My wife and I have been looking forward to trying this place for a while...just needed to wait for the temperatures to drop down a bit since it seemed like we skipped spring and went straight to a never ending summer this year. In any case, we knew we would be dining outside and, while it was still around 90F outside at noon, there was at least a breeze so we decided to try out WEH? Odd name by the way...should've asked them where it came from. WEH? touts fusion flavors with influences from Filipino and Korean cuisine. Being Filipino American who was stationed in South Korea with the Army twice, I felt like I had a discerning palette to judge authenticity. My wife ordered the K-Chicken and Rice ($11.60) with Korean sweet and spicy sauce and I ordered the Bibimsilog Bowl with Longanisa ($13.70). We also ordered Calamansi Soda ($2.75) and Fresh Cantaloupe Juice ($2.50) with our meals. My wife liked her dish...crispy and flavorful with ample amount of chicken. She gave me her fried egg, which I readily took, since she doesn't like uncooked egg yolk. My dish had authentic bibimbap flavors (even the gochujang or chili pepper paste tasted authentic) and I liked the sweet flavor of the longanisa but I wished it had more than 3 or 4 thin slices of longanisa it was served with. The cantaloupe juice was refreshing but the calamansi soda just had subtle calamansi flavor. We would have preferred something with more robust calamansi flavor like Aloha Maid calamansi soda we used to drink when we lived in Hawaii. After finishing lunch, my wife tried their Ube Iced Coffee ($4.50). She liked it but the ube flavor was a bit muted. All in all, we liked our dining experience and will surely go back. Lunch for 2 came out to just under $47 with tip.

We discovered this place at a local farmers market in Buda. We recently just relocated from Hawaii and Ube is a big deal there. The two girls offered us some samples and we were hooked! It tasted just like home and knew we needed to try it all. The Ube Oreo Banana Pudding is AMAZING! The flavors just blend well together. The ube waffle was super flavorful as well! I am so happy to find this business to get my Ube fix in. I can't wait to return and try more of their items!

The ube waffle was decent didn't really get a lot of taro flavor coming through. The loco moco taco was solid and I don't think I ever saw a loco moco taco! The tortilla is also ube/taco infused and is bright purple but again didn't really get any of the flavor to come through. Super neat food truck park, I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

The owner/staff was so nice and a great atmosphere! I know WEH is relocating to Austin, but I hope their business thrives there & wish them all the best! We got an extra pudding for home when we visited.

If you're in San Marcos.. or just wanna get away from Austin.. head to Weh! Filipino and Asian fusion inspired food! A mix of Hawaiian and Korean ! The owner is super cute and nice! Explained the menu and we had to get almost everything ! Haha Must try: *Longanisa BibimSilog - Filipino Sausage over rice topped w/ a fried egg, spinach, carrots, mushroom, zucchini, radish, pickled cucumber! *Loco Moco BibimSilog - Hawaiian style beef Pattie's with gravy over rice *Palabok Waffle Fries layered with a Shrimp & Pork gravy topped with a fried egg, chicharron, crispy garlic, scallion & a slice of lemon! So good ! *K-Chicken & Ube Waffle & Champorado with Ube ice cream which is a sweet rice, chocolate with evaporated milk and cocoa rice crispy topped! We also had their cantaloupe juice to wash our lunch down! We will be back

I love this place! Everything I ate was very unique and delicious, especially the ube oreo banana pudding!!!! The owner was super sweet with helping us ordering and updating us on our order. Waiting for them to open again because my friends and I miss it so much.

Wife & I took a little adventure to the Red Bus Food Park after running errands. Weh? is an absolute gem being run by co-owner Triz & Nova, two awesome ladies that are serving up some tasty Asian Fusion recipes inspired by Flippino, Korean, & Hawaiian influences. I got the Kickin' Chicken Rice Bowl, comes in a sweet n' spicy chili sauce fried egg garnished with bok choy. Wife got the Crispy Tofu BibimSilog bowl, with spinach, carrots, zucchini, radish, pickled cucumber, sesame seeds, & Red pepper-(Goji) sauce Both are a play on the traditional Korean dish "Bibimbap" that Triz & Nova out their own flavors on. They are just getting rocking have an entrepreneurial spirit & more creative dishes they're working on, will definitely come back again.

The food is crazy good. Authentic, creative flavors and dishes. Great service too! I had the bibimsilog with longanisa and my husband had the korean fried chicken rice bowl. Both were great portions packed with flavor! We also HAD to try the ube oreo banana pudding and it was insanely delicious!! The location is great, although their spot inside the building may be hard to find. Don't let that stop you from getting some Weh?! I hope this business thrives and lots of people get to try their food!

I first heard about this on a Facebook page and immediately got ready to head over. I was excited because I've been craving silog, bibimbap, and specifically yes Ube Coffee. So when I saw the menu, I was dying to try it. I usually don't have high expectations when it comes to Asian food in the area, but I did with this one. And wow, i loved how flavorful everything was. It wasn't just some modern fusion place. It tasted authentic and DIFFERENT. Never seen combinations like this before and I'd go back to try them all if I could. Personally, I think it's also the best ube coffee I've ever had because it had bits of ube in it as well. I hope they stay in business and get more customers. Owner is also very sweet and takes her time to explain the menu.

IT IS BOMB! This place food and flavor is on point. I've had nothing like it. I've been to this place twice now and both times I opened my food it was just like how they presented it in the pictures. The flavors melt in your mouth and make sense even though it may not seem like it makes sense. I love both the filipino adobo and sweet & spicy chicken. I recommend everything I've tried which includes the Palabok fries, K-chicken & Rice, Chicken & Ube waffles, and Spicy Tuna Gimbap (weekly special). Don't be shy to knock on the door. I'm going to try everything on the menu at this point. Sorry I don't have more photos, couldn't help myself

I have always wanted to try this place and today I did! I tried the K-Chicken & Ube Waffle and it was absolutely delicious, perfect combo of sweet and spicy! I would not only go back to this place because of the yummy food, but also because of the great customer service. I can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu ! (:

Stopped by in the morning and ordered the chicken and waffles. Right off the bat the employee was very welcoming and went over the menu with me as it was my first time. His insight and explanation of the flavors and ingredients were a huge help. Definitely recommend giving it a try. Food was ready quickly and walked out to me.

We didn't get a single bad cut and everything was flavorful and cooked well. What really made this place stand out though was the service. MJ took care of us and was incredible from start to finish. Since it was our first time, she walked us through the menu and even helped cook the meats so we could actually relax and enjoy our time together. She stayed on top of the grill, swapping it out right when needed, and was always checking in to see if we needed anything or wanted more banchan. What stood out the most was how thoughtful she was with my parents. She made sure they had food on their plates without overdoing it, which was such a small detail but meant a lot. The food was great, but MJ really made the experience. Definitely coming back.
