The worst Wendy's hamburger ever!The burger was not fresh. One side was cold the other warm. The bun was smushed down. I think I know what they did. It was prepared, then thrown on the grill on the side with the cheese in order to melt the cheese. They took the spatula and smashed down the burger to try to warm the meat. Then served to me for $9.03. I had to leave the restaurant because ALL the taes were dirty. I hope they enjoy that $9.03 I gave them, because it will be the last penny they get from me. read more

First time trying Wendys I'm over 5 years, I'm reminded why. The worst! Sat for too long before being helped, had the humorous experience of hearing the open mic and what other people needed over the drive through speaker. VERY cold soggy limp and sad fries, so terrible and not even a little salt or warmth. Sandwich was sloppy. If you decide to pay $0.50 more for natural lemonade, taste it first. It was terrible, maybe I got a bad batch, but it was stomach turning bad. I will never go to this location ever again and I'm off Wendy's for a very long time. This Wendy's is a piece of shit! Every single time I come they always give me the wrong order. Either the machine or the employees need to be replaced. Either way they need to figure it out. Not only that, but Miss Michelle the fat one. It was 9:30 pm, we got our wrong order and I wanted to replace my burger with the correct order. I went inside and suddenly she rudely stated " were closed ". I explained my situation. The man was nice and helped me out and looked like he was actually working. I finally got my burger she threw it into the bag and basically threw it at me without saying a word. Then proceeded to follow me to the door, and you could hear the eagerness in her footsteps ready to leave. Not that she would even do a good job cleaning and leaving. But u know whatever gets the job done. She's just very unprofessional and needs to get educated on her customer service. I have actually been a service manager at chipotle for years. I know how customer service is supposed to be, I have managed for many years especially in food service. I highly suggest that someone from management talks to her. read more

Bad customer service. Called 3 times when I needed to find out if I left my debit card there because it was the last place that I made a transaction with it. I was asked to call back twice. Then the third time I called, the person who answered the phone told me his manager wasn't there even though I heard him speaking to her in Spanish when he put me "on hold". I have an issue with drive thru service. I had a simple order that came out to $8.04. I handed the girl a $20 and 4 pennies. Simple math, even without a register to do it for you and my change.....$0.00! She said "thank you for coming, have a nice day." I said, where's my $12.00! She walked away to get another employee. He asked me what the problem was and I said "the problem is that I didn't get my change." He went and got the manager. She asked again what the problem was and I said that I gave the girl $20 and 4 pennies. She asked me, and what did you get back? I said "NOTHING!" I handed her my receipt, she handed me $12.00 and "I'm sorry." Not good enough for me. I only eat at Wendy's a few times a year & usually chicken sandwiches which most times are decent. Although this Wendy's has recently done a remodel,.. I think, they should have spent the money on food & staff instead. My wife read the sign about their "Baconator"; bacon made fresh daily, beef fresh & never frozen, made when you order & not a minute before...Pretty much BULLSH*T when you're in a drive-thru & you get it as soon as you pull up to the window. I took a bite from my wife's Baconator, it was gross. My Asiago chicken really sucked & seemed like it had been there all day. I said to my wife, "Just a little bit better..." She finished my sentence, "...Than eating nothing at all" & this is coming from a person who literally starved when I first moved out to Hollywood. Now I have a little bit of a headache & feel blah & my wife is in the bathroom & told me, she feels like she's going to vomit! On top of this, when we were handed our food into the car, they gave us just one small bag & I asked my wife, if everything was in there. She said only one sandwich & fries. I told the worker we were missing one sandwich. He said no it's in there & he starts reading the order. Then the manager says, "What's the problem?" I said, we're missing one sandwich. He says, "Let me see the receipt" I give it to him. He says, "It's in there, I put it in there myself!" I pulled out the one sandwich & there was just french fries, napkins & a straw. The manager says, "Let me see that bag" & fishes around in this tiny bag & keeps looking at us & squinting like we pocketed a freakin' sandwich or something. Then let talks to the other worker for a minute & looks at the order & then leaves & comes back with the bag & the missing sandwich & gives it to us while glaring & not even apologizing. MONKEYHEAD, maybe you put it in some one else's bag... Perhaps you need new glasses! My headaches a little better now but still feel a little blah. I hope I don't f**kin' get sick! & my wife just got out of the bathroom & says she feels a little better... This Wendy's location has gone seriously downhill in the past few months. The people at the counters don't know what their doing, the lobby has been filthy the last three times I've been there, the manager walks around scowling. I think the entire crew must be new because this location was always clean with an employee constantly in the dining area bussing tables and interacting with the customers. The manager was not this cranky guy, the counter people had all their teeth and spoke clearly, unlike the nightmare I encountered today. This place is pretty solid as far as fast food goes. The drive through is usually full around dinner time, but it usually goes pretty fast. The kiosks inside work great, and I recommend them whenever going inside. They haven't gotten my order wrong here in a long time. Staff is nice too. read more

This Wendy's is clean and looks nice. The ladies' restroom needs a little sprucing up. One of the stalls was pretty nasty, so I used the other one. The walls in there were all green in the grout between the tiles from the floor to about 4 feet up, like they had used cleanser and not washed it off. Good food, though. read more
