from and how to give her relief through therapy and adjustments. He gave her a breakdown of the muscles and what causes the pain and what needs adjustment. She has gone to several doctors and no one has known and explained tmj as well as Dr Press. The first visit the doctor only made a slight adjustment which gave her only a little relief from the pain. The second visit was more of an adjustment and she immediately felt the relief. I have never used a Chiropractor before. I was having a Saturday morning shower when my upper back started hurting for no reason. By Wednesday the pain was not going away. A heating pad provided limited relief. I felt certain it was the muscle or spine. I decided to see a Chiropractor for the first time. I looked on yelp for a recommendation. I was referred after an auto accident, pretty big impact to my back. I was in a lot of pain, lost about 20 pounds of muscle while I was recovering, and during treatment while injured. Definitely accommodating with a couple of random walk-ins when I was having flare ups and bad pain days. Went in for the final time (for now), to finalize some things, and I was in real bad pain. I got a last adjustment, which was unscheduled after I mentioned I was in a lot of pain that day, for about 3 days straight. Ive felt better since then, it's been about 2 weeks. Now I've been focusing on getting back into my body building regiment, and I'll probably be back in every once in a while. I woke up on a Tuesday morning with signs of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) one of the most common causes of vertigo -- the sudden sensation I was spinning or that the inside of my head was spinning. I rested and hydrated for nearly 24 hours. The symptoms did not go away. Until I called Dr. Press who scheduled an appointment for me right away. My husband drove me to the office which was very uncomfortable (as the feeling of spinning continued). Upon arrival the nurse checked my vitals, etc. and doctor explained an adjustment that may help my situation. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Press and the incredible care I received at his chiropractic clinic. I was dealing with excruciating pain in my lower back that was affecting my daily life and overall well-being. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by himself and the friendly staff, which immediately put me at ease. I was ready to buy a new mattress because I was blaming it on my own bed. I literally had to lay down on the floor, legs up at 90 degrees, to relieve my lower back pain, before starting my day. BEST CHIROPRACTOR EVER. With the adjustments he performs he has helped me from a 7 to less than a 3 . On a pain scale of 1 minimum to 10 maximum. I can live with that, but it might get even better. He treats the whole person with his kind, funny, knowledgeable skills to get you feeling better. His staff also are kind and knowledgeable, just not as funny. They use treatment modalities that you use to be able to get in Physical Therapy, but no longer can. When I am in pain, the efficient treatment gets me feeling better fast. read more

I visited Wayne Press Chiropractic about one week ago. The left side of my neck and left shoulder had been out of whack for about 4-5 days. It was so painful that I had difficulty sleeping, driving, sitting at my desk at work...pretty much everything I need to do on a daily basis. My range of motion was extremely limited in my neck, left shoulder, and upper back. From the beginning the office staff was helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. The ladies who administered the electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasound therapies were very nice and professional. Dr. Press is also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to get to know your pains and concerns, he explains the treatments, and emphasizes getting better without the use of pharmaceuticals. Unlike other chiropractors, he did not try to convince me I needed regular treatments every week for a indeterminate period of time. Just enough to feel better and get on with life. After the very first visit, I felt immediately better. I'd say at least 40-50% recovered. By the third visit I had almost no more pain and recovered full range of motion in my neck. The clinic treatments and the home stretches/exercises really helped. Prices are pretty reasonable; plus my health insurance (Ventura County Health Care Plan) offers partial reimbursements for chiropractic treatment. Highly recommended...thank you Dr. Press! read more

Dr Press is excellent at what he does. I've been suffering from extreme back pain from what I eventually learned was a dislocated rib for nearly three weeks. Tried accupuncture and that didn't help, went to an orthopedic doctor in simi and after looking at x-rays they actually recommended Dr Press. He is kind, honest and very straightforward. After four treatments my back was nearly back to 100% and I could finally sleep through the night for the first time in weeks. After the fifth appointment I was pain free. I had been having some lower back pain for a couple weeks leading up to a morning that I woke up with excruciating pain radiating down my whole left leg. I was unable to put any weight on it. Difficulty with attempting to stand up and walking more than a few steps was unbearable. After 4 urgent care and 1 ER visit (they gave me a shot or morphine and prescribed me norco for pain and it did absolutely nothing) I also tried holistic massage therapy which didn't do much either. I wish I would have started off coming to Dr Press first! Although I am not pain free yet, with each visit I feel better. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful and Dr Press is a miracle worker!
