Sam explained how they are working with the insurance company and take care of A to Z and everything went well as was explained. The techs were professional and polite. They removed the wet floor and dried out the walls and the cabinets. The drying equipment were running for few days and they start the renovation right after they made sure everything is dry. We have new cabinets and floor and the kitchen and living room is newly painted. They worked closely with my adjuster to address all their concern.
