I would not recommend. Within the first week I was already having issues with billing. The same person has done the services for our home and the services are never done right . They had us sign a contract but this company has breached the contract. When called to ask why I was charged 30 days before initial payment, I was told my payment was already made and I would no longer need to pay for the day it was scheduled. 30 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS DUE. I had to State that I wanted my refund as if it wasn't obvious. I called to get a service within my 3 month period and I got charged another $120 before my 3 month were up. My next initial payment was due November 22, 2024 and because they came to do a service today. They charged me . I called to see what can be done and they tried to charge me $350 to cancel an agreement that the company is not following. read more

We have been using Creepy since 2018 when we first purchased our condo, always had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Zable. We were so happy to learn he would still be servicing our home when we moved this past August. Paul is so kind and communicates before he's arriving and lets us know when he's leaving. Whenever we need extra care, like a spray in our garage or inside the house, all we have to do is request it and it's noted for completion. When we purchased our new home, we found a couple hornets nests and a ton of spiders, Paul was out immediately to take care of us. It's nice when you can build relationships with the people you hire, it becomes more of a partnership rather than a transaction. They are on routine maintenance for our home every 3 months and we always have the ability to schedule more appointments beforehand if needed (at no additional cost). Horrible company. The rep Freddy told me i could cancel service at any time with no fees if i wasn't happy. I have tried to cancel 2 times, and i get the run around. Terrible experience!!!! Don't do business with them !! The rep that came to my house did not explain things well, I was told that I would be charged their quarterly fee every three months, thus I agreed. I reviewed the contract the next day via email and they charge every month the fee. I called to cancel it right away but did not allow me. So now they have me stuck in the contract that I didn't even want in the first place. They are trying to charge me a cancelation fee that is outrageously way more than staying the in the contract. read more

We had a terrible ant problem, and he listened to my worries about asthma and pets, and altered his approach to accomodate. He found where they were coming from outside, and how to stop them inside. He's been here for rodents as well, and respected the fact that I do not want to risk the health of local wildlife like hawks and owls with poison. I am new to the area and came across this company on Google. The name was the 1st thing that got me as I think it is cute. I read the reviews and when I called in I was scheduled with Richard to come out and service my home. Right from the start, he was great! He called me to confirm my appointment and when I asked him if he could make me his last client he said yes. This was a HUGE help to me as I was still moving in and have a mess. He let me know when he was on his way. I already was a happy client but when Richard got here I was blown away. He was so nice! He let me know he cared about my concerns in regards to COVID and gems by making sure he had a mask and coverings for his feet. He answered all my questions regarding the service and bugs in the area. As he was leaving, he again checked in to let me know he was done, he told me about brown widows. I did not know about them and he took me to where he had seen one and then blew my family away by educating us on their eggs and where they hide. He killed 5 egg sacks right in front of us! I answered my Ring and asked him why he wasn't wearing one and he said he was vaccinated so he "didn't really need to wear one anymore." You can still get COVID with the vaccine. This is a complete stranger at my doorstep hoping to sell something to me and he didn't have a mask prepared? How disrespectful, selfish, and nearsighted. If no stars were an option, I would have chosen it. our initial service was handled well, however we were never fully spider free. Not even close. When I scheduled a retreatment our technician never showed up, although she said she couldn't get our gate. We we're home all day and never saw the truck, had anyone ring our doorbell, or call us. We texted for a technician to treat the following day and no one showed up. I spoke with two people at the company, who explained that if I canceled the contract before the year was over I would be charged an early cancellation fee. They had no response to my charging them for not holding to their end of the contract. I would rather put up with the spiders than use this company in the future. read more
