TERRIBLE SALES REP. A young sales rep come to my door and I told him I wasn't interested. He kept pushing and pushing again and again. Finally, I told him I wasn't interested at all. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs... As the other reviewers said, be diligent about reading the fine print when you sign. A gentleman came to the door offering services for pest control, and implies that you can quit anytime. They performed a few monthly services for ants which did not work at all (ants kept coming back) and we had to take care of with amazon sourced ant traps (which in fact worked). Then when I called to cancel the service due to dissatisfaction, they told me that I could not unless you pay the full amount I had "contracted for." and an "early termination fee." When I complained that I wanted to cancel due to poor performance, they promised me that a manager would call to resolve the issue. No calls, no emails, no nothing. All this communication was in email also... Then they send you an outstanding bill, and you start getting calls from the collection agency who claim that you must pay, since you signed a contract. And as others have mentioned... they never keep their scheduled time... they just show up when least expected, and when you're not home, they just do the outside and say that they did the full service... So long story short, when others are saying that this business is basically a scam, it really is... truly a dishonest company with a business model of trapping customers with sub-par service... disgusting... read more

Pest Control Technician Dave Moore is very knowledgeable, personable, and patient as he explained all that he was doing and even showed me where the bugs where coming from. This is basically a scam for new homeowners. Beware of the fine print in their contract - They will try to get you to sign up saying that you can quit anytime, But then they will charge you basically the same cost as fulfilling the one-year contract in early termination fees and by charging you for the "discounts" they gave you on the initial service. In addition, they will never tell you exactly when the service on your house is going to be done - Meaning that if you aren't home all day long over multiple day span when they are coming, they most surely will not be able to do the inside of your home. I've had multiple service calls already, yet somehow never seen the employee who does it - even when I've been home when the service supposedly happened. read more

Marc is one of the best. He gave an accurate estimate of the home repairs that needed to be completed on the home in order for it to be cleared and sold. They were on time with making the repairs and putting up the tent. With regard to the totality of work that needed to be completed, Marc gave us a few options and recommendations, and also stated best and worst case scenarios when ripping out parts of the deck that were rotting. To our pleasant surprise, the wood under the deck surface had only minor damage which was the best case scenario he originally described. All of his co-workers had great attitudes and were hard workers. I would definitely trust him with your next termite inspection or pest control situation! read more

I had chickens and had a bird mite infestation that was miserable!! I called them and they came within a couple of days and sprayed my house inside and out.
