WOW!!! The customer service that was received was beyond horrid. As someone who works in the service industry I'm appalled at the level of disregard that was received from this location. The amount of fast food restaurants that our at our fingertips and we choose to come here and yet get treated like we were bothering the counter staff is unbelievable. Always good consistent, Wendy's food but be careful to check if you have everything before leaving the drive-thru window, because they forgot to give me my drink on two occasions. Otherwise, the service inside is always awesome and they keep the place nice and clean. read more

Normally this place is on the ball but not today maybe someone called in or they are new ? Took to long to order and the cashier was not paying attention to what I was ordering had to repeat and got cut off a few times. Fries were super salty and coke was all carbonation and brown water. Wendys is one of the best fast food burger joints out there. I really think their meat tastes better than any others out there....that's what she said. They aren't ketchup nazis and are very friendly and come to your table and ask if you would like refills. Can't give it 5 stars until they have the drink machine beyond the counter so I can refill when ever. read more

I've always been a fan of Wendys food and service, until 12:30am when I pulled up to the Burbank location and was denied service. The door and website clearly state that their hours are until 1am. If that was truly the case, they should offer all menu items until 1am. Then start cleanup. Very disappointed in this type of service and find it very unprofessional. read more

I came here the other day to grab a quick bite because I was in the area. I ordered the triple cheeseburger was sadly disappointed it was all meat and no veggies really where is the lettuce tomato and onion. My girlfriend got a single burger and said it was whatever. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and a ice tea they have me two of the lemonade. When I went to tell them a lady name Lourdes I believe the rudest person ever. Didn't even acknowledge my gf she should not work with people. Didn't make any eye contact. I work in the food industry and its all about the customer she obviously does not know that. Really sad places hire people like her. Put a smile on no mater the situation. Will never eat here or any wendys again horrible. read more

My family and I frequent this Wendy's often. The staff is great, the food is awesome and they remedy problems sooner rather than later (unlike most other Fast-Food restaurants). If you have a problem, Camila (the Manager) will fix it right away. She and her staff strive to make the experience a good one, even if they're swamped with orders. Their dedication to their jobs is impressive to say the least. They also recently added the new Coke Freestyle machines, further enhancing our choices. Don't worry though, if you can work a smartphone, you can use the machines no problem. I'd give this place 10 stars, but 5 will have to do since it is as high as it goes. I was blown away when from the moment I stepped in the place not only was it super clean but the manager was walking around making sure that everyone was OK. I knew that this place was special. My food was quick and as I sat with friends we were asked multiple times if everything was satisfactory. I really couldn't believe I was at Wendy's. I have been coming here to reward myself for a work out well done. I am, currently, the duke. I'm not one of those who checks in while I am in passing. Each and every time I have checked in, I'm coming in for my free Jr. Frosty. Yes, the original chocolate ones!! The tags for this year, 2012, aren't available yet. I hope they will come out soon. Anyway, the free frosty that I come in for are ones that I'm getting from redeeming my Halloween coupon booklet. This will soon come to an end as the certificates expire on 2/1/12. darn it!! The line here usually isn't long at all. The dining room area is typically very clean. I see kids and grandparents here, together, all the time. It's a family spot. It's also one of those places that people will stop to eat as they are on their way someplace, like on a road trip or something. Unfortunately, this location is the one that is closest to my gym. Oh no! But really, a baked potato isn't gonna kill me. I've been good. I work out hard and then have my lil treat. Their server are friendly and I think the window lady who works at nights recognizes me now. This spot is a nice Wendy's, considering I have seen some real horrible ones. read more

Ewwwww!!!!! Didn't have a chance to take a picture, but just ordered their spicy chicken Caesar salad, and as I was adding the dressing and mixing it, I took a little bite and continued to mix. During mixing, I saw something that looks like a sunflower seed, which I thought was odd. Upon expecting it more thoroughly, it was a bug! Immediately became discussed and my boyfriend tried to calm me down as I would probably over react. But come on, a bug in your salad that you almost ate calls for major reaction! Never ever come to this sh*t hole. Got stuck in line for 45 mins. When i got to the box to order i was greeted with a rude attitude. It was to late to even turn back now so i ordered our food and when we got to the window that is when it went even more down hill. She handed me a drink with the lid open and it ened up spilling all on me, my gf, and my new car. She stood there with a blank a** face. Didn't even offer to give me more napkin or anything to help clean it. Didn't say sorry or anything. She looked at me as if it was my fault. Then she rudely told me if i wanted another cup. I come here on my lunch break.i either go inside or I order thru the drive thru but no matter where I go i always see this one employee here name is Anna, i guess she does both drive thru and the front line(: She was very friendly and very helpful to me. one thing i noticed is that she has a beautiful.
