I was in the drive-thru - when I got to the window, I saw the cashier handle my money, wipe his hands on this pants, then proceed to grab a bunch of french fries with the same (dirty) hands and place them in the customers bag and hand the bag to the customer on the opposite drive-thru window. This is an In and Out knock off, but I think it is better. It seems to fresher, cleaner and less greasy than our local In and Out. They have basically the same menu, including all of the hidden menu items like "animal style". We stick with a basic cheeseburger, fries and a drink. So if you liked or did not like E-Z Takeout Burger then you will be happy and or disappointed with Wedge Burger. I personally am happy that the menu has not changed but disappointed that the same management is still running this place. I have lived in East Side for 20 years and I like the good greasy fried In N Out style food that this place serves, however the service is absolutely awful. The employees are trained with absolutely zero customer service. They do not work well with customers and because of this I have not ordered from this place in over two years. I just went through the drive-through this morning, thought I would give it a try and no one talked to me on speaker. After a few minutes I drove up to the window and the guy wiping down the place had headphones on. I waved him down and simply asked him a couple questions about the new wedge burger and it's menu. It was apparent to me that he did not speak English very well and could not help me out. I just don't understand it, if I was greeted by someone who said good morning, how can I help you, what can I get for you today or even someone that could answer my question about the new breakfast burrito everything would have been great. If you like In n Out then you will like this place. The menu is very similar and you definitely can't beat a hamburger that good for 99cents on Mondays and Tuesdays. The burgers aren't as big as In-n-Out but they are just as tasty when you as for Wild style (animal style). The onions grilled right there in front of you. Ordering at the window, however, isn't incredibly pleasant - the employees always seem to be inconvenienced by you. Not a huge fan, I ordered the burger combo and didn't even want to finish the burger. There was no char to it , it looked sort of gray, it really was yucky!
