Lacked seasoning, meat is dry, and 2 pieces of bacon for the price!??? C'mon Wendys!!!
    Danny C.

I decided to come here since I recently moved to the location. I've been seeing the baconator and wanted to go try it because of how good the bacon looks. I get my sandwich and drive home to eat. I unwrapped my burger and realized, it almost looks like a Jack in the Box Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. Meaning, lack of BACON. My sandwich did NOT look like what was advertised! Didn't even come close!! Look like someone had 2 slices of bacon, and cut it into 4 slices to make my sandwich. It's giving false advertisement especially with the price that comes along with it. If you're looking at this sandwich the way I did, look at my pictures and go somewhere else. This is not a baconator type of sandwich. It lacked the BACON advertised and is too pricey for 2 pieces of bacon torn into 4 to make this sandwich. Proof is in the pictures!

I love Wendy's burgers and their chili so I order it every so often when I crave it. I don't like their fries. Something about them they just don't taste great and are not crisp. This time I went during lunch and the line was long. They were pretty slow in getting the cars through. Oh well still loved the burger and chili. They have ample parkin so I could scarf down the burger since I was hungry. I have never been inside this place. To funny. I have been through the drive thru tons. Got coupons for next visit. Wish I had it before I went. oh well.

    Looks clean.

Of the fast food burger joints, Wendy's is one of my favorites. Top 3 I'd say. I usually will go out of my way to find one when traveling when in need of a fairly quick meal. I was lucky with this location as it shares a parking lot with the hotel I had booked for the night. Convenient, right? I was tired from working and driving all day so being able to walk from the hotel to the Wendy's was great. Nice stretch of the legs. What wasn't so great was using their kiosk ordering system. I placed my order, paid and didn't get a receipt. I went up to the counter and they said they were unable to reprint it. So I just sat and waited for my order...and waited...and waited... After seeing a couple of customers order at the counter and get their food, I approached them. Apparently, not only can you not get a reprint of the order done at the kiosk, the kiosk doesn't send the order to the kitchen! Now, I'm sure they have fixed the software glitch in this by now but after a long day, the last thing I needed was a 20 minute wait for a Wendy's hamburger. Anyway, long story short, they verbally re-took my order, about 5 or 6 minutes later it came out. Burger and fries were cooked correctly but not to order (I don't eat tomatoes or onions) so I had to remove the extra items not wanted by myself. No way I was going back to get them to fix it. I needed to get back to the hotel to get some work done. While I was there, at least two people came in from what I had to assume as the drive-thru line, asking for their orders to be fixed. So, not sure if they were just having a bad night or if this is the norm. I'm not usually in this area so I'm probably not going to get a chance to find out. If you go, check your order before you leave and...enjoy!!!

It seems like a tough crowd--but after my visit, I can see why expectations run high. My cheeseburger featured high-quality, freshly ground beef that was well-seasoned with a flavorful, salty crust. The patty was tender and juicy, exactly what you want from a handcrafted burger. The brioche bun was nicely toasted, and the cheese melted perfectly over the patties--both essential details that elevate a great cheeseburger. The burger was simply but thoughtfully assembled with shredded lettuce, sliced onion, pickles, and Butcher's aioli. Their house-made sauce added a nice depth of flavor without overpowering the beef. I appreciated how they kept the toppings classic and balanced--fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, red onion, and tangy pickles complement the richness of the patty and sauce beautifully. The fries were just as impressive. They had that ideal contrast: an ultra-crispy, golden-brown exterior with a light, fluffy interior. Perfectly seasoned, pleasantly salty, not greasy, and sturdy enough to hold their shape--they checked all the boxes. Overall, they hit all the key elements of a truly great handcrafted cheeseburger and fries. High marks from me.

The wall murals inside the restaurant are top tier and gave me a good chuckle. Service was also exceptional - our server was patient while we took our time to order and was very friendly. My brother ordered the jalapeno smash while I got the kid smash as I was not very hungry. The patty is the star here. Perfectly smashed with crispy laced edges that are very well seasoned. The buns are very soft and buttery. I had a bite of the jalapeno smash and wow I would get this next time - the sauce and grilled onions with jalapeno are perfect compliments to the burger. The fries are also super crispy and well seasoned. Very close to my ideal fry (just a bit more seasoning and it'd be perfect!) It was my brother's 2nd time here and the menu has changed since then. He also mentioned the food had a serious upgrade as it was not as good the last time he visited. If it's been a while since you visited Hot Bunz, give it another try!

I'm not the kind to bash a restaurant or any type of business, but I'm gonna give my honest opinion. This place is overhyped due to social media! I wanted to try it out because I seen it on TikTok and the food looked absolutely appetizing. It was a busy Saturday evening around 730pm. I told my kids I wasn't cooking so we were going here because I wanted to try it. They were all for it because who doesn't like a good burger and since smash burgers are the way to go, why not. Upon walking in the paintings on the walls catch your eyes. It's a very casual kind of place. When looking at the menu it's very appealing and makes you want to order the whole menu lol jk. The "combos" aren't really combo meals it's just the burger and the fries, the drink is extra, for X in my book. The young lady at helping me was helpful with the questions I had. We didn't dine it we took our food home, but before we left I took pictures of the way the food looked just in case it didn't look like that when we got home. I got the jalapeño smash, my oldest had the classic combo, and my youngest had the kids combo (which included the drink). The burger IN MY OPINION was under seasoned, the jalapeño were all cut in different thickness, it wasn't something to write home to mom about. Lastly the fries reminded me of Taco Bell fries without the sweetness in the seasoning very underwhelming. Even though this wasn't a good experience for my first visit, I'm willing to go back and try something else other than the burger.

One of the better margaritas I've had in a while and the milkshake and dirty sodas were excellent. The bone in wings were hot and sauced perfectly, while the kids cheeseburger was large and they had the toppings on the side (lettuce, pickles, tomatoes) which my wife appreciated since our son is always picky about having pickles in his burger. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The music was a mix of pop and r&b and turned to a good volume. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves here. We waited more than 10 minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us or took our drink order. What made it more frustrating was watching tables seated after us get greeted and served drinks much sooner. On a positive note, the food came out fairly quickly and was good. We ordered a Gourmet Burger and a Kids Cheeseburger, and both were prepared well with no complaints about the food itself. The bigger issue was what happened after the food arrived. Once our meals were dropped off, we never saw our server again. No drink refills were offered, despite the empty glasses, and nobody checked on us or offered additional bottomless fries. The food was solid, but the lack of service and attention throughout the meal made the overall experience disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day.

We brought it home immediately, and I found each of food items to be just barely warm. For the burger, the different toppings were nice to have, but nothing super unique. The bun was probably the most disappointing part was the bun. The bun wasn't really soft, and definitely not warmed up. It would have been nice if the bread was toasted at the very least. The bun itself was also a little dry. The skinny fries had potential to be better. They were mostly soggy and unfortunately not salted enough.
