Paul takes the time to connect with us via text message to make sure he can get to all areas of our house when he arrives. So today was our first treatment and I will say I am just astonished at the care and detail that went it our home. Harry, who was out on site technician was the best and no you cannot have him, we will keep him servicing our area. He was great with our weird and leery cat following him and stalking him the whole service, he double checked every space on our property and cleaned up all our webs on our home and Christmas lights (don't you dare judge that I have Christmas lights up and on all year round, they make me happy). We cannot wait to see what else this company has in store for the year contract. I normally do the spraying myself but I want more time to do what I want. Jason was our door salesman, he was nice from the start (even though I told him if you're selling me something I don't want to). The price is right for our area (one of the cheaper companies) and I figured it was time to give them a shot. I did see a negative comment about pricing. It is a quarterly service but you can either pay the company quarterly or break it up into monthly payments (which I choose to do). The first service during their promotion was well worth the risk of giving them a try. Will do an updated review after about 6-8 months of using them :) so far one heck of a happy customer. read more

If you're gonna have someone go door-to-door trying to sell goods of service, make sure it isn't someone that's rude and disrespectful. They had already came the week prior, if we did not call you guys for your services they are not needed or wanted. Coming back with a rude and disgusting attitude definitely is not gonna get a sale. Mistaking someone's words and flipping them to what you wanna hear and getting upset because we do not want your product or service very childish. Zero stars. Since we started the service, we no longer have to worry about rodents, spiders and other insects roaming inside and outside our home. We want to personally thank James Weiler who recently came out to do an inspection and routine service. James went above and beyond our expectations by clearing out all spider webs, making sure every inch of our home was protected, and even spraying in the garage at no additional cost. Paul is our tech and he's super diligent and does a great job! He's also super helpful when we're not home. He'll send us a text so we can open our garage to get the extra spray to keep the creepy crawlers out of our garage and then closes it up for me. Home Guard is also a really great price; it's super affordable. I also love that if you have any issues between sprays, you can request a service and they'll come out and assist. I was just harassed by one of their employees while walking out of my home. He was shouting at least 100ft away to get my attention as I am speed walking to my car - I was in a rush for personal business. I turn around and he asks if he's spoken to me, yes someone from his company has and I continue to walk. He says he hasn't and I reply that now is not a good time and I am busy. As I continue to my car he's yelling "REALLY!?!" several times as I cross the street and saying inaudible things with an attitude. Why on earth would you literally chase a potential lead and yell at them when it's an inconvenient time?? You are heckling me as I am walking out of my house to my vehicle. This company obviously needs better training for their employees. I will never use this company and never refer to a friend. This was in Corona, CA. read more

They perform the service they are supposed to perform. And they are working so far. The big issue is that they book the appointments whenever they feel like it instead of asking the homeowner about what days work for them. I told them 3 times through email I wasn't available and that I would contact them to book my next appointment and they continuously booked it all on their own. It's most definitely irritating when I'm the customer paying my money to you guys and I should be telling you when I can book the appointment for your services at MY PROPERTY. Makes it seem like you don't care about the customer and just want my money. If this continues I will cancel service. Would rather pay the cancellation than to deal with this for a year.. read more

Before signing up for We Do Creepy, we had issues with ants every year. Its been over 1.5 years since we have had We Do Creepy and we haven't had issues with any ants, spiders, or other pests. My family is not worried about these bugs anymore. Recently, we started seeing ants in the house before the scheduled maintenance. I called the company and they sent out a technician on the next available date. The We Do Creepy Technician, Benny Romans, was extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and explained what and why we were having the issue and told us what to expect. Sure enough, his information was great and we didn't see the ants later that week. This company will do anything to get your business. We bought a house that came with in between the walls pipes and it kills bugs between walls. Sales person knocked on door, I ask if he was part of the spay system in house, he reply right away yes. Didn't think twice I say yes sign me up. Three services later I see bigger bugs outside patio inside house. One of those it was a Spyder it bit our cat. He almost didn't make it. We pay close to $13k to save him. Hope the company has good insurance to cover this payment. Spaying is not working100 % percent. It's probably 50%. I don't like to be lied to, be honest. read more

UPDATE: Riley, who I think is the owner, responded to me within 10 minutes of me writing this review. He was appalled at my experience and asked if I would be comfortable with him calling me. I gave him my number and he called and was incredibly nice and understanding of why I was freaked out. Overall 4 stars because the first experience was so bad Original Review: A salesman knocked on my door on Friday while my husband was at work. I opened the door (I come from a much rougher neighborhood than the one I live in now, and generally feel uncomfortable with soliciting). I left the screen door closed and locked since only me and my baby were home. The salesman persisted to ask me to open the door because he could not see if I was the homeowner or not. I should have just shut the door, but for some reason felt pressured to open the screen door even though I was uncomfortable. He proceeded to give me a pitch for his pest control services, interrupting me every time I tried to tell him we already had a provider, wasting both of our time. When he understood that I wasn't interested, he told me that he noticed my wedding ring and since he was in my neighborhood all day, would watch the driveway to see when my husband came home to talk to him instead. This really freaked me out and I tried calling the customer service line to tell them to not send him back. They said they talked to his manager and that his manager would call me. No one called me, and that same salesman DID come back when my husband came home. My husband told him we weren't interested and he left. But WTF. Why is your salesman watching my f-ing driveway? Why did he pressure me to open my screen door? Is that something you recommend your sales team to push for? Creepy is too on point for this company read more

Just hired this company to come out and service my home in Menifee Ca. My home is 2 years old. Last year 2022 around July we had a horrible ant problem felt with and we were not happy. This week I found several black widows cruising around the garage and side yard. The worst was I saw a water bug in my house. Now that freaks me out. FYI my home and property is very clean. So Called these guys out. Richard came out and did an amazing job very polite. Amazed how nice he was. This gentleman took care of my home.
